16/06/2025: I ordered a pizza diavola which arrived after a 20 minute wait, even though the place was empty the waitress was busy kissing her colleague, really disgusting pizza, sticky tables, terrible bathroom... no comment

02/06/2025: Purtroppo non è un locale che consiglierei.. il personale ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, il servizio è stato buono, tempi di attesa giusti, considerando che c’è solo una cameriera. La grossa delusione è stata proprio nei piatti … ben descritti nel menù ma una volta assaggiati … non sono assolutamente all’altezza della descrizione e soprattutto dei prezzi!!! (Decisamente alti) . Tagliolini al nero di seppia con zucchine e tonno crudo che davvero sembrava solo pasta scolata.. idem per pasta con vongole … nessun gusto!!! Due antipasti due primi due calici di vino e un caffè … 90€!!!!! Non ci ritornerei.

24/05/2025: Ristorante old style in centro a finale zona pedonale. Buon cibo, posto semplice ma caratteristico con un bel patio illuminato. Ha proprio della classica trattoria. Buon servizio. Noi in due abbiamo speso 62 euro per 1 antipasto, 2 primi, 1 acqua , 1 calice di pigato ed 1 caffè.

24/06/2025: We've eaten here three times now and each time we've been impressed, whether it's farinata or pizza, everything is delicious and freshly prepared. But what really won us over was the paella, which was simply super delicious, with lots of fresh prawns and mussels as a topping, and the rice not overcooked, simply perfect, a delight and more than plentiful. Two people couldn't manage it even with the best of intentions, and no matter how delicious it was, we had to give up after half. Top-notch service, top-notch food, value for money, definitely worth a repeat, we'll definitely be back.

25/06/2025: This restaurant, I don't recommend it I'll tell you what happened. My friend and I went there and ordered a red take-out pizza with stracciatella and bresaola by the time we got home, we opened the pizzas and they were horrible. We called back. They told us to come back and bring the pizza. We went back and brought the pizza while my friend and I were saying that the pizza is not that one, the owner arrives. She's a girl with a piercing, glasses and she was rude, Serie A. We stayed for about 10 minutes arguing with her

10/06/2025: My husband and I ate lunch at this restaurant yesterday and what can I say... The service left a lot to be desired, we were served by a particularly unpleasant waitress who maintained her disgusted look with grimaces while serving us !!!!!!! A smile wouldn't have hurt. The food was very plentiful, good. Nothing to say, excellent bill

02/03/2025: Pizza only served lukewarm. Coperto paid but didn't get any bread with the salad. The red house wine was carbonated. Service very friendly.

02/07/2025: Extremely negative and unacceptable experience. We arrived in a group of ten people, we asked for sunbeds and umbrellas but we were told that the umbrellas were all reserved at the moment. We spent the whole day at this establishment paying for many services and around 6:00 pm, due to the strong sun and for health reasons (including a recent nose operation for a member of the group), some of us temporarily moved to adjacent sunbeds located in the shade, since the beach was quite empty and the umbrellas unused. Shortly after, we were rudely woken up and verbally attacked by the owner, who aggressively asked to leave the sunbeds, to which request we immediately apologized to the owner proposing to pay an additional amount for the umbrella and began to wake up our friend who had fallen asleep. However, the situation degenerated in a matter of seconds: we didn't even have time to get close to the boy who was dozing when he was physically attacked and thrown from the bed by two members of staff, causing a wound on the back of his neck. A fight broke out with about 5-6 members of staff, who threatened us and physically attacked us. We also received explicit threats of further beatings. We would like to point out that we never refused to pay any extras, but rather we offered to do so to pay for the additional service and we did not have provocative attitudes. Such violent and unacceptable behavior by the staff completely ruined our day and is not worthy of a public service. We strongly advise against this establishment.

29/06/2025: Absolutely one of the best bathing establishments in Spotorno and the surrounding area. Everything is clean, well-kept and aesthetically beautiful. The sunbeds are new (or simply not a hundred years old like those in other bathing establishments) as are the umbrellas, tables, chairs etc. Excellent value for money (2 sunbeds and an umbrella €45, in Genoa it costs €60 and the structures and equipment are dilapidated). Two hot showers with tokens available (€1 per shower, and one or two is enough even for me who am slow), changing room. The bar-restaurant is well stocked for breakfast (lots of croissants, the only flaw is normal milk) and lunch (both sandwiches and dishes). Clear sea water. Book (they have few places for non-members so it is better to call first!)

22/06/2025: Lunch with a friend ... we waited a long time and it was just the two of us .... the waiter arrived after a long time immediately saying fresh dishes of the day ... I took 1 first course shrimp ravioli my friend tuna with sesame 1 bottle of hot water already opened ... 2 desserts ... 1 coffee 67 E .... it seems like a disgrace to me ... he didn't even give me the receipt .... I WON'T GO THERE AGAIN TOO EXPENSIVE ...

26/05/2025: Very friendly staff. Beautiful location ideal for an aperitif with an excellent choice of cocktails.. Exceptional farinata to accompany it.. Definitely to return..

