I chose to alternate a bit of everything from one morning to the next, trying various products: I started with a slice of classic Ligurian white focaccia (here without lard); with whole wheat and whole wheat with added seeds. I continued with the brioche with just the right amount of sweet jam and a cream bombolone, perhaps a little too fried—I didn't digest it very well. I finished with the vegan brioche with green stripes and finally with puff pastry squares filled with ham and stracchino cheese. I went every morning when they opened, even though Ilaria makes you wait a few minutes... but the products and her friendliness definitely make it worth it.
