In the heart of the city, you are welcomed into the home, by the owners, where, in a quiet environment, you begin a culinary journey full of flavors and successful combinations. The menu is fixed, being a fish tourism, the dishes follow one another with the right cadence, letting you taste the flavors. You feel at home, in tranquility. Everything is made by the owner, from pasta to bread to desserts. Just the right portions. It's a shame to get up and leave, after dinner you would want to sit back in an armchair and relax. 05/06/2025: In the heart of Chiavari's historic center, under the city's suggestive arcades, Farina 44 stands out as one of the most interesting pizzerias in the area. The proposal is gourmet, taken care of in the smallest details, and leaves room for the choice between a dough with a high crust, softer and airier, and a version with a low crust, crunchy and thin: both excellent. There were two of us: we both took the low version, delicious and light, the person with me really appreciated the possibility of ordering a pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, a detail not obvious but very welcome for those with intolerances. I chose a pizza with stracciatella and raw ham, really well balanced in flavors, with superior quality ingredients. The environment is well-kept and welcoming, both inside and outside. But what makes Farina 44 an experience to remember is the hospitality: the waiters Carlo and Valentina were impeccable, attentive and friendly, with that genuine kindness that really makes the difference. A special shout-out goes to the owner and dining room manager, Stefano: professional, passionate, and always ready to recommend a good wine or craft beer to pair with pizza. The selection of drinks is in fact wide and well-studied, including draft options and niche bottles. Farina 44 is not just a pizzeria, but a place where you can feel at home, pampered by a team that puts their heart into what they do. Highly recommended

27/05/2025: Excellent place to spend a wonderful evening accompanied by a delicious dinner, the place is very welcoming, the staff are kind and both the chef and the pizza chef are both very good, I often go with the family and I take the fried calamari which is exceptional, excellent price, even tonight I went with my mother and we ate very well I recommend it to everyone 😊

24/04/2025: We went to the restaurant twice for dinner with 4 people and a dog as part of our vacation. In both cases we received a table without a reservation during Holy Week. As German guests, we were able to communicate in English without any problems. The restaurant is simple, well-kept and was mainly frequented by Italian guests during our visit. We felt very comfortable and found the food - whether antipasti, pizza, pasta or fish platter - extremely tasty. I also don't want to forget the delicious desserts, where I particularly remember the homemade lemon sorbet. The prices were moderate compared to our experiences in Germany. We will be happy to come back.

09/03/2025: Cena tra amici,dopo una bella giornata di sole in riviera.Locale e personale molto accogliente,con un bel camino.Come benvenuto ci hanno portato panisse e cuculli,tre porzioni abbondanti, proseguiamo con le focaccette al formaggio, davvero ottime.Passiamo ai primi,con pansotti al sugo di noci,ravioli di magro al tocco,tagliolini di castagne al pesto con le patate,porzioni abbondanti che ci ha permesso di assaggiare.Passiamo ai secondi con fritto misto all' italiana,cotoletta e patatine,coniglio alla ligure, semplicemente squisiti.Arrivati al dolce dove prendiamo sorbetto al limone con vodka,zuppa inglese,crema della nonna.Tutto accompagnato con acqua e un litro di vino rosso della casa.Totale per otto persone 160€. Che dire,se vi trovate in zona merita,anche se si fatica un po' per il parcheggio.
