17/01/2026: The pizza (very thin crust) and farinata are very good (even gluten-free). They have a wide selection of pizzas and even a few dishes (e.g., swordfish carpaccio). The service is excellent and very fast, but the place—very noisy—is packed with tables and you can't move. The waiters and people bump into you while you're sitting.

16/02/2026: Beautiful, traditional, and family-friendly place. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good, traditional dishes that aren't too expensive, excellent value for money. I had the linguine allo scoglio, which was delicious and buttery; my girlfriend had the penne all'arrabbiata, which tasted more like penne all'aglione than all'arrabbiata, given the amount of garlic in it, but still very good. The pizzas were very tasty and had excellent leavening, being soft and fluffy. It's a shame that the service could be improved; it was a bit chaotic, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

It is not done like this, it is unfair to the consumer who wastes time. They will never see me but not even on Saturday evening did they see me, I went elsewhere

After a long bike ride, climbing, screeching, and beautiful distant views, and refueled on the terrace in the square. Friendly people, inside it was full of local Italians over 60. We're Dutch too, by the way :-).

31/03/2026: UPDATE MARCH 2026 This year, breakfast was very uninspired: during our visit, there was no natural yogurt, and scrambled eggs weren't available until 8:30 a.m. APRIL 2025 Breakfast offered croissants (sometimes chocolate croissants), scrambled eggs (very good), fresh orange juice, and green tea, among other things. Some things take some getting used to, for example, when there's only fruit yogurt with the muesli and no plain yogurt. Delicious latte macchiato—sometimes you get a café latte instead (without milk foam), and sometimes the service is a bit sleepy.

30/10/2025: Excellent location on the city's main pedestrian street. A welcoming and charming atmosphere with very kind and attentive staff! I will definitely be back.

30/01/2026: As a Ligurian, calling what we were served farinata is a real insult. More than farinata, it tasted like a poorly made chickpea pudding, with an indefinable consistency—raw, tasteless, without even a trace of rosemary. Unfortunately, the situation didn't improve with the pizzas: the dough was completely raw, just like the farinata. Two farinatas and two pizzas, both inedible. An experience so bad it seemed like something out of Kitchen Nightmares. I'm sorry to say it, but this is far from the minimum standards for a pizzeria, especially in Liguria.

01/04/2026: A truly disappointing experience. I ordered classic lasagna, but it was anything but "classic": out of about 100 grams of product, the meat was practically nonexistent, perhaps barely 5 grams. More than lasagna with ragù, it tasted like pasta with sauce and only a faint hint of meat. When I raised the issue, the owner was rude and unprofessional, arrogantly responding with "I make it this way," with no willingness to listen or find a solution. To make matters worse, she also threatened to call the police for a legitimate complaint. All this for €13, a completely illogical price for such low quality and such customer service. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, but I wouldn't have given it even one.

31/08/2025: Ordered pizza for delivery, arrived over an hour later than expected, confirmed. The pizzas were extremely cold and hard as marble, and the speck was extremely salty. A negative experience.

12/02/2026: I ate here very quickly on a business trip, and I have to say it's a great spot on the city's charming, brightly lit main street, crowded with tourists. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return.

14/03/2026: I came in just for an ice cream... and I left with a smile! A charming place in Porto Venere, with beautifully colored and truly delicious ice creams. The sales assistant, beautiful and always smiling, made the experience even sweeter. Extremely satisfied... I'll almost come back tomorrow!
