19/08/2025: Nice restaurant who serve also gluten free pizza. The gluten-free pizza had good toppings although the pizza base was tough to cut through, hence the lower score. I have had better pizza in Italy, but it was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

18/08/2025: We went with the family for lunch a few days ago. Very, very tasty, fast serving of dishes, if there is anything then only here.

22/08/2025: Today, passing through Bienno on the way to Ponte di Legno, my family and I had lunch at Ristorante Rugantino, and it was a delightful discovery. The menu features traditional local dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. Everything we tried was simply amazing (the photos speak for themselves!). Special praise goes to the professional and extremely kind wait staff. One young woman in particular impressed us with her helpfulness: in addition to giving us valuable directions to visit the center of Bienno, she also gave us a map of the city and a card game for our son, a truly appreciated gesture. A restaurant that combines excellent cuisine, hospitality, and warmth. Anyone passing through Bienno should definitely stop here: well done!

06/09/2025: If you're in Savona and want to eat truly well, Trattoria del Camionista is a must-see! An authentic, no-frills place where the quality and abundance of food are what counts. The portions are generous, the dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients, and the cuisine tastes like home, the real deal. The owner is a delightful, welcoming person, always ready to put a smile on your face: he makes you feel immediately at ease, as if you were among friends. The service is quick, friendly, and attentive, despite the informal atmosphere. Excellent value, tasty and hearty dishes, a warm atmosphere: in short, a classic trattoria where you leave full and happy. Highly recommended for both those passing through and those looking to discover an authentic slice of Ligurian cuisine.

06/09/2025: The grilled fish and calamari were inedible...not grilled, but boiled! A terrible experience. Not recommended.

01/09/2025: Everything was delicious, including the freshly made and fragrant focaccia pesto. We recommend the Ligurian-style mussels (one of the specials of the day).

19/08/2025: Pomella is always a hit!! The focaccia with gorgonzola and figs is extraordinary, as are the off-menu first courses, such as the scialatielli with pecorino cream, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, and the mango mousse. The place is very quaint and the staff is very welcoming!!

08/07/2025: I returned to this place for Sunday lunch, and what can I say? Once again, the quality of the food and management was evident! Excellent dishes, refined in both flavor and presentation. Impeccable. The location is truly charming, with a breathtaking open view. A huge thank you to the managers Laura, Simona, and Alice, as well as to chef Giancarlo. We'll definitely be back again to enjoy a pleasant summer evening, with a pleasant temperature thanks to the green hills surrounding the villa.

04/09/2025: A table was booked for 7:30 PM, but the appetizer didn't arrive until 8:45 PM, followed by dinner at 9:00 PM. A wait of over an hour and a half, difficult to justify. The food was decent, but the communication was confusing: the owner would provide one explanation, while the waitress would provide another, leaving the customer feeling like they weren't paying attention. After this experience, I can't recommend the restaurant and don't plan on returning.

23/06/2025: Unfortunately, a TERRIBLE experience. The place is objectively very beautiful but the service was terrible. We waited for the dishes for 1 hour and twenty minutes. And, when they arrived, they were not good at all. My tagliolini with pesto were a real MESS. I couldn't finish them! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, neither for the food nor for the service.

08/06/2025: L'attività è molto nota in città e i coperti sono contenuti, meglio sempre prenotare. Il locale presenta tavoli e sedie probabilmente di recupero in quanto di stili molto diversi, così come le altre piatti di arredamento. Sono disponibili libri usati di vario genere. L'offerta è per un aperitivo molto sostanzioso al costo di 21 euro. In effetti le portate sono molteplici e varie ma non mi ha soddisfatto la qualità. Olio probabilmente non di oliva in tutte le portate e servizio poco attento. Ho richiesto più volte, avendola finita, una seconda bevanda che mi è arrivata praticamente a pasto terminato. Mangiando praticamente all'asciutto! Quindi riassumendo: rapporto quantità prezzo buono, qualità prezzo no.

