Il Dolce Castello In Balestrino

Super!!! We stopped for a coffee and a visit to Balestrino. What can I say? Today we tried the Colomba cake we bought here, peaches and amaretti biscuits, the best I've ever tasted. Congratulations! Luckily we got one for my daughter to take to Spain for Easter. Congratulations, it's truly excellent!

A little gem in Balestrino! Il Dolce Castello is a lovely, cozy café with some of the best pastries I've had in the area. You can truly taste the difference because everything is handmade, in-house, with real care and quality ingredients. Katiuscia runs the place with the help of her mother, and you immediately feel the warm, family atmosphere—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
