31/08/2025: You can't call something like that Grilled. 3 prawns, 1 dried-out squid, cut into small pieces. The prawns had a bad smell and taste, the squid was hard and sent back whole. The fried food: the oil wasn't up to temperature, and I'll leave it up to you to figure out what it was like. Plus, the prawns weren't clean, they still had the edge of their... 😱😡 Grilled vegetables: uncooked zucchini, eggplant, leave it alone, and peppers, they looked more like a pan than a grill. The owner should know that if a dish isn't good, they send it back. You can't justify it by saying we ate it in the kitchen, it was delicious, if 4 people couldn't eat it. The ABCs of catering aren't added to the bill, and it's not argued that since we're seafood people, you're used to fresh fish, we use frozen. For goodness sake, I feel worse. Change jobs. The menu is poor, and please don't call that thing Grilled. It's a disgrace. I definitely won't go back, nor will I recommend it.

08/07/2025: Ormai da anni siamo clienti di Letizia e del suo gentilissimo staff Ogni tagliere viene fatto con cura ed amore, ogni specialità del giorno ti fa respirare il profumo di una cucina fatta di tradizioni e passione, insomma andare a cena qui significa farsi trasportare in una serata di coccole e sapori. Purtroppo rimane un po' distante per noi ma appena abbiamo l'occasione di staccare la spina facciamo un salto a goderci il lago di Bolsena e chiudiamo la serata a Montefiascone tra un buon calice di vino e una prelibatezza culinaria. Consigliatissimo!!!

02/09/2025: THE PLACE REFLECTS THE TUSCIA REGION. HIGH POTENTIAL, BUT THEY DON'T PUSH BEYOND. SOME OF THE STAFF ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY. A PART OF THEM NEEDS TO BE REVISED, IN THE TERMS OF BEING OPEN TO OUTSIDE THE REGION AND TO THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER. SOMETIMES A LITTLE IS ENOUGH. THE PIZZA IS GOOD, A PIZZA WITH A LOW DOUGH. SOMETIMES THE TIMES NEED TO BE REVISED.

The bar offers a simple but effective menu, with aperitifs accompanied by pizza slices and a few appetizers. The overall quality is decent. The pizza isn't memorable, but it's palatable and pairs well with a drink. The portions aren't generous, but they're in line with the service. The cocktail selection is quite extensive, and the prices are generally fair, considering the prime location. The service is friendly, though sometimes a bit slow, likely due to the influx of customers, especially in the evening. The staff is helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere helps you enjoy the moment. Onassis Bar isn't the most refined or sophisticated venue in the area, but it's not the worst either. It offers a pleasant and informal experience, ideal for those who want to take a break with a beautiful view. Recommended for a quiet aperitif by the lake. Four stars for the location and atmosphere.

26/07/2025: The lake is beautiful, the waitresses are rude, etc. Then we have a new menu chain that's so high in protein that it actually sucks, so let's assume they've participated in 'nightmare kitchens', but okay then. We have delicious bread with ants in it, a cute menu with a dead fly, and ice cream with a dead spider in it—oh, and the cockroach on the table is an obvious optional. Price: like €30 wasted on this stuff... And then in the end I only ordered bread and wine and a cover charge, and the pizza never arrived, but okay. Well, maybe they made me pay for the insects... I don't know, but I know there's a guy outside selling piadinas for €4, and maybe it's worth it. (It goes without saying that they say it's healthy food if the healthy thing is bread with ants in it, which is greasier than the oil you put in the car...) The... service seems to have suffered a catastrophe... 😅😂
