05/08/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance and immediately felt at ease with the atmosphere, especially because, as a fellow restaurateur, I've really appreciated seeing a family-run business built on camaraderie and the importance it places on the work they do. Culinary expertise, the quality of the simple ingredients they use, friendliness, and a clean environment are essential, and this restaurant has it all! No complaints, keep it up!

04/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place after a stroll around Hadrian's Villa, just a few meters away. The atmosphere was immaculate, the food excellent, but what really surprised us was the friendliness and dedication of the owners, who made us feel the passion behind their hard work every day. Congratulations to Alessandra and her parents for the excellent work they do! We'll be happy to return!

05/10/2025: I ate their pizza this weekend at a birthday party, and it was truly awful. Even though the pizza was already cut, it wouldn't even come off the box. I was sick with nausea for a whole day and stomach cramps. The supplí were cold and undercooked, with the mozzarella being rock hard.

06/08/2025: Great experience me and my wife, we wanted fresh authentic Italian pizza and that's exactly what we got. The lady behind counter was super nice, friendly and helpful eventought we don't speak Italian. Had some ichnuso beer with our meal and price.was very affordable. Must visit while in town!

10/03/2025: we came yesterday for the first time to dance tango, welcomed by the kindness and courtesy of the teacher Giulia Varone, we were pleasantly surprised both by the venue which is in a magnificent position, with the lookout over the temple of the Sibyl and by the organization of the milonga. Excellent parquet flooring, small but enveloping room, excellent aperitif formula and, even writing it goes without saying, excellent music by the musician Armando Tatafiore. We hope you organize another one soon!

29/09/2025: We stumbled upon this pastry shop almost by chance on a sweltering summer day, after a long visit to nearby Hadrian's Villa. Extremely thirsty, we noticed it, empty of customers besides us (the date, time, and weather were prohibitive). We decided to stop for two Cokes. We quickly noticed a tempting array of delicacies, sweets, pastries, and ice creams (we were also on a strict diet). I sense that the specialties can be very good, when a corpulent gentleman in a vest enters, orders a tray with 5 or 6 pastries, sits down at a table and begins to savor - all alone - such a delight for his palate... My companion, then, greedy and envious of what was happening next to her, decides to try at least one of the house's artisanal ice cream... I think it was the best ice cream (and I'm limiting myself to that) I've ever tasted in my life... exceptional, with a wide variety of flavors and very original names, a true taste experience, unique!!! Too bad we're so far away... congratulations!!!

21/03/2026: 🍝 A corner of Rome in Tivoli: Pasta e Amore ❤️ This evening we made a delicious discovery in the heart of Tivoli. We visited Pasta e Amore, a little gem that's both a fresh pasta shop and an excellent Roman pizzeria. We had the pleasure of chatting with the chef, a man who exudes passion for his work. But let's get down to business... here's what we tried: Cacio e Pepe: Fresh homemade pasta that holds the sauce perfectly. Creamy, balanced, and with that character that only artisanal pasta can provide. Pizza: A true Roman pizza, crispy and light. You can see (and taste!) from a mile away that the ingredients are incredibly fresh. It's true that when things are made with love, the result is evident on the plate. My compliments to the entire team; keep up the good work! Guys, if you're passing through Tivoli, this is a place not to be missed.

31/01/2026: We went there tonight for the first time and it was a pleasant discovery: the place is in a quiet area of ​​Tivoli with easy parking, a very nice and clean atmosphere, and friendly staff who welcome you with a smile and just the right amount of attention (neither intrusive nor neglectful). We had homemade fried food, which was very good, and the pizzas were truly excellent, cooked in a wood-fired oven and with a crispy crust, just the way we like it. Prices were average, if not low, for being just a stone's throw from Rome. We'll definitely be back, especially out of curiosity to try their first courses.

26/04/2025: This review refers to the new management. The place was recommended by a friend who clearly didn't know about it. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, especially considering it's under new management. I should have taken a photo of my plate of gricia, which left me speechless: the portion was ridiculously small. The lemon scallops were inedible, and it hadn't happened to me in a long time to not be able to eat anything. The grilled vegetables were bland. And then the baked potatoes, which were evidently sold out: they arrived too few, and to compensate, they filled the gap with French fries, without any explanation, without an apology that would have been at least a sign of goodwill. The coffee was undrinkable. The bread was dry. But the worst thing of all was seeing a mother—I assume the owner, to whom the new place has been dedicated, "Rea Silvia" (the restaurant's new name)—being mistreated by her son, who would yell at her among the tables and customers, perhaps thinking he was better than her. Of all the things, this was the worst and saddest. My sympathy goes to the lady who's the only redeeming feature of this place because she was so kind. Yet she also gets the bill wrong, and not just with us (other customers had complaints). We only found out the price of the dishes at the end because there was no menu, and, to top it all off, you could only pay in cash, which is truly unacceptable. €27 for nothing. €12 for a non-existent gricia. I hope these criticisms help you improve, since you're just starting out, because you can't treat customers like this and expect to be paid, and even that much.

05/04/2026: We've been to this agriturismo several times and have always enjoyed the quantity, quality, and price. The menu included several courses of hot and cold appetizers, two first courses, a mixed grill with side dishes, dessert, and drinks for €25 per person. We returned on March 22nd after some time, unaware of some changes. The appetizers were served in half the quantity they had in the past, while the first and second courses were as usual, but with a significantly lower overall quality. When we asked for an explanation, one of the owners told us they had reduced the appetizer portions to avoid waste. This was an understandable choice, but it would have been appropriate to disclose this when booking... especially because, at the end of the meal, there was a lot of meat left. We asked for it to be put in a takeaway container precisely to avoid waste and because it had been paid for anyway, but we were only given about a third of what was left. Inattentive service from one of the two waiters: we had a guest with lactose intolerance, and despite being informed, he was still served lasagna and then the cream cake. The other waiter, however, with typical Roman charm, was the bright spot of the day. Dessert was included in the price, but initially it wasn't brought to us because we had our own cake: we had to ask for it out of principle, since it was included on the menu. As with dessert, meatballs were also included among the appetizers, but we only discovered this later, and only after pointing it out were they brought to us. Even for coffee and liqueurs, even though we were the last table not to receive them, we had to ask for them. We pointed out these shortcomings and were told that there was a birthday party going on in another room. However, this isn't a professional excuse: the organization should guarantee the same level of service to all guests. Overall, we found little attention to detail, even in the details: for example, the tablecloth was completely torn (as pictured), a sign of less attention to detail than we remembered. Not to mention the bathrooms...especially the women's one, which was completely unusable. It's unfortunate to see this deterioration compared to previous experiences, especially since it was a place we always liked to return to.

02/02/2026: I stayed at this agriturismo while passing through Tivoli. The apartment was perfect, warm and well-maintained. The welcome was friendly. The location is convenient (by car) for reaching Palazzo d'Este, Hadrian's Villa, and the city center. I highly recommend it; in fact, I'd stay here again.
