30/05/2025: Personale davvero antipatico: la barista si è rifiutata persino di buttar via una busta di plastica rispondendo con tono brusco di andarla a buttare nei bidoni fuori dal locale (ovviamente abbiamo consumato, non siamo entrati solo per quello!) Perfetto per un luogo turistico!

17/06/2025: Pizzeria in one of the streets of the Spezia promenade. Friendly staff and fast service. Good quality products and diverse offer. Excellent option for a quick and healthy meal, with friends or alone. Fairly reasonable prices. On summer days there is the possibility of sitting outside.

29/07/2025: We stopped by after dinner (around 11pm) to grab a drink and a tiramisu. We were first seated by the boardwalk, with the nicest view of the ocean and the table looked lovely in a white cloth and wine cooler waiting to be filled. But when we said we first wanted a tiramisu, we were escorted, no, hasted away from the nice table that “was reserved for guests who are having pasta and using more money” to a table hidden from the public eye. We were met with incredible rudeness when we ordered our drinks after the tiramisu. My husband got the flatest beer they had to offer and I got a Hugo Spritz that was more elderflower sirup than anything. A few minutes after we were sat at the “lesser” table, two men came over and ordered what looked like two espressos, they got to sit at the nicer tables even though they “only” got coffee for a few minutes. Overall, this was a horrible experience in an otherwise perfect city. Steer away!

28/07/2025: Horrible service, and rude staff. Low quality food. Not even a ring on the toilet if You want to go number two. Positives: the drinks came fast.

29/06/2025: Bad experience, we waited more than an hour to be served after several reminders, we had to ask for the missing cutlery. After an hour and a half, a first course was still missing, which we decided to cancel given the late hour. Perhaps the most unpleasant thing was not the long wait but the total indifference of the manager who did not lift an eyelid after our complaints, the first course not consumed was discounted but paid for. I understand that it is difficult to manage customers especially in the high season but there is a limit to everything. A simple apology would have been enough but never arrived.

29/06/2025: We went to dinner last night Saturday, without a reservation. The owner asks if we had booked and when we answered no he doesn't explain anything...you can wait, it takes a certain amount of time. In the meantime, an incredible queue of people who hadn't booked like us had formed but who, however, for some particular reason, were seated before many others, including us. After a good half hour, he prepared a table for us in an unfortunate corner of the dirty passageway with bad smells of animal excrement. Wet tablecloth, they served the drinks, warm house wine. We had to ask for them to set the table for us. The first course was served quite quickly and was good on average. For the second course, another half an hour of waiting, but both the fried food and the grill were good. The owner was not able to manage the situation of great attendance, indeed he got lost in chatting with friends and acquaintances instead of taking care of the seating of the various customers. The staff was helpful and fast but unprepared and disorganized and not through their fault. In conclusion, the wait was not worth it with service and food that, although good, is still a tourist lunch that can be replicated in other trattorias, perhaps at a lower price. Finally, I believe that very few of the customers from last night will return. We certainly won't!

18/07/2025: The focachia with nothing on top was delicious; it was microwaved Bimbo bread with salt and just the crust. It was also accompanied by a delicious shot of water. Now, we went on a cruise excursion and visited the Doge's Palace, and they let us taste the food, and we decided to let it go and bite our tongues when the waiter came to ask if it was good.

13/07/2025: The sweetest cocktails ever. Do you like pure sugar? Do you like drinking toothpaste? Do you like to drink those things for more money while gross people smoke around you in a space with no cross breeze because there are fake plastic walls preventing ventilation? Then this is the place for you!

13/06/2025: Assoluta cordialità ed efficienza. Ho cenato per ben 4 volte e,pizza a parte che non ho mai preso, gli altri piatti provati sono buoni. Raccomando i gnocchetti con polpo e olive taggiasche così come il loro gelato . È capitato di dover attendere un po per il dolce ma l affluenza era tanta ed essendo in vacanza direi che non è stato un problema anzi...a volte essere flessibili è necessario. Consiglio ❤️

But what is really striking is the love with which each purchase is packaged: it is not simply a matter of "putting in a bag", but of creating a real presentation, elegant and refined, which further enhances what you are giving. A special mention goes to the bags: beautiful, with attention to materials and details, so beautiful that they seem an integral part of the gift itself. Unfortunately I cannot attach a photo to show them, because since they are gifts, they have already been delivered to their respective recipients. Highly recommended.

01/06/2025: Really terrible brioche, I didn't understand if they were simply raw inside but they remind me of frozen ones, even cream without personality. I had guessed it from the photos but I let myself be convinced by the reviews, which at this point amaze me. Friendly but disorganized service, slow, you can't understand the order of those who have to order, narrow space... I'm sorry but really a failed place, no staff, they will surely be good people

06/04/2025: Finally an "old-fashioned" pastry shop where you can smell the true aromas of the confectionery tradition, every weekend I'm in Rapallo breakfast here is a must, I love the pinwheel with raisins and the soy cap, all good and cheap cap and brioche for only €2.50

05/07/2025: Vino molto costoso. Chiariamo anziché fusilli alle vongole di avere gli spaghetti. Rispondono di no. Pazienza. Cozze al guazzetto. Quasi tutte col “baffo”. Quindi non adeguatamente pulite. Chiediamo acciughe fritte specificando che vogliamo assieme una focaccia. Arrivano le acciughe ma non la focaccia. Nel frattempo servono pizze e focacce da asporto, che passano davanti alle ordinazioni dei tavoli. Se non fosse in passeggiata ad Alassio, a mio avviso sarebbe sempre vuoto.
