The sea view, the well-kept garden, the palm trees—every detail contributes to creating a truly extraordinary setting. The welcome was impeccable. Special thanks to the head waiter, who greeted us with great professionalism, cordiality, and attention, making us feel immediately at ease. And then comes the food... and here words almost become insufficient. Every course was a discovery, a surprise, a thrill. Extraordinary flavors, magnificent presentations, interplays of textures, surprising trompe-l'oeil, and a creativity that never sacrifices flavor. Each dish tells a story and demonstrates a truly rare pursuit of perfection. We also had the privilege of meeting the chef and exchanging a few words with him. 07/06/2026: We had dinner here and really enjoyed it. The dishes are carefully crafted, and the flavor combinations are balanced and well-researched. We particularly appreciated the use of fish, an ingredient that not all restaurants showcase to its full potential, but which here is presented with skill and creativity. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. An experience we highly recommend!
