10/03/2024: Unfortunately we didn't have a good time. First of all, when asked whether or not the marinated anchovies were made by the restaurant, we were told "yes, of course, we make them ourselves" and then found ourselves faced with a dish that seemed to have just been taken from a supermarket tray, but at a very high price compared to the quality. The seafood risotto was watery and had unrelated flavours, it tasted more like tomato than fish. The grilled sea bream was not bad, it was fresh, but honestly not enough to save a failed lunch. I still gave 2 stars because the view is enchanting and I hope they can improve, given that the location deserves it.

02/04/2024: The pizza was delicious, but did not justify the price at all, especially given that the service was sub-par. They couldn't remember what we ordered, and then brought menus for dessert but then just took the menus away without asking if we wanted anything. The atmosphere was fine, but nothing to warrant the prices either. Nothing too bad happened, and the food was good, it just isn't worth the price.

25/03/2024: Da Vittorio is a historic restaurant in Chiavari and a point of reference for those who want to eat in the Genoese tradition. Clean and welcoming place, tables also outdoors, ideal in spring and/or summer. You can't book but you can always find a place even after a short wait. Highly recommended, you can eat well in the gloomy/Genoese culinary tradition, here we focus on the point and not the externals. It is also possible to buy take-away food, my favorite dishes are the cima, the Russian salad which is not the Piedmontese one, the cima is the minestrone alla Genovese.
21/03/2024: I went for a quick lunch on a Sunday, I ate well, dry and good fried fish, they are fast, friendly, very cheap price compared to the average of the place, I will go back

29/03/2024: Pasta and beans with legendary potatoes, angry pasta, Genoese cakes and two dishes of boiled green beans and potatoes. All very good and at a good price. Quick service. Generous portions. Nice environment. Summer garden. We come back for the meats.
23/03/2024: Ate well, typical and comfortable place! Nice, friendly, patient service, and always with a smile (the girl who looked after us).
In short, very "pampered".

06/04/2024: Fantastic place, fantastic welcome and even better food. I came on holiday from Friuli and having seen this restaurant sponsored on Instagram I couldn't miss the opportunity to come and eat there.
All the meat tasted really excellent, including appetizers.
I also took the wagyu served and cooked at the table by Nico a la carte, and I must compliment him for the information he provided us on the cut of the wagyu and for the excellent cooking! Joao at the checkout is very nice. I hope to return soon, Genoa will be my fixed stop every time I return!
01/04/2024: Certain cuts of meat should be better evaluated by the chef during cooking so as not to let them dry out too much! The sausage must be to my taste, beautiful, succulent and tasty, it looked like chicken sausage...! And the duck cooked with orange and then on the spit is a bit like parmesan on spaghetti with lobster! The price of the bottle of water on tap needs to be reviewed in my opinion!

04/04/2024: It's the first time I've found water separately on the workers' menu. Notice, I didn't ask for wine, beer, Perrier water or Our Lady of Lourdes, simply to the question water? I answered "yes". It seems borderline incorrect to me. For the rest without praise or infamy

26/03/2024: Over the years, Brinca has always remained a certainty. Excellent and plentiful quality of purely Ligurian recipes, wide choice of wines for those who love them, superlative sparkling wines and grappas for a certain type of palate. Beautiful and welcoming environment, friendly, competent and purposeful staff, food and wine prices in line with the high quality offered. In short, a top restaurant that can undoubtedly be classified as Ligurian excellence. Highly recommended for the few who don't know it and for those who really want to enjoy an excellent dinner or lunch in total relaxation and taste.

02/04/2024: Very nice, spacious pizzeria, excellent and different pizzas from the usual (the aubergine and ricotta delicious), different shape not round but rectangular, large, soft, well leavened, excellent ingredients. In this period they sold eggs and they were very particular! Excellent Ichnusa draft beer. Honest prices. Very recommended!!

Newly opened, medium-sized venue, well furnished.
Pretty good pizza but, from such a famous pizzeria I would have expected higher quality.
Quick service even if not very precise, one person in 6 served well in advance of the others.
Average prices.

06/04/2024: I had dinner at Mario's on the evening of April 5th. There were three of us. Three excellent first courses, two delicious fresh grilled sea bream, the best I have ever eaten, salad, two bottles of water (in glass), a dessert, free fries with each course for the stratospheric sum of 40 euros. Familiar and welcoming environment, fast service, friendly staff. The only flaw: some dishes with frozen fish, but it is clearly indicated, just don't take them.... the rest of excellent quality. A stone's throw from the station. I didn't think places like this still existed. Amazed and happy to have found it. Compliments
