31/08/2025: A small pub that would be nice, various bottled beers, some drafts, no cocktails, too bad they don't have a menu with prices. You have to put a menu with prices. When I asked, the perplexed owner showed me a menu, saying it was 10 years old 🤣. Then I went to the cashier, a medium beer and a chinotto, 14 euros... come on... you're lost in Piana Crixia, not on the Adriatic coast... put a damn menu with prices!!!!! Goodbye

30/06/2025: Locale accettabile dal punto di vista estetico per il borgo antico in cui si trova, tuttavia la cucina non è assolutamente all'altezza del menù presentato: primo con condimento non corrispondente a quanto indicato sul menù ( "u tuccu" senza carne, ma per "senza" si intende "senza" non "con poca"), brandacujun con percentuale di stoccafisso ampiamente sotto il minimo previsto (nella ricetta, qualunque ricetta si voglia considerare, la percentuale in peso dello stoccafisso deve essere superiore a quello delle patate, e non mi risulta l'aceto balsamico nella ricetta, messo probabilmente a decorazione ma che comunque fa parte del piatto). Un consiglio a chi risponde alle recensioni: di solito si ricorre all’insulto e al linguaggio scurrile quando si è in torto marcio, in genere per dare più peso alle proprie ragioni o per sfogarsi, bisognerebbe invece prendere in considerazione le recensioni e vedere di migliorare la cucina del proprio locale, scendendo dal piedistallo dove ci si pone pensando di essere ristoratori perfetti.

02/06/2025: Sarò breve..piatti scadenti..piatti di pesce senza pesce..tortino di baccalà..solo patate...tagliatelle ai gamberi solo burro e prezzemolo..vino sfuso della casa.8.50 euro mezzo litro...la signora ci ha chiesto se volevamo il dolce .. quando eravamo alla cassa..tempi di attesa eterni..locale vuoto..caro per quello che offre .fate voi.piu che questo .. questo dopo cambio gestore..una volta non era così...

22/08/2025: Just steps from the statue in Piazza Martiri della Libertà. With outdoor seating under the porticoes and a small indoor dining area. A handy stop before heading to the station. The coffee is delicious, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Service is quick, and the place is very clean.

13/08/2025: Very good coffee. ZERO customer contact, otherwise known as "Ligurian style." The only one to say hello, thank you, and say goodbye on my way out was me. The only thing anyone said to me was, "SERVED??!" Apparently, they only care about their regular customers.

19/08/2025: The crepes were good, but it took us 1 hour and 50 minutes to eat. We each had two crepes. The first arrived 40 minutes after we'd been seated, and the second 1 hour after we'd finished the first. Definitely a bit long, and it's a shame because the crepes are really good.

20/07/2025: Enjoy your dinner at this small fusion restaurant in Albissola. Extensive menu, with many vegetarian options. The food is well-cooked, with excellent sweet and sour tofu and udon, and the sushi is also very good and fresh, with crispy seaweed and quality ingredients. The place isn't very well-kept, especially outside. The young man who served us was very courteous, while the woman, on the other hand, was a bit more grumpy. She scolded us for giving a carrot that had fallen to our dog, thinking we were sharing dinner with him, and then we had the impression that she was watching us to see if we offered the dog more food. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, a good dinner.

17/07/2025: Every time we come to Albisola, this restaurant is a must-visit for authentic Chinese cuisine, which is now hard to find elsewhere. Chef Zan is a true phenomenon in skill and charm!

30/07/2025: I've stopped at this restaurant on my way to Alassio twice now. The atmosphere is clean, basic, but very nice. The staff is helpful, and the food is very good. We had a mixed fried fish dish, and the fish was very fresh. Prices are average.

27/07/2025: Everything was excellent: a platter of cured meats, cheeses, and focaccias, plus house-made tagliolini with mushroom and rib sauce. The meat-based main courses were also excellent, and the service was quick and friendly, and the price was €30 per person. The view was beautiful, and the climate was cool; perfect in summer.

21/06/2025: The view is really beautiful, on very clear days you can even see Corsica... The structure is dated and it shows...open only in some periods and for a short time... The food is sufficient, nothing special. A very very sore point are the antennas of the repeaters that surround the refuge...the road that leads to the Beigua is not the best..

19/07/2025: We've eaten at this restaurant several times over the years and always had a great time. We liked the fact that every year we found the same staff, kind and helpful. The location is beautiful, above the Vittoria beach. I recommend booking to enjoy the sea view. This year, however, we were a little disappointed by the prices—not for the fish, but for the pizza. 3 Margheritas (27 euros), 3 covers (9 euros), a small bottled beer (7 euros), two bottles of microfiltered water, and a coffee... 54 euros. For a family, it's truly unbearable, considering we only ate one pizza, which was delicious, but not even elaborate. We understand that the costs are "justified" by various factors, but for us, it was too much. And with regret, we never returned. In any case, I continue to recommend it, especially for the fish...

13/07/2025: Un ritorno un po' deludente a questo ristorante che aspira ad essere di alto livello, e che ho già recensito un anno fa , per una cena con amici: la serata è tiepida, con una splendida luna sul mare. Il servizio è molto gentile e il menu ha alcune opzioni senza glutine. Ma...ma..a mio parere alcuni aspetti vanno decisamente migliorati. Intanto le porzioni sono piuttosto esigue in relazione al costo, i piatti risultano un po' basici e talora scarichi di sapore, anche se la materia prima è ottima. Uno dei commensali ed io ordiniamo l'antipasto di polpo, per me senza glutine : quando ci portano i piatti, poichè sembrano uguali, chiedo conferma al cameriere, che porgendomi uno dei due piatti risponde "PENSO sia senza glutine", per noi celiaci frase da orrore puro, perchè abbiamo bisogno di certezze. Su mia cortese richiesta il giovane cameriereva a a chiedere in cucina e, per fortuna, entrambi i piatti sono gluten free. Ritengo importante che si implementino i corsi sulle intolleranze anche per il personale di sala, onde evitare situazioni di incertezza. Tornando al menu...Il tentacolo di polpo è di medie dimensioni e poggia su una crema di ceci (insapore). Di secondo ordino pesce al sale, un pagello freschissimo che mi viene mostrato a crudo, e che, mi dice il cameriere, pesa sui 600 gr. , quindi un bel pesce. Peccato che quando mi arriva il piatto cucinato, i grammi siano al massimo 180/200, e presentati davvero male: la polpa è "smaciullata" e piena di spine, cosa che francamente trovo inammissibile in un ristorante così ambizioso. Inoltre, pur se buono, il pesce è troppo cotto e quindi risulta stopposo. Mio marito prende il gran fritto di pesce, che a nostro parere di "gran" ha solo la dicitura sul menu. Molto interessante la carta dei vini. Non potendo mangiare dolci, chiedo una coppetta di frutti di bosco (mirtilli, lamponi o fragole), ma non hanno nulla. Spesa: 256 euro x 4 persone, che con lo sconto diventano 240, per due piatti esigui a testa - tranne mio marito che ha preso solo il fritto - due dolci, una bottiglia di vino, un caffè. Abito in zona, ma credo non tornerò, e lo dico a malincuore perchè le potenzialità ci sono.

06/07/2025: Cena molto buona in una bella location, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimi piatti di pesce ben presentati. L’unica pecca le tempistiche, attese un po’ lunghe.
