22/07/2025: Just left this restaurant. Never more! We waited for 1 hour for terrible shitty dog food, nobody can believe how spaghetti ala carbonara can look like (and taste like). You can be really proud for your service and pasta you offer for nearly 58 €!

16/07/2025: Even though the place is a bit dated, the food is very good. We especially loved the pizza, cooked in the wood-fired oven, which is simply breathtaking. The fish-based first courses and fried fish were also very good. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and very attentive to their customers. We had a problem with the table setup, but the lady quickly resolved the issue. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The staff knows me by now and always recommends the daily specials with passion and expertise. You can feel the authentic love they have for what they do.The food is simply extraordinary! 24/06/2025: A real discovery, attracted by the photo of the Paella on the road, we stopped for lunch...very fresh fish and generous portions, all prepared with skill, the service is no less, very kind and accommodating! We will definitely be back

21/03/2025: I was returning from Arona, where I'd been for a burraco tournament, and I stopped in Santhia. I was completely surprised to see the historic Carnival parade, which was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend seeing it; it's every bit as beautiful as the more famous one in Viareggio. Thousands of participants, spectacular, enormous floats. I stopped at the Giardini bar for a sandwich and found myself right in the middle of the parade. I've attached a photo to give you an idea of the atmosphere and the floats.

30/06/2025: Good value for money, good food, interesting flavored oils and mayonnaise. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some not so much. It was Saturday night and the wait was a bit long. I don't recommend the white wine in a carafe because it warmed up quickly.

23/06/2025: Very nice restaurant at the port, view of the countless boats, you can't see the sea but without too much expectation it's nice, different from the usual. Good food, good thin pizza, very good fried food, good quality house wine. The owner is very kind, the waitress is much less so (I don't know how to say it without being rude.. here rude she gets close enough), the waiter is kind but makes a few mistakes (it's not all his merit, we usually make mistakes together) I would gladly return

08/07/2025: Abito in zona e non lo avevo ancora provato. Due adulti e un bambino di 11 anni. Tutti soddisfatissimi. Combinazioni insolite tutte da provare, (io mi sono innamorato del panino carbonaro quindi per un po’.. sarà mio) buonissime anche le piadine i nuggets e le patatine. Top lo staff.

01/07/2025: EMBARRASSING CASHIER It's a place I've been going to for many years, the place is very nice, especially the internal rooms, very good cocktails and excellent service (except when there are a lot of people, which of course lengthens the waiting times slightly). The waiters, both women and men, are always very polite and very professional, the cashier on the other hand (who has been working there for I don't remember how long, but I'd say for more than a year) is not only incredibly unpleasant, but often rude and unfriendly. I advise the "lady" (since it's clear she doesn't want to) to leave her place to the many young people who are more willing to work and who are certainly better educated than her. It's a shame because the place would be really good...

04/07/2025: Pizza of the highest level for all types of palates and also gluten-free dough. Restaurant with always fresh high-quality products of the Neapolitan tradition. Everything very good even the service despite it being Saturday fast and professional.

18/06/2025: After some research we ended up at **Restaurant Duo**, a cozy and modernly decorated restaurant. We chose to sit outside, where the atmosphere was pleasant and the service very friendly. The waiter clearly did his best to give us a nice culinary evening. We both chose 2 à la carte dishes. As a starter we had the "Pansot in salsa di n..." - ravioli with a creamy fish sauce with oysters, full of flavor and nicely balanced - and the "Tortell riren di tuccu al burro e salvia", Tortellini a classic that was perfectly prepared. Both dishes were delicious! The homemade focaccia that was served with it was truly delicious and made for an excellent start to the evening. With a glass of local red wine, perhaps served a little too warm, but still very tasty, the evening seemed promising. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit disappointing. We both chose the "Galletto arrostito", which unfortunately was a bit too dry and grilled firmly. The sauce failed to surprise us, and the finish with only two tomatoes felt a bit sparse. An extra vegetable or potato garnish would certainly have upgraded the plate a bit more, especially considering the price of 22 euros. The seating comfort outside could also have been better: my chair was directly above a manhole cover with large openings, and the table turned out to be very wobbly. When we solved that with some napkins, I unfortunately unexpectedly sank through the rubber mat on the cover during dinner - almost with my face in the plate. Fortunately, we were able to laugh about it afterwards, but it was a bit inconvenient. In short, we enjoyed friendly service and a delicious starter, but the main course and the outdoor location left something to be desired. With a few minor adjustments, this experience could really be great.
