Friendly and quick service: as soon as we said we'd eat the focaccia we were buying right away, they served us the freshly baked one instead of the one already on display. A truly appreciated gesture that shows the care and attention needed to secure a place in people's hearts! ❤️

They seated us in one room and then moved us to another because they'd made a mistake, which is understandable, it can happen, but then they were taking orders from people who arrived well after us. The Neapolitan pizza was nothing special. The desserts, however, were excellent. The prices were fair.

16/08/2025: We used to come very often for a delicious gelato at Davide's; we're also friends with the previous owners, until they closed. Now we're used to going to a nearby gelateria... Yesterday it was very crowded, so we decided to try the gelato at the reborn Davide's, which, as I wrote before it closed, we'd been going to for many years. In fact, after my father-in-law passed away, my mother-in-law wanted to move back home to Lavagna, and now we live here on two floors. We still have our house in Livorno on Via degli Scarronzoni, right in front of the Due Comandi. From our two-story home, I can also see the Torre Folgore and the sea. I've known this Gelateria for at least 20 years... And I must say, the new guys are kind... Good at their job. Only those of us who've tasted the old Davide's gelato can notice small differences, but the gelato is excellent, the service is fast, and they're kind. We sat at the outside tables, our 25-kg puppy comfortably seated. We ate our ice cream sundaes.... A small flaw.....the flavors we'd chosen, which were listed on the list they brought to our table, were missing. However, the ones we chose at the table were delicious. 21/11/2025: A very pleasant place. The hostess, Iolanta, made us feel right at home. The dishes were prepared right before our eyes and were delicious! We were offered welcome drinks and an aperitif before heading out. I highly recommend it!

17/11/2025: Bartender of zero... I'll just tell you he can't even get canned drinks out. It takes half an hour to open a bottle, an hour for a drink. Congratulations!

01/11/2025: Soft chips, plate not arrived (since it is served after 5pm it was 4.38pm when the order was placed and 4.52pm when the cocktails arrived, I used to go there often but never again. PS 2 non-alcoholic drinks, 1 spritz (aperol seen with binoculars) 23 euros

27/08/2025: The worst bar in all of Chiavari! I went there because I remembered that a few years ago they served coffee in lovely porcelain cups... now the cups are cheap, the place is incredibly dirty, the music is awful and very loud, the coffee is short and almost cold, and it costs a whopping €1.40! Never again, I highly recommend it 🤐

27/11/2025: A classic bakery in the historic center, undoubtedly excellent quality. The cashier was incompatible with a customer-facing role (as noted in other reviews). When it was time to pay, I presented my card to the cashier and, out of curiosity, I looked at the large price list for the various products. From that moment on, the cashier began to constantly give me a look that was somewhere between contemptuous and amused. At first, I didn't believe it could be directed at me, since there was no reason for it. But seeing her insistence, I asked for clarification. The lady pretended nothing had happened, smiling slightly but continuing with the same look. Continuing to look at the price list, she continued the dramatic scene. At which point I asked a second time what the problem was, but the cashier, continuing her attitude, preferred not to answer. Perhaps because I paid with my card for a recent purchase? Perhaps because I dared to look at the price list? 😂 Who knows? It will remain a well-kept secret by the cashier with the ambiguous and contemptuous face 😂 Professionalism is required when dealing with the public, and one cannot allow oneself to be influenced by one's own absurd personal judgments. At least the request for clarification could have been answered (if there had been good faith) instead of continuing with this scene. Terrible. Among other things, simple bread with water costs €6.20 per kg. I'm not arguing with the quality, it's certainly excellent.

11/10/2025: We had a savory breakfast with Recco focaccia, excellent, Genoese focaccia, super greasy, divine, and private olive and sage bread, a sort of focaccia from Spezia. Everything was excellent, at a great price.

01/12/2025: Aperitif, bad evening: after an hour of waiting to order we gave up and left

30/11/2025: I'll be very quick... After 45 minutes of waiting, we still haven't even received a good evening. The waiter needs to be called, otherwise he won't show up. The bar has a large space with many tables, but obviously hiring an extra waiter is too expensive. For aperitifs, the food is served cold. This means it doesn't take long to prepare.

10/11/2025: Excellent food and a wide selection of both traditional Greek dishes and pizzas, etc. Professional, courteous, and fast service with excellent explanations of the dishes, and a refined atmosphere that evokes true Greek culture. Affordable prices for the quality and quantity. Highly recommended!!!

15/10/2025: Lovely and very simple atmosphere, with barrel-shaped tables and uncomfortable stools! Definitely more of a takeout pizzeria than a served one. Typical Genoese pizza, very tasty, crispy, and with good ingredients. Lots of choices on the menu! The service is fast, friendly, and kind. We'll definitely be back from Naples! Thank you!

01/11/2025: I had dinner there tonight! The service was extremely attentive and very good. The food – the antipasti mussels – is highly recommended. The pizza and pansotti are also delicious. The price-performance ratio is excellent! We'll definitely be back!

01/09/2025: The wait was long, the service was friendly, but what surprised us most was that we paid 60 euros for the plate in the photo. If it was 600 grams, the amount of meat was exceptionally underestimated. Furthermore, we were misled by the waiter, who told us the set included lobster, when it was actually crawfish. Perhaps dishes with the weight listed are a better choice and less of a surprise. Desserts were decent. The house wine was pleasant.

17/08/2025: Welcoming staff in a very homey outdoor setting. Delicious dishes, especially the squid ink tagliolini with shrimp. I recommend booking in advance, given the strong flu season, especially in the summer.
