24/08/2024: Discreta la pizza bianca. Buone le trofie al pesto . Ma far pagare 26 euro 2 paste in bianco anche no. ...peccato perché me ne avevano parlato bene

16/08/2024: Purtroppo L esperienza con il castello non è andata bene. Un ora di attesa per ricevere l antipasto. Nel frattempo del Ristorante c erano altre persone scontente e sentivo tensione nei camerieri. Al momento del conto mi aspettavo almeno di ricevere delle scuse o un piccolo sconto ma il titolare si è toltalmente disinteressato della situazione facendo finta di niente. Come tutti sanno quando si ha fame non si passano dei bei momenti. E ci siamo sentiti trascurati dal Personale. Non consiglierei. Peccato perché il cibo non è così male

23/08/2024: Ordered spaghetti with clams, a dish arrives with bivalve molluscs which in my opinion look like the frozen ones from Eurospin. I ask the guy at the cash register where these clams come from, he replies that he doesn't know. I'm no expert so I walked away with my doubts. Always ask in every restaurant you go to what they are giving you!

22/08/2024: Io e i miei amici siamo recentemente stati alla Grotta, e ci tenevamo a scrivere questa recensione per sottolinearne l’ottima esperienza che avevamo avuto. Il cibo era semplicemente delizioso, ogni piatto rifletteva la tradizione ligure con un tocco di autenticità che raramente si trova altrove. Il vero punto di forza del locale, però, è il personale. Sin dall'arrivo siamo stati accolti con una cordialità che ci ha subito messo a nostro agio. Avevamo prenotato per un numero sbagliato di persone e, all'ultimo minuto, ci siamo accorti di dover aggiungere un tavolo. Il personale non solo ha gestito la situazione con grande professionalità, ma lo ha fatto con un sorriso e una disponibilità che hanno reso tutto più semplice. In definitiva, è stata una cena che ci ha lasciato pienamente soddisfatti, sia per la qualità del cibo che per l'accoglienza. Un posto che consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un’autentica esperienza ligure, arricchita da un servizio impeccabile e genuinamente caloroso. Sicuramente torneremo!

06/07/2024: Eravamo in 7 e ognuno di noi ha scelto un piatto di pasta diverso,ma tutt' siamo soddisfatti, tutto fresco, gustoso e abbondante

06/07/2024: Siamo capitati per caso, abbiamo cenato al deor esterno cornice deliziosa.... Due primi piatti di pasta cotta al dente e condita con sughi freschi ed ottimi. Dolci eccezionali fatti in casa, personale gentile ed efficiente. Consigliatissimo.

12/08/2024: Unpleasant service. Rude and arrogant owner. Good food. He tried to make me spend 30 euros more, realizing that it wasn't my account, he retraced his steps. I went there for 2 days in a row, on the third day he was serving customers and looked at me, thinking he wanted me to say something, I said hello there are 2 of us. He turned to me and said: can't you see that I'm serving? I left. Typical Ligurian welcome. I remind the owner that customers are treated well, there is a way and a way. You won't see me again.

12/08/2024: Restaurant chosen at random... After our arrival, it took 22 minutes for the order to be taken. During this time the waitress seemed to ignore us, it must be said that she was not the one taking the orders.... Then 36 minutes more to be served (4 pasta dishes)... Hard to keep the children waiting, especially at the beginning without bread and a little water.. Too bad the dishes were well seasoned. But the bill is very salty, especially when counting the plain pasta at the price of the Bolognese... In short.

29/06/2024: At the bar it is not allowed to pay by credit card for bus tickets even though the POS is clearly visible to the customer and, moreover, receipts are not issued.

22/06/2024: Bar with possibility to watch sports. Prices in line but aperitif served only with a few chips and nothing else.

16/08/2024: I do not recommend this restaurant, penne with salmon was too salty, the child couldn't eat it and was vomiting at night, I think it was the fault of this food, the beer they brought me was expired, when I told the staff they looked at me badly, they brought me a grilled mix, it smelled which I couldn't even taste, I paid 120 euros. It was disgusting, I'll never come again. 🤮

16/08/2024: I ordered 3 takeaway pizzas from the restaurant to eat on the beach, I also got two portions of french fries and two cokes and a beer to drink (€57.00). Once ready I checked that they were cut and I realized that one pizza was completely wrong, I had ordered a pizza with pesto, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil and we were delivered a pizza with tomato (not requested) and pesto without cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. I point out the situation and I'm asked to redo it. I checked again and it was still wrong, it had pesto, tomatoes (among other things, those used to make oblong or similar quality salads) and no mozzarella. At this point I'm starting to get nervous because having already waited a long time for the other two pizzas and the chips they had gotten cold... Unfortunately I had paid with a debit card and it was not possible to get the money back. On the third day they managed to give us the requested pizza. Pizzas with poor quality, super not recommended!!!!

17/08/2024: Vado da anni a colazione e merenda quando mi trovo lì...amo questo posto. Ma siamo stati trattati poco bene da una nuova cameriera penso straniera..e successo più volte..l ultima volta ci siamo seduti.come sempre ..essendo libero..ci è stato detto di non farlo più se non detto da lei che potevamo accomodarci.x il resto ottimo..

11/08/2024: Sehr freundlicher Service. Leckerer Kaffee. Hund willkommen (und sofort mit einem großen Napf mit Wasser versorgt). Preise im Rahmen. Schönes Ambiente.

25/08/2024: We couldn't rate the food because the tavern had an unfriendly atmosphere and we would have preferred more fish dishes on the menu. We decided to leave. So the staff caused a scandal and called us bums. Very bad ducati!
