The best farinata ever eaten, always looking for new flavors... and also their frittini (fried vegetables in batter) are fantastic ... their artisanal breadsticks ditto... spectacular desserts, all strictly homemade (the chocolate cake with cream, it can't be described). The excellent service, we miss our Daniela, And then when we arrive late at night, they are even available to wait for us. In short, we can't wait to see you again! Thank you always!

23/07/2025: We had dinner at 9:30 PM, having booked a table for the afternoon. The welcome and staff were super friendly, not to mention the food, which wasn't exactly great—MORE! Generous portions and a great value. I would definitely return, highly recommend it.

05/06/2025: The quality of the dishes was fair, the staff was friendly but too inattentive, they brought out loads of dishes and then didn't see any more for almost half an hour, the quality wasn't excellent.

Possiamo provare a raccontare un piatto, possiamo (forse, a volte) anche riuscirci, ma.non potremo mai restituire le sensazioni visive, olfattive e gustative che si vivono quando si ha la fortuna di provare piatti come quelli di Via Mare. In cucina Chef Luca, giovane e talentuoso, con alle spalle una storia familiare che è la.storia stessa di Andora. Nipote dell'indimenticabile "Lito", figlio dell'immenso "Livio", persone che hanno scritto pagine indelebili nel firmamento della ristorazione. Livio è stato il fratello maggiore delle.generazioni che.dagli anni 90' vivevano le estati ad Andora, straordinario in cucina e altrettanto come persona, di quelle che rimangono nel cuore in modo indelebile. E questa bellissima storia continua con Luca. Luca è semplicemente un genio, uno di quei rari talenti che ogni tanto si ha la fortuna di incontrare. C'è un che di magico nei suoi piatti, un misto di tecnica raffinata e straordinaria creatività, una ricerca costante di contrasti e alchimie sensoriali che rendono una cena da Via Mare un viaggio, un'esperienza, un momento liturgico da celebrare e ricordare. Per rispettare i canoni delle recensioni cerco di sintetizzare : Location situata nel centro di Andora, a due passi dal mare, accogliente, elegante e curata, ma al.contempo informale e rilassata, Personale eccezionale. Gabriele è il numero uno. Sempre sorridente, preparato, gentile e disponibile. Un valore aggiunto, perla rara. E questo vale.per tutta la brigata. Sui piatti già detto tutto, ampia scelta, dal crudo di mare al fritto, tutto sempre freschissimo. Solo per fare qualche esempio la tartare di gambero rosa (un sogno) , il brandacujun su terra di olive taggiasche (essenza di sapori liguri), lo spaghettone con gambero crudo e bottarga (poesia), il polpo in doppia cottura con humus di pomodori confit e salsa al.dragoncello (la Cappella Sistina). Chef Luca ricerca costantemente materie prime di assoluta qualità, a km.0, sempre freschissime, lavorandole con amore e tecnica sopraffina, ma senza stravolgerle, bensì esaltandone il.sapore con una delicatezza senza eguali. Chef Luca gioca con contrasti e consistenze regalando.una maestosa sinfonia di sapori che si inseguono e susseguono emozionando, commuovendo ed.incantando. 20/07/2025: The menu should have an asterisk for all dishes. *=For two people Excellent quality, generous portions at a fair price. The location is a bit anonymous inside, but the view of the river outside is beautiful, but seating is limited. Recommended.

16/07/2025: Special, the terrace is right above a waterfall, the grill is served on a stove with alcohol burners underneath to keep everything warm while eating peacefully

03/07/2025: Fabulous agnolotti and a wonderful roast beef. Spent very little, ate well and abundantly. Traditional home cooking, a shame that places like this are disappearing in Italy.

05/06/2025: A pizzeria and bistro with a typical village atmosphere. Very good pizza, delicious homemade ice cream, and friendly service. Very reasonable prices. A far cry from the glitz and glamour of the coast. I highly recommend it.

18/07/2025: Visited and dined three times in one week, both last year and this year. The menu is extensive, imaginative, and fun, with a wide selection to choose from, including rich and flavorful appetizers, inviting first courses, incredible second courses, and a fantastic selection of desserts. All this is topped off with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. I don't have photos of the desserts, but they deserve praise. I recommend booking a table.

15/07/2025: I was truly disappointed with my visit. One of the male employees was extremely rude, almost disrespectful – that's completely unacceptable in a service setting. Fortunately, the female employees were friendly and helpful, which defused the situation somewhat. Nevertheless, that kind of behavior is completely out of place in a restaurant. I won't be back.

18/04/2025: Sono tornato con la mia compagna ieri sera eravamo di passaggio direzione Francia , serata umida e piovosa ma questo ristorante mi ha fatto passare il tempo della cena in maniera superlativa! Nel frattempo il Ristorante è stato rinnovato, sembra ancora più bello della visita di un paio di mesi fa. Abbiamo optato per due antipasti e due primi, capesante con Fois gras e Capponmagro, e poi scialatielli alla lattuga di mare con cime di rapa e vongole io mentre la mia compagna gnocchi con baccalà e guanciale. Tutto buonissimo!

06/04/2025: Siamo stati oggi in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo la titolare ed il suo personale ci hanno accolto davvero bene e super gentili abbiamo mangiato bene ed il tonno stellare era davvero delizioso il Miglior tonno che abbia mai mangiato a seguire tutte le porzioni erano veramente ottime sicuramente ci torneremo e ve lo consiglio vivamente a tutti ottima esperienza peccato avrei messo 10 stelle meritate

22/06/2025: Good food but €300 for 6 seems excessive to me for 6 various appetizers (anchovies, a taste (and I'm generous) of bagna, vitello tonnato, salami, raw ham and caciotta, 5 first courses, 1 second course (tagliata), 3 bottles of Barbera (€15 each but one was offered by the owner), 6 desserts, 4 bottles of water!! You didn't even give us a receipt, at least you could have given us a discount. As the owner used to say "Ligurians don't complain like the others, they don't come anymore" and so we will, never again!!!
