03/06/2025: 6 commensali per cena lasciati sotto la pioggia. Nonostante ci vedessero e continuassero a dire “che strano, non dava pioggia”, abbiamo dovuto insistere e chiedere se potessero spostarci o coprirci con l’ombrellone dopo aver assistito ad una sfuriata delle cameriere in mezzo a tutti. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Tra l’antipasto e i primi abbiamo aspettato un’ora. Non abbiamo mangiato una portata insieme e ci è arrivato un piatto ogni 10 minuti. Abbiamo ordinato la pasta fresca al pesto e ci è arrivato un piatto di fusilli tipo Barilla al pesto. Vino versato sgocciolando per tutto il tavolo. Caffe servito senza cucchiaini. Le aspettative erano alte dato il menu. Peccato. Non credo ci torneremo. Servizio deludente

05/05/2025: Purtroppo abbiamo beccato una serata un po' storta, perchè la nostra cena è stata un po' confusa e con tempistiche un po' lunghe. E' vero che il ristorante era pieno, ma si è respirata un po' di tensione tra lo staff, che è culminata con la comparsa dello chef in sala per discutere in maniera non proprio garbata con le ragazze della sala (discussione che si è protratta anche in cucina). Anche al momento del conto, abbiamo dovuto attendere l'arrivo di qualcuno perchè lo staff era in cucina, e questi disservizi hanno un po' cambiato il sapore di una cena che altrimenti sarebbe stata di livello discreto. Piatti abbondanti, ottimo il fritto e sapori all'altezza del luogo, ma non so se ci ritorneremo

29/06/2025: The menu in the photo is absolutely useless. It does not represent what can be ordered, but rather what you "could" find to eat because in reality you can only order what is available at the counter. I found out about it from the owner who very grumpyly told me "Eh but you have to book those 😜" Average pizza and focaccia.

22/07/2025: Terrible hotel, dirty, full of mold, not to mention the rude staff! I had an argument with a lady, whose job I don't know, because my 3-year-old daughter was talking loudly. Her words were, "Do you have to come here and make the little girl scream?" Disgusting! Luckily, I'm leaving tomorrow and I'll send the NAS to check out this mess! Never again.

06/06/2025: I first came across the restaurant at a birthday party. I was struck by the simplicity and goodness of the food and in particular by the kindness and family atmosphere.

17/06/2025: We ordered a fruit cake to celebrate a birthday. Simply delicious, delicate custard, organic fruit and a shortcrust pastry that melted in your mouth. Attention to every detail. Compliments from all the guests. Keep up the good work

07/06/2025: A very nice and friendly café. The products are made with love, heart, and joy and are a delight. The fact that it's a self-service café isn't a problem, as you can even carry your order yourself. We will definitely visit this café again on our next vacation. We're already looking forward to it!

11/04/2025: The internal room is welcoming and tidy, the staff is friendly. The perplexity is related to the cost of a crodino served at the table: in any case five euros, with or without a "saucer". Obviously I don't think this is correct.

04/09/2025: The pizzas were amazing. The service was arrogant and dismissive. We asked for a seat and were told there was no room if we hadn't booked. We then booked a table online for 10 minutes later, and there was no problem getting a table. People came in without a reservation both before and after us, and they were able to get a table. The male waiter acted like he owned the whole place, and was very unserviceable.

10/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati a mangiare una farinata e una farcita, premetto che erano due tranci e non intere, prezzo: 8.05 € quando vicino un altro fornaio ci ha fatto pagare la metà il giorno dopo, peccato

02/08/2025: non è la prima volta che veniamo e per rapporto qualità prezzo in questa zona è il migliore! spaghetti allo scoglio molto buoni, porzioni abbondanti x tutto (i miei figli hanno preso le lasagne e sono una bella piastrella) e anche il fritto è abbondante. personale gentile e cordiale sicuramente ci torniamo ogni anno. unico consiglio...ma perchè non inserite nel menù gli spaghetti alle vongole?

