25/09/2025: Terrible experience. On September 24th at 11:35 a.m., I asked to speak to the owner: the receptionist hung up on me eight times and finally yelled at me without even knowing who I was. Such a rude welcome immediately makes you lose trust. That's how you lose customers. It would be better if the reception desk were entrusted to someone who knows how to welcome and not turn away customers. Absurd behavior, totally out of place for a reception desk.
I'm updating my review just to clarify: the fact that it was a sales call in no way excuses the rudeness I received. Just saying "we're not interested" once would have been enough. Hanging up in my face multiple times isn't professionalism, it's arrogance. A rude receptionist is still rude. Hanging up and yelling isn't professionalism, it's just rudeness.
14/09/2025: All in all, it's a great value for money: an entire apartment for three people for €65 a night, including parking and fresh towels. You really can't complain.

04/10/2025: We went for an aperitif, the cocktails were good but the platter was never seen after 40 minutes where at the beginning there was no one, nothing.....when other people arrived they were served and we still had nothing we left without the platter never seen

18/10/2025: The pinsa with pork roll was delicious, but the caprese salad was very poor, with unripe tomatoes from the refrigerator and mediocre mozzarella. The pinsa margherita was quite tasteless. The location on the square, opposite Villa d'Este, is nice.

27/07/2025: The place is very small and poorly managed. They don't even know what friendliness means. I personally don't recommend it because I had a bad experience.
26/07/2025: Good grilled skewers, but average pinsas, and super slow. Drinks took over 10 mins. The pinsa was over 50 mins (we timed it cause we sent a message to a friend when we got the table). Second round of drinks we just gave up on and walked inside and cancelled as we were already at the end of the meal by then. Owner was friendly and apologetic, but just not good enough to run with too many tables or too few staff...

09/09/2025: Service was careless; every time it seemed like the girl at the counter was doing you a favor. It was strange that each small piece of pizza cost one euro (the screen read 0.70), and despite everything, I repeated the amount to her, she confirmed it was one euro, thus printing a management document, not a fiscal one.
Zero professionalism
Friendliness was out of the question.
As usual, large chains, large quantities, and poor quality.

21/07/2025: Terrible experience....I was passing through and knowing the chain we trusted it, nothing more wrong...cold second courses, disjointed first courses but excellent appetizers. I found a piece of plastic in the meat, my colleague found hair in the chicken. Never again.
16/06/2025: Terrible restaurant, no food control, very dirty kitchen, chef who knows nothing about Romanian cuisine, terrible treatment, they don't pay salaries, I worked for two months and I still haven't received my salary, this place should be closed This branch or the change of its management is destroying tourism

02/07/2025: An ice cream shop without cream!!!!!!!! At least say it first, right??? Grumpy and unpleasant girl... we asked for a spoon, it seemed like they had removed a kidney... the ice cream? Not good at all... focus on courtesy... or you will only work with tourists who fall for it!
13/06/2025: In 2025, is cream still paid separately? Seriously? And we're not talking about artisanal cream (which I would struggle to understand anyway but ok), we're talking about cream dispensed by a machine! Oh please.
Also, 3 and some euros for a two-flavor ice cream? One hopes that in the few flavors there is at least quality or at least quantity.
Instead, two miserable scoops, but really bad, and not even very tasty. Incredible, it's very difficult to be completely disappointed and feel scammed in this way. Congratulations!
Ps, I'll add later: given the myriad of one-star reviews, where many are very similar to mine, I strongly advise the owner of the place to start looking around a bit to begin to understand that perhaps the problem is not those who criticize her, but her.
Maybe she'll gain some sympathy (something that was also missing at the time of purchase, it seemed like we were doing her a favor) but above all maybe she'll avoid having this sea of negative reviews.
Reviews also serve to give an indication of how things are really going, getting offended and acting in a snobbish but above all arrogant way certainly doesn't make things easier, on the contrary! Let's think about it ✌🏻
