Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, cinque antipasti buoni con la specialità dei Lisotti di Pallare, primi a scelta tra ravioli, tagliatelle, ecc., secondi non banali come ad esempio l'agnello e il coniglio ed altri, dolci fatti in casa e il sorbetto per dividere i pasti, servizio molto buono! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

25/08/2025: A lovely surprise just steps from the center. If you're looking for good seafood, this restaurant knows how to satisfy. The warm calamari and octopus are excellent, and the linguine is truly delicious. Next time I'll definitely try the raw ham and mixed grill, which already made a great impression.

18/08/2025: Very high expectations, and yet... For a "fishmonger," one would expect the quality of the fish, especially the raw one, to be excellent. Instead: frozen, tasteless scallops, sea snails served not pure but with an oil emulsion (avoidable), and, unfortunately, to my sad discovery, the prawns had not been cleaned of their intestines. Obviously, when I asked if they were served that way or if it was an oversight, I was told that it's not a product they process, but rather bought from Genoa and resold as it arrives. I spent the evening cleaning them. Lastly, the scampi, which they process, also had the intestines incorporated. The only positive note was the Sanremo purple prawn (excellent). In conclusion: exorbitant prices for the quality of the products, service neither infamy nor praise, and the outdoor location is questionable because you eat on the sidewalk. A classic spot for passing tourists.

25/06/2025: Atmosfera da sogno, in una location davvero unica che invita al relax assoluto. La spiaggia è ben gestita, con prezzi onesti e un ambiente tranquillo, ideale per staccare dalla routine. Il servizio è informale: si ordina direttamente al bancone e si ritira il tutto in autonomia, ma i ragazzi del bar e della spiaggia sono gentili, simpatici e accoglienti, e le tempistiche sono corrette. Nota dolente: i prezzi del bar e del ristorante sono decisamente sproporzionati rispetto all’offerta e al fatto che non viene effettuato servizio al tavolo, cosa che rende difficile giustificare il costo. In più, la qualità del cibo è nella media, nulla di particolarmente eccellente, soprattutto se rapportata ai prezzi richiesti. Sarebbe bello inoltre trovare qualche attività accessoria, come canoe o SUP, per alternare il relax alla spiaggia con un po’ di movimento. Nel complesso, un luogo che merita assolutamente una visita per la posizione e la tranquillità, ma con qualche aspetto da rivedere nella gestione del ristorante e nei servizi.

27/07/2025: Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. The hotel is always clean and tidy. All rooms have a good view of the sea, a balcony, and a table and chairs. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from both the free and paid beaches (two loungers and an umbrella for less than €30 a day). If you want to take a stroll along the seafront, you have two very close towns, Varazze and Albissola Marina (the sidewalk runs along the entire coast, making it easy to use with strollers or wheelchairs). The only drawback is the lack of on-site parking. Luckily, there's a large, free parking lot about a 5-minute walk away. I will definitely be back. The breakfast buffet has a little bit of everything. If you want, you can also have lunch or dinner there. I didn't use this service, as I traveled every day to visit various towns and beaches within a 100 km radius, but from talking to some hotel guests, the lunch and dinner here are excellent. It's about 2 km from the Celle Ligure motorway exit.

18/08/2025: Characteristic restaurant in the port of Savona. Excellent food, you can taste the fresh fish, and I recommend it for a great experience. The waiters are very friendly and willing to take photos of customers, but unfortunately the service (in the kitchen) is a bit slow. Prices are a bit high compared to the competition. They charged me an extra cover charge even though there were only two of us, but I only noticed it after more than two hours of driving... next time I'll try to be more careful.

18/08/2025: I don't usually write reviews, and in fact, this is probably the first and last I'll ever do, because I also do this job and know what it means to get a bad review despite all the hard work. This is what I got for €40 for a takeaway mixed fried fish. Nothing to complain about the edibility, because fried fish is delicious even if it's stone-thick. What leaves me perplexed is the quantity. For €40, I expected much more than 300g of frozen fish... I'm sorry, because we certainly made a mistake in ordering the mixed fried fish, but that doesn't justify the price.
