A small, historic restaurant in the heart of Spotorno, offering an excellent selection of fresh ingredients and dishes cooked to order (uncommon). The cuisine focuses on Ligurian tradition, with a focus on the freshness of local seafood. Spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood) or clams are a timeless classic, generously seasoned and perfectly cooked. The warm seafood salad and raw fish are the perfect start to dinner. The fritto misto (fried fish) is truly delicious, crispy and dry. The restaurant is located in the charming historic center (the "budello") of Spotorno. The atmosphere is welcoming, simple, and typically Ligurian, with very attentive and friendly service. It's the ideal place for those who want to eat well without too much formality, feeling almost at home.

Winter dish of the day: soup with mussels, leeks, and beans—amazing! (The mussels are best unshelled.) A truly pleasant discovery. Friendly, kind, and welcoming staff; the place is tidy and well-maintained.
