Discovered a few years ago during a weekend in Pietra Ligure, following the reviews while searching for a good Ligurian focaccia to enjoy on the beach, I found what has become, for me, the BEST Ligurian focaccia ever. Since then, it's been a regular stop on every vacation to Pietra Ligure. They're so good that, on the day of departure, I always bring some home... just to postpone the goodbye until next year. My favorite? Focaccia with crescenza cheese, simply irresistible. But the truth is, they're all amazing. Also noteworthy are the bread and countless cakes, each one better than the last, made with special flours and top-quality ingredients. Compliments to Simona and all the staff: courtesy and kindness are the hallmarks here, just like the best Ligurian tradition.

A must-visit! Recommended for its wide selection of pizzas, each one better than the last, excellent ingredients, and all kinds of dough.

We stopped this morning for lunch... a discovery... a multigrain sandwich with mozzarella and tomato... sublime to say the least... and a simple focaccia with ham and cheese... the best... congratulations on the excellent, genuine products they use... .

We're back at this Ligurian gem, which is truly worth a visit! It was a rainy Sunday, and our stop rejuvenated our stomachs and hearts. The stuffed focaccias and the top-notch chocolate cake were a delight. Congratulations! We'll be back.