20/07/2025: Serata da dimenticare. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti e due spaghetti alle vongole. serviti gli antipasti abbiamo aspettato un ora e mezza per il secondo piatto, senza che nessuno ci abbia dato notizie. Alle mie rimostranze la persona che si è definita come responsabile del locale mi ha detto con arroganza e maleducazione di rivolgermi al cuoco per avere spiegazioni circa il ritardo. Stanco di questo atteggiamento, che dire poco professionale e poco, ho richiesto il conto e mene sono andato. Fuori dal locale vista la cifra alto del conto, ho ricontrollato e naturalmente anche quello era sbagliato, (addebitate due bottiglie di vino). La responsabile mi ha detto che se avevo problemi potevo rivolgermi al titolare che gestisce anche un altro locale presso la Darsena di Savona, cosa da non credere. La ristorazione e tutta un altra cosa.

15/07/2025: Memori del posto meraviglioso che era, in cui spesso facevamo almeno 1 ora e mezza di strada apposta per arrivarci siamo tornati dopo anni dopo la scomparsa del mitico Bacco.... Niente di soddisfacente e di buono. Manco il servizio. Gran peccato.

Inviting fish menu with very fresh products also available for take-away since the deli/fishmonger is attached. Friendly staff and a wine list with a wide choice. A good experience!

Possiamo provare a raccontare un piatto, possiamo (forse, a volte) anche riuscirci, ma.non potremo mai restituire le sensazioni visive, olfattive e gustative che si vivono quando si ha la fortuna di provare piatti come quelli di Via Mare. In cucina Chef Luca, giovane e talentuoso, con alle spalle una storia familiare che è la.storia stessa di Andora. Nipote dell'indimenticabile "Lito", figlio dell'immenso "Livio", persone che hanno scritto pagine indelebili nel firmamento della ristorazione. Livio è stato il fratello maggiore delle.generazioni che.dagli anni 90' vivevano le estati ad Andora, straordinario in cucina e altrettanto come persona, di quelle che rimangono nel cuore in modo indelebile. E questa bellissima storia continua con Luca. Luca è semplicemente un genio, uno di quei rari talenti che ogni tanto si ha la fortuna di incontrare. C'è un che di magico nei suoi piatti, un misto di tecnica raffinata e straordinaria creatività, una ricerca costante di contrasti e alchimie sensoriali che rendono una cena da Via Mare un viaggio, un'esperienza, un momento liturgico da celebrare e ricordare. Per rispettare i canoni delle recensioni cerco di sintetizzare : Location situata nel centro di Andora, a due passi dal mare, accogliente, elegante e curata, ma al.contempo informale e rilassata, Personale eccezionale. Gabriele è il numero uno. Sempre sorridente, preparato, gentile e disponibile. Un valore aggiunto, perla rara. E questo vale.per tutta la brigata. Sui piatti già detto tutto, ampia scelta, dal crudo di mare al fritto, tutto sempre freschissimo. Solo per fare qualche esempio la tartare di gambero rosa (un sogno) , il brandacujun su terra di olive taggiasche (essenza di sapori liguri), lo spaghettone con gambero crudo e bottarga (poesia), il polpo in doppia cottura con humus di pomodori confit e salsa al.dragoncello (la Cappella Sistina). Chef Luca ricerca costantemente materie prime di assoluta qualità, a km.0, sempre freschissime, lavorandole con amore e tecnica sopraffina, ma senza stravolgerle, bensì esaltandone il.sapore con una delicatezza senza eguali. Chef Luca gioca con contrasti e consistenze regalando.una maestosa sinfonia di sapori che si inseguono e susseguono emozionando, commuovendo ed.incantando. 20/06/2025: Large, welcoming place...run by a truly exceptional couple, friendly, always kind and helpful, as is the staff...even when the place is full...fantastic pizzas, exceptional farinata and the restaurant dishes are excellent...everything is always clean and tidy...I go often and have always had a great time...ideal also for very large groups...also open for lunch
