23/08/2024: Tutto ottimo dal cibo all’accoglienza, prodotti locali e trattati come si deve, prezzo più che onesto per la qualità.
Apprezzato molto la divisione dei piatti anticipata avendo diviso un secondo in due.
Unico punto da migliorare (secondo me) il dolce che sembrava molto intrigante (panna cotta all’anice con gel di peperone e cioccolato fondente), l’anice non si sentiva molto e rimaneva una panna cotta semplice, ma comunque molto buono

24/08/2024: Place with the possibility of also having a veranda, convenient and shaded parking (we had a little dog), good traditional Viterbo dishes and generous portions, a substantial appetizer and a very correct price for what and how much we ate... Catuscia offered us an off-menu option with a excessive number of dishes, congratulations on the memory and availability, we will definitely be back 👍 highly recommended!

20/07/2024: Enchanting restaurant from where you can admire the beauty of Lake Bolsena and its sunsets. Excellent quality food, fast service and professional and friendly staff. The evening was also enlivened by good live music.
Large internal parking. What can I say.....we will definitely be back!!!

11/08/2024: Two coffees, a normal pasta, and a micro pasta €6.50!!! never stopped setting foot there again.
Other than that the pasta isn't that good, and the micro cream pasta was half empty!!! Unfortunately I can't post the photo.
10/08/2024: Much worse, slow cooking, pizza with unseasoned tomato, good dough but flavorless seasoning, we're not there!

Very suggestive location
Excellent aperitifs made by specialized bartenders
The restaurant with fish-based dishes is also very good and is located on the terrace above the bar from where you can admire the entire lake.
Wide choice of wines and bubbles, excellent quality selection.
Obviously to be attended in the spring/summer season, the activity closes in mid-September

18/08/2024: Cose sarò uno su mille, ma la pizza era immangiabile dura al bordo e molla al centro. Per il resto il locale è molto bello e il servizio molto buono
15/08/2024: Abbiamo fatto un pranzo con il mio compagno improvvisato nel giorno di Ferragosto. Nonostante la giornata particolare e il non aver prenotato siamo stati accolti in maniera gentilissima dal proprietario e da tutto lo staff. Il posto è davvero bello con una stupenda vista sul lago e il pranzo è stato ottimo. Meglio di così non potevamo chiedere. Grazie mille, quando torneremo in zona verremo di nuovo a trovarvi.

17/07/2024: La pizza è buona, con ingredienti di qualità e molto digeribile. Ci siamo andati a tarda sera e quindi non abbiamo nemmeno sperimentato le lunghe attese di cui abbiamo letto nelle recensioni precedenti. Certo... ti danno la rotella per tagliare al posto delle posate (che comunque crediamo siano disponibili eventualmente su richiesta), e al posto del piatto servono la pizza su una tovaglia di carta... ma alla fine ci sta, considerato il tipo di locale. Prezzi sorprendentemente bassi. Piacevole sorpresa!!!
07/05/2024: Grazie ad un’informazione chiesta ad un benzinaio in direzione Orvieto su quale fosse la pizza più buona di Montefiascone, abbiamo scoperto questo fantastico ristorante dove abbiamo trovato prodotti eccellenti di prima qualità, personale simpatico ed educato ed un clima informale ed accogliente! Rimarrete piacevolmente colpiti anche dall’impiattamento; anti spreco!!
