15/12/2025: We had lunch here with a large group of friends, and it's been a while since I've eaten here. The appetizers were very good and generous portions, the ravioli were delicious, and the meat was good and tender. The service was top-notch, very kind and helpful. Barbara is super helpful, and the quality/price ratio was excellent.

02/01/2026: The best! Everything was excellent: from the food to the service, the atmosphere, and the drinks! The cold cuts on the platters are delicious and fresh, the sgabei and focaccia are crispy and never greasy, the sandwiches are beautiful and filled with excellent and plentiful ingredients. The pizza is very digestible and perfectly cooked. Excellent beer.
The cannolini top it all off, and calling it superlative is simply not enough!

02/10/2025: Great restaurant with pizza, pasta, and burgers. We arrived from the ferry from Livorno and, tired and hungry, stumbled upon this restaurant without much planning in the evening. A real highlight!
The pizza was delicious, as was the spaghetti ai muscoli, and the owner was very friendly, welcoming, and funny – we'll remember this evening for a long time. Only the music was a little too loud for our taste, but that's a personal preference.
Thank you and keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back on our next visit to the area :)
12/09/2025: Nice place with quite garden behind the main entrance. Pizza was really good, on a tasty dough. (Napoli pizza was too salty because of anchovies). The service was super friendly, welcomed, well organised. Good place to eat inside or to take away.

11/04/2026: The fish with potatoes was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. On top of that, the service was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

07/10/2025: On Sunday evenings in the summer, it's become a habit for us to stop for pizza here before heading home from a day at the beach... delicious pizzas, exceptional farinata, and don't forget to eat a slice of cake. For those who live in the area, they also do home delivery.

The place is intimate and welcoming, with music that always sounds great. We've become friends now, and whenever we're in the area, we can't help but stop by!

28/03/2026: Unfortunately, we can't rate this experience positively.
The welcome was unsympathetic, the menu was limited (but never mind), and the wait was incredibly long.
Once we ordered, they brought our drinks with a tiny bowl of chips, a bowl of taralli, and then three portions of finger food and two pan-fried focaccias.
In reality, we finished our drinks and nothing else arrived.
Only when a waiter came by and we asked for information did he tell us that everything was sold out.
Speechless!!!
At least let the staff know they wouldn't be eating anything!!
05/01/2026: A day in Sarzana 2: For a pre-dinner aperitif (see Le Officine del Cibo), this cocktail bar is perfect. I love it when wines are carefully and expertly selected and presented. The cocktails are very original.
Then it's only right to award 5 stars because San Giorgio excels in what it promises.

26/12/2025: A very beautiful and elegant place, with a refined atmosphere that certainly plays its part. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to expectations; once we were seated inside, we had to wait a long time before a young man came over to take our order.
The appetizers were also unsatisfactory. Despite there being four of us, the olives served were very few. The Spritz was decent, but too full of ice! The same goes for the two non-alcoholic cocktails, which were also filled almost exclusively with ice.
The experience was not a positive one. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
14/12/2025: A truly beautiful venue, well-kept and welcoming. The cocktails were excellent, well-prepared, and the food was truly delicious.
The staff was extremely kind and attentive throughout the evening. Highly recommended!

11/04/2026: Such a wonderful restaurant with the best people. The food was amazing. The best place to eat in Sarzana.
11/04/2026: We were three hiking friends visiting the restaurant, and we had a truly lovely evening.
The restaurant is small, and both the waiter and the host are skilled, exceptionally friendly, and very attentive. The host and owner is a true champ!
We had anchovies, pasta with pesto, and cod. Everything tasted wonderful, and the wine they recommended paired very well with the food.
Their chocolate cake is a truly delicious finale 🤗
