11/08/2024: Defining a large fry (€18) as three small fried fish (dried and very cooked), a normal prawn and a small squid with a mountain of julienne fried vegetables is a bit excessive. If
I can afford the fish, I would cook it less, it will spoil, I would add at least 6 more and 2-3 prawns. I would remove the vegetables, they have no meaning with fried fish.
06/07/2024: We were yesterday with friends, then very nice location on the terrace, very kind but a little slow service, we finished eating at midnight from 9.35 pm order, the food not bad, the fish menu at 35 euros, excellent starters and the risotto with scampi cream, the spaghetti bad, almost raw, the frying Ni, the mussels under-seasoned in my opinion, a 4 out of 5

Very fresh products, wide choice of pizza, there is something for all tastes, not to mention the supple ready meals, etc. Very nice, joking guys, very friendly, polite staff, always available
Very welcoming, super relaxing place, ideal for spending an evening with friends, relatives with your children or whoever you want
Also ideal for stopping for lunch.
It has become my point of reference, the best pizzeria I have ever tried.
What can I say, congratulations, you are Number 1 ❤️

15/08/2024: We went on mid-August, excellent lunch with mixed hot and cold appetizers, two first courses, plenty of roast meat, ice cream, fruit and drinks. All very good. The only thing to improve is the slightly slow service. But the price is also 5 out of 5

I can say for those who eat Roman dishes it's ideal as the starters are based on mixed cold cuts with hot dishes, tripe, ox tail, and once you've eaten the starter you're already full... not to mention the first courses and the second courses??? in short, Colle Paciocco is a truly special place for those who like to eat and drink wine from the house of Oleavano Romano..

26/05/2024: I took my elderly parents on a Sunday. We didn’t have reservations and the place was packed! The nice gentleman at the front was very accommodating and squeezed us into a small table on the patio. We ate the pasta family style. Everything we ordered was delicious. As we were informed prior to sitting, the table was a bit small and the waiter, without being asked, re-plated our individual plates so that we weren’t too crowded. We started with the procciutto, buffalo mozzarella, and tomato. Everything tasted so fresh! Next we had the tagliolini with speck and zucchini, house ravioli with a delicious cream sauce and cannelloni stuffed with meat and topped with a red sauce. I am not one to write a review of restaurants,but this experience was lovely and I had to share!

25/10/2023: A place with Asian, Italian and Brazilian dishes in the all you can eat buffet of a modern restaurant with an elegant interior style. The welcome was friendly and the service was of a good standard. The presentation of the Asian dishes on offer was excellent.

Il personale è molto cordiale e attento nel consigliare e raccogliere il parere dopo la degustazione.
E il nostro è stato positivo ad ogni pietanza.
Abbiamo iniziato con sfiziose polpette di melanzane e un buonissimo sformato di patate, speck e formaggio.
Ottimi i tonnarelli al ragù di chianina, ma grande nota di merito al Peposo del Brunelleschi. Uno stracotto di chianina che si scioglieva in bocca.
Buoni anche i dolci. Abbiamo provato un tiramisù fatto con i cantucci e una crema di Nutella con mandorle e cialda.
Un menù che porta a Tivoli la cucina toscana.
Che dire, una prima esperienza in questo ristorante assolutamente promossa.
Non conosco il nome della cameriera che ci ha serviti per tutta la sera, una giovane ragazza bionda.
