07/01/2026: We were passing through and couldn't find anything else, so we stopped at this pizzeria. Since it was dinner, we ordered four round pizzas and sat across the street, where there are about ten tables (no placemats or trays are provided; it's just a place to sit). The pizza by the slice on display looked really good, but the round pizzas were rather disappointing. They were very thin and had a crusty crust, not the kind of pizza we were expecting... It must be said, however, that the prices are rock-bottom compared to average, and for a quick bite, this place is fine.

04/01/2026: Found by chance in the pedestrian area. Simple, good-quality cuisine. Good value.

03/02/2026: Park Hotel Lorana on the Bolsena lakefront is a sort of multi-building hotel, with rooms located in the central section and others scattered throughout a beautiful garden with internal paths, flowers, and flowerbeds. There is also convenient indoor parking. The central section features a reception, a large bar with lake views, a breakfast room, and a lounge for lunches and dinners. The location features classic furnishings, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The service and helpful staff are excellent. The food is excellent: we spent the New Year's Eve period here and had our New Year's Eve dinner/New Year's Eve party at the hotel; everything was well-organized and pleasant. The hotel overlooks Bolsena's beautiful lakefront, making it ideal for lovely walks. Furthermore, the center of Bolsena is nearby and easily accessible on foot. A truly beautiful place. A 3-star hotel with excellent value for money.

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us. As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person. We don't recommend it.

13/10/2025: Rustic and well-kept atmosphere, good service, excellent spaghetti carbonara, good and creamy lemon sorbet, shame about the veal cutlet which was a bit calloused.
