I couldn't wait until after the meal to write this review: this place is wonderful and very welcoming; it's a small place that, if you're not a local, you'd never even imagine, yet trust this review. From a flavor perspective, it was exemplary. We had the five appetizers, then the Catalan risotto. Don't hesitate: the risotto is the one you absolutely must choose!!! (Next time we'll have to try the rest; I'm sure it won't disappoint.) Thanks again to the staff, to Solenne, and to Maxime. (We're French, so please excuse our beginner's Italian.)

At the recommendation of several locals, we dined here on the last night of our stay in Ameglia and immediately regretted not stopping by earlier, even just for a drink. The atmosphere is superb, with a pergola in the village's main square. The staff explained the delicious selection of dishes using local ingredients well. Reasonable prices and excellent quality. The political and ideological orientation was much appreciated.

A fantastic experience!! I ordered the trilogy of appetizers, which included a red cabbage flan with cheese fondue, followed by creamed cod with potatoes. This was an interesting dish, considering I'm used to Venetian-style creamed cod, which tastes more like fish, but it was still a good dish. The herb tart was amazing, you could taste the fresh herbs, truly top-notch! Next, a low-temperature cooked belly with sautéed herbs, another delicious dish. The portions are just right, and the prices are reasonable—in fact, good prices for the quality. The staff was always attentive and expertly explained the various dishes. The wait times were typical for express cuisine. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Excellent food, lovely people, and a restaurant in one of Liguria's most beautiful villages—what more could you ask for? A fantastic wine list!
