27/10/2024: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Chiavari, created from an old butcher's shop whose history it maintains, and has a very captivating informal appearance. In recent times they have equipped themselves with a place where they prepare appetizing dishes, to be accompanied by a wine or a beer chosen from the vast list of quality products offered by the place. Having said that, the clear strong point of the place are the aperitifs and happy hours with excellent cocktails, perhaps consumed in good company. The guys who take care of the service are nice and fast. The place has a young clientele and is certainly a great meeting point for the Chiavari nightlife, it stays open until late. Try it, you'll have fun.

28/08/2024: I had excellent memories of this restaurant but then for years I hadn't been able to go back because I don't come to Chiavari often and when I passed it was always closed either because it was the wrong day of the week, or because it was closed temporarily, in short, bad luck. Yesterday I managed to go back. I must say the raw materials were of excellent quality, the seafood salad very good, the octopus unfortunately overcooked so that it was hard on the outside and too soft on the inside. The sauce was good though. Unfortunately we had a bit of the feeling of annoying the managers with our presence, we were the only customers at lunch, then only other customers showed up around 1.30pm but they were bounced away as the kitchen was closed. The general feeling was that they had opened just for us (I had booked) and what can I say, I hope they managed to cover the costs :-/

29/11/2024: True traditional Ligurian cuisine in a familiar and informal context. Open from Thursday to Sunday, seats inside and outside in good weather. Homemade cuisine, unpretentious, genuine and with a daily menu limited to the specials of the day. Stop to eat at Baiciotto, you won't regret it. Not suitable for those who only complain and prefer the restaurant with white tablecloths (but this is an advantage)

19/11/2024: Very simple trattoria with a traditional menu in the central Via V.Veneto. Excellent stockfish, delicious farinata. Friendly staff, fast service and great prices.

06/12/2024: Grande locale di un altro tempo ma condotto in modo deludente e pressappochista. Atmosfera che meriterebbe ben altro. Due chicche a guastare la visita. Un conto salato per aver accompagnato i nostri tea con dolcetti pagati fuori da ogni benevolo accomodamento. La seconda e forse la più antipatica aver avuto il cameriere che ci sollecitava la consumazione per suoi evidenti motivi di allestimento sala per la cena serale.
