24/08/2025: August 23, 2025 Vacation in Tivoli. Family dinner. Everything was good, the service was fast, and the staff was kind and friendly. They're very attentive to gluten-free options, so I had no problems after dinner. They offered us savory pettole to start the meal, then we ordered four first courses: pasta with cherry tomatoes and sweet bacon, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and pasta with mushrooms and bacon. We enjoyed everything, so much so that the owner, when picking up our empty plates, said, "We wash the dishes here." 😁 And to finish on a sweet note, tiramisu and panna cotta, superb.

13/08/2025: Terrible disappointment. Food portions bit small, bit expensive, but still okay. The staff was absolute disaster. If I can give them minus a star I would. After years of visiting Rome this was definitely big mistake. It was either no knowledge, or terrible arogance. Me as a waitress definitely big no and warning for others.

17/07/2025: Spectacular views of the Temple of Diana and the Tivoli waterfalls await at this restaurant and pizzeria, offering excellent food and a spacious atmosphere. Reservations are recommended given the incredible value for money. The pizzas, first courses, and second courses are excellent, along with a wide and sophisticated wine selection. The service is a bit erratic, sometimes a bit brusque, and not always entirely effective, but at the same time dynamic and generally quite efficient.

22/04/2025: Posto molto carino, personale competente e disponibilissimo, scelta variegata e di qualità. Ottimi sapori. Ben organizzati, con ampio parcheggio limitrofo al ristorante. Prezzi adeguati al prodotto servito ed al gusto assaporato! BRAVI!

La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre. I piatti sono prodotti sul momento. I piatti arriva arrivano sobri. Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare. La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante. Un ristorante raro. La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze . Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile. Alla prossima un caro saluto. PS. 15/03/2025: Sono stata invitata in questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia. E' a pochi metri dall'ingresso di Villa Adriana. Il cameriere Claudio merita una menzione particolare per la sua simpatia e la sua professionalità. Il pranzo è stato molto buono: gli antipasti sono vari e ben preparati, come anche i primi. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, tant'è che non ho assaggiato il secondo. Tornerò sicuramente d'estate per cenare all'aperto in un contesto verde, suggestivo e curato

21/06/2025: I arrive at the restaurant with a nice new white t-shirt just bought I sit down we eat outside in the garden, my chair was completely covered in grease or something similar! Well, my order arrives a spaghetti with clams that tasted like anything but that, not enough pasta tasteless sauce! I'm sorry but I won't be back

30/03/2025: Came for a Slipknot cover band, the atmosphere is very underground, community center style, everyone is kind and helpful, you pay a one-time membership fee and then free entry, there are outdoor tables and a cloakroom (for 2 euros), I highly recommend it

26/04/2025: This review refers to the new management. Place recommended by a friend who evidently didn't know about it. Unfortunately it was a bad experience, especially considering that it is under new management. I should have photographed my plate of gricia which left me speechless: very small and ridiculous portion. The lemon scallops were inedible for me and it hasn't happened for a long time that I haven't been able to eat something. Grilled vegetables without texture. And then the baked potatoes, which were evidently finished: few arrive and to compensate they had filled the void with french fries, without giving an explanation, without an excuse which would have at least been a sign of good will. Undrinkable coffee. Dry bread. But the worst thing of all was seeing a mother, I presume the owner and to whom the new restaurant "Rea Silvia" was dedicated, this is the new name of the restaurant, mistreated by her son who called her rudely between the tables and among the customers, perhaps thinking he was better than her. Of all things this was the worst and saddest. Understanding for the lady who is the only thing I save in part of this place because she was kind. Yet she also gets the bill wrong, and not just with us (other customers have objected), we only discovered the cost of the dishes at the end because there was no menu and, the icing on the cake, you could only pay in cash and this is truly unacceptable. 27 euros for not eating anything. 12 euros for a grill that was non-existent. I hope that these criticisms will help you improve since you are just starting out because you cannot treat customers like this and expect to be paid, and even a lot.