04/05/2025: Everything was delicious and the shop was clean. Cashier was also very friendly! My only reason for the low rating is because of the extremely high prices. We would have paid the same price at a restaurant.

30/04/2025: I went to buy a 180g jar of pesto for the modest sum of €9.00, practically speaking if they sell it for €50.00 per kilo......we're talking about pesto, not quality meat!!! I would like to know if the owners realize the absurdity of these prices. Even if we wanted to use excellent raw materials, we would never reach such a figure. They are shameful! If you want to be ripped off, go ahead and enter this shop, I will never set foot in it again.

24/05/2025: Change less sauce + fresh tomato they made me pay a supplement of 2 euros, another order of pizza less sauce, i.e. in white the same list price. It doesn't seem right to me.

12/07/2025: Everything is very good, it's a shame that they increased the price of the cone and also decreased the quantity... Terrible value for money, it's a shame, I hope they come to their senses, otherwise there are other valid options nearby.

20/03/2025: I go to get 4 takeaway pizzas for 7.30pm, I arrive at 7.15pm. There were 2 people in front, my turn comes, he says that I have booked for 7.15pm, he takes out the pizzas for me (with the box already cold and my nose is already tingling......) I also tell him 2 cokes. In the meantime he leaves me there and serves someone at the table, I pay, I get home and as I already imagined I put the pizzas in the oven because they were frozen...... Then it has already happened to me several times that it seems to me that the owner is a little above average in rudeness...... If you work in the pub, unfortunately you always have to have a smile on your face..... And then give the place a clean, there are the chandeliers that are greasy and floors full of cobwebs!

01/07/2025: It wasn't too busy here, a nice atmosphere and the service was nice (especially luka). The snacks were also very tasty. I would say definitely come here.

22/06/2025: Ma chi gestisce questo locale storico? Assolutamente niente a che fare con la classe del vecchio Gino... Ne è rimasto solo il nome! Clienti ai tavoli che se ne vanno dopo aver atteso troppo a lungo, Mario (ai caffè) insulta un cliente dicendo che non si deve permettere di trattare male la madre, quello alla cassa che (fatto notare qualche problema di gestione all' interno) dice che il problema è solo nella mia testa (sic!) State alla larga, gente!!!

01/06/2025: sono andata a cena con delle mie amiche, nonostante la prenotazione fatta oggi alle 14:00, ci hanno fatto attendere per sederci ed abbiamo notato molta disorganizzazione generale. Il cibo è arrivato dopo molti minuti di attesa ed il piatto di scialatelli che ho ordinato era misero e i frutti di mare mi hanno deluso le aspettative, mentre il piatto della mia amica aveva una porzione più abbondante. Il nigiri misto non è un granché e non lo consiglio poiché non l’ho trovato buono. Una ragazza del personale è risultata svogliata e molto maleducata, arrivando da noi inizialmente sbuffando. Per il resto personale attento e gentile, ma comunque non penso che ritornerò.

04/01/2025: Una vera e propria presa in giro. Non fatevi tentare dai “Calamari freschissimi” …noi ne abbiamo ordinate due porzioni e per ciascuna ci saranno state 15 pezzi (mi pento di non aver fatto la foto perché detto così sembra esagerato ma una porzione non era nemmeno adatta per un bambino di due anni). Il pezzo forte arriva però quando ci comunicano il prezzo alla cassa…27€ per 15 pezzi di calamari fritti! È una presa in giro…vi siete approfittati del cliente che non sapendo il prezzo si è fidato del ristorante…quindi in totale avevamo speso 57 € per due porzioni a dir poco DA FAME. Per non parlare del fatto che uno di noi non ha mangiato perché dopo un’ora, nonostante le sollecitazioni, non aveva ancora mangiato il suo piatto. Penso sia davvero irrispettoso approfittarsene in questo modo…Giro tanto per il mondo ma l’inc****a piú grande me la sono andata a prendere proprio a due passi da casa.

05/05/2025: Highly recommended. Professional and friendly staff. Tiziana and Alessia make excellent coffee. Michela is renowned for her cakes. Diana specialises in cocktails. Federica's forte is the delicacies she prepares. Each to their own but I would always choose Jole above all the other bars/eateries in the area.

01/05/2025: Ieri sera a cena con la famiglia…non ci sono parole per descrivere la farinata ( io sono una “patita” di questo piatto). Bianca o gialla, semplice o farcita…OTTIMA!! Focaccia di patate super!! Torneremo sicuramente…anche spesso, per assaggiare qualche altro piatto della cucina ligure, anche se ben li conosciamo, visto che in famiglia, siamo tutti liguri da generazioni. Comunque, complimenti davvero!!

07/03/2025: Esperienza terribile. Attesa infinita e ingiustificata. Cameriere allo sbando per pochi tavoli e comanda sbagliata in piu occasioni. Farinata cruda!!!!! Piatto sbagliato e pure salatissimo. Che altro aggiungere? Il conto senza sconti ovviamente e senza scuse da parte della cameriera che sembrava essere in un'altra dimensione.....
