28/08/2025: A great pizza, very thin and flavorful. The waiter was incredibly friendly and even spoke a little Spanish, which we appreciated since almost no one spoke it in this part of Sardinia. The price was fantastic, especially considering it was the village festival and a weekend dinner. 100% recommended.

03/04/2026: My family and I were invited to this restaurant. We had a wonderful time. When I walked in, I noticed it was fully booked and was worried about the wait time, but I was proven wrong. The staff, in addition to being professional and attentive, served everything promptly. We ate fish that was completely satisfying. Quality products, from appetizers to first courses, second courses, and finally desserts. Everything was appetizing, tasty, and carefully plated. Every portion fully met our expectations. We're going home with the intention of returning.

Yesterday I went to lunch with Lara Popa, the three-time world fitness champion, and since she was my guest, I wanted her to try the famous "Roman carbonara." So, after a tour of Rome, I took her to Tivoli, the city where I live. On the recommendation of a friend and considering that she preferred to sit outside, I chose this place. In the end, it was a great decision. We ordered a Roman artichoke and the famous carbonara. None of us left anything on our plates, especially Lara, who follows a very strict diet. P.S.: I'm sorry the lady at the restaurant was a little disappointed by our decision not to drink even a glass of wine, but Lara, being in full preparation for the World Championships, can't even smell alcohol. I recommend this place. We'll definitely be back. P.S.2.: an extra star for the waiter, who was very kind.

04/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place after a stroll around Hadrian's Villa, just a few meters away. The atmosphere was immaculate, the food excellent, but what really surprised us was the friendliness and dedication of the owners, who made us feel the passion behind their hard work every day. Congratulations to Alessandra and her parents for the excellent work they do! We'll be happy to return!