25/08/2025: We went on August 15th for a pizza, I had never been there before and I think I will never go again, terrible pizza, it looked like the sole of a shoe, the waiter arrives and doesn't even say hello, in fact he was very rude, the place was empty which for August 15th is very strange considering that all the others were collapsing,

16/08/2025: We had dinner at BlackStone in Varazze and had a very positive experience. The trofie al pesto was truly delicious, with a fresh, beautifully plated pesto, paired with an excellent Vermentino. The staff was friendly and welcoming, helping to make the evening enjoyable. The restaurant is located downtown, on the pedestrian street, an ideal location for a stroll. They also specialize in meat, but we'd love to see a few more vegetarian options on the menu. We also had no problem bringing our dog, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, highly recommended: we'll gladly return!

20/07/2025: This has become a regular dinner stop whenever I'm in Varazze for a few days. The quality of the food and the meticulous preparation are undeniable. A sure thing!

21/07/2025: Two of us arrived at 8:30 PM without a reservation. They immediately found us a table on the terrace, not overlooking the view, but still pleasant. We had a mixed grill of fish and seared tuna in a poppy seed crust. Side: potatoes and fries. Half a bottle of local Pigato wine. The dishes were served fairly quickly, but when we were almost finished, we asked where the side dishes had gone, and the waiters realized they had served them to another table. We cancelled one of the two side dishes and still received a polite apology. My husband is celiac. They offered him just the grilled fish and potatoes, but they were quite satisfactory. Good, neither good nor bad.

17/08/2025: We love gelato and always try all gelato places. We like this one the best! Creamy texture great flavor and very nice service. You can also easily sit in the patio and enjoy the gelato without hassle.

29/07/2025: The ice cream was a bit expensive, the wait was long and the owner asked who are you, where are you from? Anyway, come to Cuneo, it's not as bad as she says.

08/03/2025: pranzo 8 febbraio consiglio quando il cliente ordina una bottiglia di vino ,non si porta mai già aperta al tavolo,non o voluto fare polemica ,perché avevo al tavolo amici ,bella figura ....insegnate alle cameriere come si serve ai tavoli.non posso fare una buona recensione.anche perchè mi avete fatto fare una brutta figura anche a me .

16/06/2025: Ordered only wine and water. Served in one way plastic cups. How can that be allowed in this cafe when it is prohibited within European Union. Should the not be fined for this 🤔🤔🤔.

01/06/2025: The sea view is definitely beautiful. In fact, the only thing that is worth it. As for the menu... Well, to eat, it certainly costs too much. It is not a restaurant but a bar, to the point of charging 15/16€ for a sandwich... even too expensive... Without even... expensive and that's it... breakfasts... disposable glasses and cutlery... hygienic yes. But with the prices they have... Better ceramic. Consumptions too expensive. Brioches to be filled at the moment, ok, but fill them a little more because they don't taste much. And fillings like cream in the brioche, 2€... but also no. A little more moderate prices. They are a little bigger, okay, empty brioches, yes, they are bigger, but in the end the dough costs the same for everyone. And in any case as a filling it was nothing special... The icing on the cake... they don't give a receipt if you pay with your debit card and the prices on the receipt are increased! If you do the math you discover that... They stole a few € from you! In addition you complain that they didn't give you the receipt, they try to tell you, I put it there, you didn't take it.. instead it hadn't been given at all.. so you don't do the math.. but if you remember or you did the math before... You know that they gave you the wrong bill, we're not all stupid.... When you go to ask for explanations they dismiss you by saying that they have something to do. With rudeness and making you look like an idiot. Redo the math... they say "to solve it" and try to make you look like a fool and tell you that you made a mistake. Calculator in hand, they made a mistake but.. they don't know how.. never happened.. How come it's wrong. If you insist maybe you can get the bill right. Anyway to have breakfast and go out with bad blood from the nerves, because then it becomes a question of principle, They will NEVER see us AGAIN... !!! a few more steps you eat and pay less. But above all you don't get angry... And have a good life...
