04/11/2025: Great spot for breakfast!! As a family of non-vegans, we loved everything we got here. The smoothie bowl was super light and refreshing - a nice break from all the pastries we had been eating. The owners were the loveliest people we met on the whole trip. It was very clear that they truly care about their customers.

16/10/2025: What a pleasure to find this place in Riomaggiore! We had all our breakfasts there. The welcome is extremely warm, I loved the yogurt bowl and the many choices of fresh fruit for the smoothies 🌱

03/03/2026: True to the saying that good things come in small packages, I can confidently say that the food in the small but charming Trattoria Armanda is truly delicious. We're in Castelnuovo Magra, where Armanda has been synonymous with fine cuisine, reflecting the traditions of Ligurian and Lunigiana families, for many years. I returned after about twenty years and found the same atmosphere and excellent cuisine that remained etched in my memory and heart. A few years ago, new management took over, maintaining the original quality standards while giving the restaurant a brighter, more vibrant feel. The dishes are all well-crafted using quality ingredients. Service is handled by the courteous and friendly owner, who guides you from start to finish. The quality/price ratio is excellent. In warm weather, you can eat outside while also enjoying the beautiful view.

22/02/2026: Truly a lovely place. From the first step you take into this trattoria, you're enveloped in a lovely atmosphere. It's a well-kept yet informal place. One of those places you'll want to return to every week. The food is delicious, from traditional first courses to meat-based main courses. Top-quality ingredients. Tradition and subtle reinterpretations go hand in hand in a short, well-crafted menu. All the dishes we ate were delicious. Seafood ribollita and truffle and game risotto for the first course, and pork cheek with celeriac puree and ossobuco for the second course were top notch. The lady in charge was very knowledgeable and kind. The kitchen staff were excellent. Highly recommended!!!

27/02/2026: I highly recommend it. The staff welcomed us in our language with great kindness and professionalism, which immediately created a warm atmosphere. The dishes were simply exceptional. We were both delighted by the quality of the ingredients, the perfect balance of flavors, and the meticulous presentation. Everything was executed flawlessly. The wine was excellent, the explanations clear and engaging, and to top it all off, we were offered a complimentary digestif—a particularly thoughtful touch. A five-star experience, without a single negative comment. We will gladly return.

14/10/2025: A hidden gem in the Levante hills. La Zita is always a sure thing: good food, homely service, and reasonable prices. If you're looking for a restaurant where you can eat a wealth of traditional products, you've come to the right place. The restaurant is so homey, it almost feels like entering a private home and being welcomed as part of the family. The highlight of the menu is the exceptional first courses, followed by the Ligurian-style rabbit, very juicy and not at all gamey. To top off the meal, the bill is incredibly low, in contrast to the rest of the restaurant. Excellent value for money.

09/11/2025: Very friendly and the owner speaks French. There are small outdoor seating areas which is great, the cocktails are very good, and the small bruschetta are perfectly made. The shop selling local products is fantastic.

26/02/2026: I visited La Taverna Del Metallo in La Spezia, Italy, and it was one of those places that exceeded all my expectations. It's a bar-restaurant that combines a medieval tavern-style ambiance with rock and metal music in the background, creating a unique atmosphere that you won't find just anywhere. The place has a very distinctive decor, with candlelight and wooden tables that give it a cozy and special touch, ideal for spending the evening enjoying good music, beer, and food. The menu offers traditional Italian and local dishes—such as ravioli, polenta, and pork specialties—accompanied by an excellent selection of craft beers and local wines. The service was friendly and attentive, always with a smile, and the atmosphere was so pleasant that every moment there was fun and relaxed. The place tends to get crowded, so it's worth booking in advance, but it's totally worth it. In short, if you want to spend a different kind of night with good food, memorable beers, and an original atmosphere, this place is highly recommended. 🍻✨

17/10/2025: We really enjoyed our dinner at this charming restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, we got the cheese board, ravioli, bacon burger, wine and tiramisu, everything was 10/10. The man who served us was so incredibly kind and warm. I highly recommend this restaurant, it’s always great supporting fully vegan restaurants especially when it’s the only one in the city.

07/10/2025: The food was good, I'm not saying it wasn't but in our opinion it was very expensive for the quality and the time it took. It was a pleasant experience and it is appreciated that it is all vegan but we waited over an hour for the food and maybe we had very high expectations.

28/02/2026: This place is frankly the worst restaurant i’ve been to in the last year. Why is the carbonara scrambles and why are they running out of ingredients for a scampi pasta when the menu only has 10 dishes. Pink Benny changed management and is not the old one anymore. The waiter tried to tell us everyone here eats scrambled carbonara…but we are in italy…

08/03/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a huge delay in serving the food, with a wait of over an hour for appetizers... truly too long. As for the food, nothing to complain about; everything was fine. The setting was excellent, of course, overlooking the sea and with a view of the Calata and Palmaria. Overall, it was an experience I probably wouldn't repeat due to the slow service.
