06/07/2026: It was hard making a choice on where to go in this little town.
In the end we went with this one. And wow were we in for a treat.
We had such an amazing experience here. Really superb food and excellent service :) also the first time ever that I had a real Italian pizza without tomato base…. Really special :)
05/07/2026: I fell in love with this charming place at first sight. The tables outside in the narrow medieval street have an incredible charm. The food is homemade and delicious. The wonderful thin-crust pizza – the pizza bianca with rosemary is pure poetry. I brought it back to Poland, and my daughter was delighted with the taste. I already miss this place; I eat here every year.

18/07/2026: Yesterday we visited this restaurant for a family dinner, there were 7 of us, after asking if they had space for 7 people, the waiter gave a clear answer of “no”. When the waitress came after a while (the biggest plus of yesterday’s dinner) she immediately figured it out and seated us, unfortunately inside, where it was unbearably stuffy. After asking the waiter to turn on the air conditioning, the answer came “yes” unfortunately it just stayed that way and the gentleman didn’t turn anything on, it seemed like he didn’t even plan to solve it.
We had 3x pasta carbonara for dinner, the food looked good at first glance, but after the first bite I knew it would be even more interesting, halfway through the meal I had no idea whether to continue eating because I was hungry or whether I should call the fire department because there was a high-level fire going on in my mouth from the pepper content in the pasta, which could have been overlooked, but after telling the waiter that the food was practically inedible, he gave an arrogant response saying that it was impossible. I would probably evaluate it as if when a restaurant charges 2 euros per person to sit at a table, the waiter should not be wearing sweatpants and blue sneakers and seem totally arrogant and uninterested. The biggest positive thing about this dinner was the nice waitress with a permanent smile and good pizza.
18/07/2026: Ordered two pasta dishes, large portions, but unfortunately disappointing taste and appearance.
Good service and nice staff :)

29/06/2026: A special little place on the shores of Lake Bolsena. We went for both lunch and dinner and had a wonderful time. Excellent food, made with quality natural ingredients and cooked according to the traditions of Tuscia. The staff was extraordinary, welcoming, and completely helpful. The setting was truly magical, with a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. We'll be back soon.

26/03/2026: There is nothing structurally wrong with the hotel, but the service was terrible, the waiters were surly, unfriendly, and cold.
23/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Naiadi Park Hotel, a perfect base for visiting Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, and the beautiful Bolsena.
The hotel is surrounded by greenery, quiet, and welcoming, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
A truly positive experience: we definitely recommend it!

02/06/2026: Right in the center of Bolsena. Quality food, for sure, but a word of advice: the pizza should be round, not rectangular, and much larger. €15 is too expensive for a pizza that looks like a small pinsa.
02/06/2026: We ate a very good pizza, the lake poke was very tasty, the service was excellent and finally the waiter offered us a digestive made by him and it was pleasant, we were very satisfied and we will be back.

14/04/2026: A very pleasant stay at the Hotel Holiday on Lake Bolsena.
A truly excellent location, practically on the lake: waking up and having breakfast with that view makes all the difference.
The in-room breakfast was a great plus: simple but thoughtful, with quality ingredients, and served in a truly relaxing setting, especially on the balcony.
The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for a few days' getaway and enjoying the tranquility of the place.
Recommended for those seeking relaxation, a lake view, and a stress-free atmosphere.

21/06/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant a few days ago. We're local and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, the food is very poor, almost touristy. We had tagliolini with a lake aroma that makes you want to go to the beach, and a fried fish dish (a whopping €16) with twelve calamari, two octopus, and three shrimp. It was raw, thick, and tasteless. I would have preferred to eat at home.

14/02/2026: I've been coming here since I was a child. Yes, the facilities are a bit outdated, but that gives it a charming, old-world feel, and the peace and quiet are a great way to escape from everyday life. I can wholeheartedly give it 5 stars.
10/10/2025: The pitches are quite spacious. The campsite has a restaurant and a small supermarket. There's a good beach with beautiful views.

01/05/2025: Leider ging es nur schon etwa 45 Minuten, bis wir die Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Dann nochmals 1 Stunde, bis sas Essen kam. Obwohl das Restaurant nicht gut besucht war. Das Essen wurde dann auch noch falscj serviert. Und meine Spaghetti Vongole, da waren etwa die Hälfte der Muscheln geschlossen.
19/04/2025: bel locale , sul lago, proprio sulla riva, è possibile mangiare all’aperto ma anche all’interno, parcheggio strisce blu a pochi metri.
Accolgono i cani e come ben venuto gli offrono uno snake e una ciotola di acqua.
Personale educato e accogliente , molto disponibile.
