Everything perfect, excellent location in the center

Highly recommended place, very close to the train station and the center. Very comfortable bed, no noise. TV with internet and very clean toilet. Everything perfect.

We only stayed one night, but given how we enjoyed it, next time we'll definitely stay longer. Excellent location in the city center, close to everything. Super tidy and clean room. And most importantly, the host was super kind and friendly. Definitely a place to return to!!

Perfectly maintained rooms in the heart of La Spezia. A 10-minute walk from the Central Station, ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre. Excellent service, even upon arrival outside reception hours, and thoughtful touches in the room. Definitely worth repeating!

Excellent property in the city center, with remote access to accommodate guests' various needs based on their arrival time. Excellent value, courtesy, efficiency, and helpful information for those unfamiliar with the city. Comfortable, spacious, and bright rooms equipped with a small refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, and iron. The lady on duty during the day is extremely friendly and takes care of check-in, check-out, and room maintenance. Parking (paid from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) is available just a few meters from the property.

A truly warm and pleasant welcome. The room was decent, clean, and functional. However, the bathroom is far too small, especially the toilet being right next to the bidet, making seating quite uncomfortable. The bar below is extremely noisy, but fortunately it's well soundproofed, and the bed is comfortable.
