The quality of the meat is good, but for the price I would have expected larger portions and at least a dessert included

With the new restaurant manager, the atmosphere has changed. The staff is well-trained and polite, but the atmosphere is a bit cold. I would have added a little more personality, even though the smile has always been there. I would recommend not learning the dishes by heart, but rather knowing them and describing them. Don't pretend you know the name of what's being served, but rather knowing WHAT you're serving. Another piece of advice I'd like to give is to avoid letting the customer see disagreements between the staff; I find them impolite, given the atmosphere we're in. I would have liked the new restaurant manager to be more present and welcoming. The dishes were excellent, it's a shame they reduced the appetizers. The only flaw is the cocktails with too much ice. I'll definitely be back.

The true star of the evening was the extraordinary Wagyu beef, one of the most prized and sought-after meats in the world. Every bite literally melted in the mouth, revealing the quality of the ingredients and the exquisite preparation. We appreciated not only the excellence of the food, but also the harmony of the entire experience: the pace of the service, the elegant and refined atmosphere, and above all, the feeling of truly being guests and not just customers. These are those rare places that can transform a dinner into a special memory. Sincere compliments to the entire staff and kitchen for creating such a refined and memorable experience. The meat remains top-notch in Genoa: prime cuts cooked to perfection, and the tableside show cooking is always impressive. The staff is extremely friendly, and the sea view is priceless.
