29/03/2025: On purpose you go because you want to eat well in a classic cuisine that is renewed over the years... All very good and the bill is absolutely adequate. The tasting of Vov at the counter at the end of the truly special dinner!

15/03/2025: Atmosfera ambientale buona, fiorentina piuttosto nervosa.

08/06/2025: Situato al secondo piano, sopra l'hotel, gode di una pregevole vista direttamente sul lago, sia pranzando in sala che all'aperto. Ambiente pulito e raffinato come pure i servizi igienici. Il personale di sala (Luca, Adriana) è gentile e premuroso, ma i tempi di attesa sono lunghi: cucina o servizio a tavola? E poi le portate: impiattamento eccellente, qualità pure! E parliamo di degustazione salumi, tagliolini con mazzancolle, casoncelli, tonno scottato. Da non dimenticare i dolci ed il caffè. Prezzo abbastanza in linea, i primi un o' cari.

02/06/2025: Locale molto ampio con una terrazza fantastica ,servizio non all’altezza quando c’è molta gente e sopratutto quando si ha una tavolata di 25 persone che prendono la pizza,per fortuna gli altri tavoli andavano sulla ristorazione se no era panico totale,capisco che non riesci a portare tutte le pizze nellstesso momento,ma neanche due/tre all volta dopo le prime 10 perché fai le pizze da asporto,poi la cottura ,alcune poco cotte altre cotte a metà e altre troppo cotte non consigliato per pizzeria

11/06/2025: Terrible experience. I was not reimbursed for a breakfast for two, only because I paid for it in advance the night before along with the room bill and could not use it the next day because it was too late. When if I had paid at check out the same morning, I assume it would not have been charged. I asked for 2 coffees and two croissants at the hotel bar as compensation (30 euros) and they were denied. I was also denied the possibility of speaking to a manager because according to the receptionist, he was not present. Very strange for a 4-star hotel. Incompetent and rude. Highly not recommended.

02/06/2025: Il ristorante da Gina è uno dei miei preferiti . Si ok non è un posto moderno , la sala forse un pò rumorosa , la veranda invece carina , ma in quanto a piatti nulla da dire , sempre buoni , abbondanti , anche la pizza è buona . Una piccola critica su uno dei miei antipasti preferiti , la impepata di cozze .. Perchè avete tolto quasi del tutto il pepe ?? :P era molto più buona come la facevate prima , in due cene a distanza di tempo è arrivata davvero quasi senza pepe . Vabbè cel' ho messo io :P Complimenti invece al personale , cordiale veloce e attento .

28/06/2025: First experience in an African restaurant and I have to say it was amazing! Excellent food, clean and well-kept place and impeccable service. Compliments to the guy, Adal, who served us and advised us what to have. Very kind and above all you can see that he cares a lot and does this job with great passion and enthusiasm. We will definitely be back!

24/06/2025: Delicious and authentic Eritrean food! We had a meat sambusa , followed by injera with a mix of meat and veggie stews — flavorful and perfectly spiced. The staff were kind and welcoming. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!

24/05/2025: Last night we had dinner in the restaurant, the chef Maria was truly talented, we were enchanted! Every dish was a small masterpiece, with attention to detail and full of authentic flavors. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was simply delicious. The environment then... spectacular! Elegant but welcoming, with a warm and engaging atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Congratulations for the passion that you can feel in every gesture and in every dish. We will be back soon - and with great pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

04/05/2025: I went to lunch a year ago now, for Mother's Day, with my partner and their mothers. I remember great disorganization with the service, on more than one occasion (and also at neighboring tables) the dishes arrived before the tables had been cleared. The most serious thing is that the bill was wrong, we paid €100 more than the receipt and after a year of emails and WhatsApp between my partner and the administration nothing was resolved. Really embarrassing.

16/06/2025: Booked following customer comments and we were not wrong. A little difficult to find (no signs visible) and to park. With a little patience everything is solved. The kindness of the welcome and the service more than compensates for the initial difficulties. We took the menu which is practically at the discretion of the kitchen. But everything was excellent. Fried artichoke, cod tortello, exaggerated dessert

05/06/2025: Great experience, truly excellent place, top service, very kind and friendly, except for two who are absent-minded but friendly😄😄. The well-kept and perfectly designed environment to be a high-level place, finally the food made with that delicacy, a top cook she is truly a super mother!!!!!!!!!!, I strongly advise against it to those who have never been, because if they had come they would have felt nauseous because it is good🦹🏿🙏🏻🙌🏻🦁

12/03/2025: sono stata ieri sera in questo ristorante, locale bello ma deludente la cena, ho ordinato un risotto immangiabile freddo " palparotto" per il prezzo che veniva non mi sembra corretto e il dolce la panna cotta era tutt'altro. complimenti per la cameriera gentilissima.

Mas o ponto alto é o atendimento único, todos os funcionários trabalham felizes e são muito simpáticos, liderados pelo Alberto que nos proporcionou um momento excelente indo até a nossa mesa compartilhando sua bela história de vida. 12/06/2025: If you are looking for a place for breakfast or a quick coffee, this is where they serve such things. The best coffee I have ever had. It will be hard to find such good coffee in Poland. Smiling and friendly service. Definitely visit.

02/05/2025: Dal pranzo di mezzogiorno, alla pizza di sera, al pernottamento anche nella semplicità sono veramente TOP. Innanzitutto la pulizia della camera, impeccabile, camere semplici ma con ogni confort. Se poi volete fermarvi per parando o cena, con le varie specialità del posto, andate sul sicuro. Ogni piatto curato nei minimi particolari, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi veramente sublimi. Da cornice l’infinità disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari e personale, instancabile . Sempre un sicuro riferimento quando ci si torna da queste parti. Non cambiare!!!!! Avanti tutta ciao e complimenti davvero
