ANTIPASTI IN PISCINA, CENA ALL'INTERNO DELLA VERANDA, DOVE LA TAVOLA APPARECCHIATA PER L'OCCASIONE HA COLPITO PER LA RAFFINATEZZA LA FESTEGGIATA E I SUOI OSPITI, PER POI PROSEGUIRE CON GLI OTTIMI PIATTI, GUSTOSISSIMI E BEN PRESENTATI....TORTA FATTA DA LEI BELLA ALLA VISTA E DELIZIOSA E BRINDISI IN PISCINA ILLUMINATA DA SUGGESTIVE LUCINE..... 10/06/2025: Ho scelto questa struttura per la comunione di mia figlia .mi sono affidata a Carla che con la sua esperienza e precisione ha saputo cogliere ogni dettaglio ed ogni mia esigenza .. E’ bastato farle capire cosa desideravo per trovare tutto perfetto ! Cibo ottimo sfizioso servito con cura e attenzione ! Tempi perfetti di uscita dei piatti , servizio ottimo Location molto bella e curata Ve lo consiglio ! Carla , sei una padrona di casa eccezionale !

26/03/2025: Il ristorante Cavallino Rosso, situato nel cuore di Tivoli, è una vera gemma culinaria che sorprende piacevolmente i suoi ospiti. Nonostante l’aspetto esterno possa sembrare modesto, l’esperienza gastronomica offerta è di altissimo livello. La cucina di mare è il fiore all’occhiello del locale, con piatti a base di pesce freschissimo e di qualità eccellente, preparati con maestria dallo chef Simone Martorana.

09/03/2025: La pizza migliore del mondo! Le recensioni negative che leggo non sono affatto veritiere! E’ più costoso rispetto allo standard ma la qualità dei prodotti è talmente elevata che giustifica il prezzo!

05/07/2025: abbiamo cenato qui in famiglia ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Dagli antipasti ai primi e ai secondi tutti di altissima qualità. Consigliato sopratutto se cercate una soluzione tranquilla e lontana dal trambusto della cittadina. Servizio impeccabile.

30/03/2025: A spritz and a non-alcoholic cocktail (identical to Santal's pineapple and coconut fruit juice) paid 18 euros. The menu has prices, then you go to the cashier and discover that the prices have magically increased and the receipt doesn't show what I ordered but only the total. Never again.

05/02/2025: We celebrated my wife's birthday here. We found the food excellent, the drinks very good, and the music fantastic. Special thanks to Marco, who was immediately kind and helpful. The chef was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He was a great help in choosing the menu. We will definitely be back for an evening with friends, and maybe even for our next birthday.

02/07/2025: An ice cream shop without cream!!!!!!!! At least say it first, right??? Grumpy and unpleasant girl... we asked for a spoon, it seemed like they had removed a kidney... the ice cream? Not good at all... focus on courtesy... or you will only work with tourists who fall for it!

Also, 3 and some euros for a two-flavor ice cream? One hopes that in the few flavors there is at least quality or at least quantity. Instead, two miserable scoops, but really bad, and not even very tasty. Incredible, it's very difficult to be completely disappointed and feel scammed in this way. Congratulations! Ps, I'll add later: given the myriad of one-star reviews, where many are very similar to mine, I strongly advise the owner of the place to start looking around a bit to begin to understand that perhaps the problem is not those who criticize her, but her. Maybe she'll gain some sympathy (something that was also missing at the time of purchase, it seemed like we were doing her a favor) but above all maybe she'll avoid having this sea of ​​negative reviews. Reviews also serve to give an indication of how things are really going, getting offended and acting in a snobbish but above all arrogant way certainly doesn't make things easier, on the contrary! 02/05/2025: Ringraziamo la Sig.ra Assunta subito per gentilezza e professionalità. La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre. I piatti sono prodotti sul momento. I piatti arriva arrivano sobri. Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare. La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante. Un ristorante raro. La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze . Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile. Alla prossima un caro saluto. PS. 15/03/2025: Sono stata invitata in questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia. E' a pochi metri dall'ingresso di Villa Adriana. Il cameriere Claudio merita una menzione particolare per la sua simpatia e la sua professionalità. Il pranzo è stato molto buono: gli antipasti sono vari e ben preparati, come anche i primi. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, tant'è che non ho assaggiato il secondo. Tornerò sicuramente d'estate per cenare all'aperto in un contesto verde, suggestivo e curato

18/04/2024: Sunday lunch. We sit outside because it was a beautiful day... outside means on an open space that absolutely needs to be tidied up and made usable at least. There were three tables placed at random, to be set. A very kind boy served us for goodness sake... But all dirty with food and with the bandana and kitchen jacket.... But how do you get the chef to serve you??? We had the cut made again, it also had an old salad next to it, which they called a side dish.. The only dish that made it worth it were the kebabs, which were very good. I give 3 stars only because the chef was very nice in his service, at least he tried.

15/04/2024: Dopo aver fatto delle ricerche on-line decidiamo di prenotare presso questo ristorante per la formula all you can eat arrosticini che pubblicizza on-line su vari siti ma solo al momento dell'ordine ci viene detto che la formula all you can eat non c'è più nulla incontrario ai cambiamenti di strategia di mercato che un titolare di esercizio commerciale voglia adottare...ma ciò se non erro si chiama PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE

15/05/2025: Sono un'insegnante stata in gita a Villa Adriana con i miei alunni. Ci siamo fermati a pranzare all'agriturismo "Le rosoline". Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto, posto molto curato e tutto veramente buono. Il servizio impeccabile. Da ripetere
