07/04/2024: 13.50 Eur for a capricious pizza, but without tears because I tasted one of the best pizzas around.

06/04/2024: The meat quality of the tomahawk was incredibly good! It was the recommendation of our Albanian professional who works in service there. This person is hard to beat when it comes to friendliness. Even 5 days after the first visit, he could remember everything we ate there on the first evening, without exception. Despite the large number of restaurants in Bergamo, we deliberately chose this restaurant a second time for our final dinner on the last evening. On the second evening, all the recommendations were excellent.

03/03/2024: Boiled meat that is reheated, too expensive, 2 raw and cold tbs of about 300g each that we had reheated, a boiled ribs, a mini portion of chips, a 75cl white beer, 99 euros.

02/03/2024: In the various RoadHouses where I usually eat I always find very kind and helpful staff, tidy and clean environments

08/04/2024: Cibo nella media, locale accogliente ma servizio scarso, lento e disattento. Eravamo un bel tavolo di 13 persone ed il locale era semivuoto. Abbiamo ordinato ognuno quello che desiderava, peccato che 2 acque e una porzione di patatine non sono mai arrivate nonostante l'avessimo chieste anche una seconda volta.

05/03/2024: Nel giro di pochi mesi è cambiato molto in positivo: carni ben cotte e di qualità, porzioni anche abbondanti. Personale sempre gentile. Bagni puliti. Prezzi direi nella norma. Servizio veloce. Ci siamo stati domenica a pranzo e c'era anche più gente rispetto a qualche mese fa.

18/03/2024: Completely incompetent staff! Kitchen closing time is 3pm, we arrive at 2.15pm. My family takes advantage of the Sunday special on ribs, but I don't like them, so I chose a burrito. I ask what type of sauce is contained inside the burrito and the answer was: "spicy", to which I reply: "ok, but what basis does this sauce have?" and the waitress: "eh... spicy". I had to have the sauce removed because the waitress couldn't answer. Compliments. After more than 30 minutes of waiting for 3 ribs and the room completely empty, we eat and they don't even tell us that the kitchen is about to close to find out if we wanted to get anything else. I wanted to get a dessert and I hear: "no, I'm sorry, the kitchen is closed". I'm sorry, but to make a dessert, knowing that there is still a table in the room, there is no excuse. WHAT A SHAME! I didn't answer properly just because I was in company. Conclusion: completely incompetent staff.

05/02/2024: Today, February 5th, we ask for a well-cooked hamburger sandwich, it arrives raw, we point it out and after picking it up and taking it to the kitchen, the same sandwich returns to the table with our hamburger cut into two parts, ridiculous!!!! Chips made at least 2 hours before moral of the story?? Everything BAD!!!!!!

10/03/2024: They recently increased the price. I changed the chips and the last two times I got the takeaway chicken, when I opened the box I found the chicken burnt.

06/03/2024: I'm a regular customer and I have to say that today I didn't have a good time at all, burnt dry cockerel, chips dipped in oil, bricks to digest. We had specifically asked given that it had already happened once to give us fresh food and instead we weren't taken into consideration! this thing hurt me even more because we are regular customers and it's a business lunch where three of us spend around €38. We're really sorry to have received such poor service.....We not only reported to the waiter but also to the cashier the problem. If the service is the same next time we will certainly change the restaurant forever.
