A very welcoming, old-school trattoria. My wife and I had panissa and frisceu for appetizers, followed by two portions of farinata, one chickpea and one white. We had two excellent craft beers, and since we were full, I ordered a sardenaria to go, which I enjoyed the next day—delicious! Excellent value, and friendly staff. The only downside, not attributable to the restaurant, is that it's located in the city center, making parking quite difficult.

Strolling by chance, the place caught our eye with its retro style.
We ate an excellent and delicious farinata. Unfortunately, however, we must report a negative about the breaded and fried sardines, which had an unpleasant taste, like that of aged fish.
It would also be very nice to maintain the retro style even in the details: for example, using a pepper mill instead of sachets. Another smart choice could be to serve the wine by the glass in jugs, to make the experience even more coherent and authentic.

Passing through this town, I managed to discover that they make farinata with wheat here, different from the typical chickpea one, so I came here, a recommended historic place, to get it... I took a small plate to eat immediately and half a tray to take away... I exaggerated a bit because it was a bit too much, but oh well, and it was good, I also took a small piece of the chickpea one, and in my opinion, that one deserves more, but for its uniqueness it is also worth trying the wheat one.

A genuine place that I hope stays that way for a long time. The food is local, excellent quality, simple and good, without frills. There are relatively few dishes, which, for me, is often a good sign. On our last visit, they brought some dishes a little late, but that's okay!
