16/03/2025: Comincio dagli aspetti positivi: bella location, in una villa immersa nel verde e con un arredamento a tema mare molto carino; pesce fresco. Le critiche: servizio dilettantesco, nonostante la grande cordialità, non si possono servire i piatti in tempi diversi (ed eravamo solo in tre), il pane è stato portato solo alla seconda esplicita richiesta (ed era pure freddo, segno che non era fresco), le posate non sono state rimpiazzate (mi sono alzato io e me le sono prese), siamo rimasti a tavola due ore e mezza per antipasto, primo, dolce e caffé (e ci aggiungo pure che le signore andrebbero servite per prime..), il primo piatto è stato servito tiepido (inaccettabile). Gli antipastini erano discreti (anche se lo sgombro marinato era immangiabile, forse perché non marinato abbastanza), la pasta con le sarde anonima, i dolci mediocri (in particolare la crema della sfinge era casalinga, nel senso peggiore del termine). Prezzo accettabile anche si mi hanno colpito i 2,50€ per il servizio (con tovaglietta e tovaglioli di carta e vino bianco tenuto in fresco da un involucro di plastica da freezer un po' imbarazzante).

17/03/2025: I always gladly return to La Madre Panza 2.0 and every time it is a confirmation. This time I had a really rich appetizer: fried pizzas with tomato sauce, an exquisite tartare accompanied by various sauces, mustard and caramelized onion, and Roman-style artichokes cooked to perfection. For the main course I chose the baked pork shank with potatoes and sautéed chicory: simply spectacular. Tender and tasty meat, well-balanced side dishes. Welcoming place, always friendly staff. A place that never disappoints!

06/03/2025: Abbiamo preso frutti misti erano buonissimi e croccanti, e due hamburger veramente spettacolari, il pane è fresco e usano la puccia , ottimo il sapore e i condimenti, mi ha lasciato in bocca un ottimo sapore di affumicato.... assolutamente da tornarci

13/02/2025: L’amatriciana era fatta con la pasta scotta e piccolissimi pezzettini di carne (non guanciale) che assomigliavano ragù. La cameriera non mi aveva nemmeno chiesto perchè avevo lasciato una mezza porzione sul piatto. Forse perchè lei stessa capiva che quella schifezza non si poteva mangiare.

01/01/2025: Un posto alla buona, molto spartano, a gestione familiare. Il menù offre piatti tipici della tradizione romana. I primi non sono male, così come la pizza, ma si sente che la materia prima non è di alta qualità. Carente l' assortimento di dolci. Molto gentile il personale. Prezzi un pochino alti considerato il contesto.

Poor service, 2 very kind and helpful people serving but probably there were only a few of them in the kitchen too?!... so a very long wait, vegetarians are not taken into consideration, wine made in the vineyard next door, very expensive and "good". Cost? I paid without knowing the details

19/02/2025: We went there for a quick lunch, the kind you have when you don't feel like cooking at home. Two different first courses, a divided second course and a side dish. The food didn't impress us, not bad but I wouldn't take it again. Fair prices for the quality of the first courses but exaggerated for the second course we took. The environment is very beautiful and spacious, also suitable for large tables.

01/03/2025: FAKE: Present on Just Eat as a pizzeria also active in the morning, once the order has been placed and accepted they call me 10 minutes after delivery telling me that the order is canceled as the oven is turned off in the morning without even offering me an alternative solution or even the necessary apologies. Very bad.

23/03/2025: Sabato sera,figlia ad una festa a cena con le amichette, due/tre ore di tempo decidiamo di andare a mangiarci una pinsa al wunderkaffee… ambiente tranquillo, atmosfera rilassante, ordiniamo una fritturina di verdure, chicken stripes e la pinsa: tempura che non smetteresti mai di mangiare fritto tutto espresso croccante e pulito, l’impasto della pinsa leggerissimo, buona e giusta misura portata già affettata al tavolo, bello sentire le briciole leggerissime che rimangono sulle dita, i ragazzi sono attenti e i tempi sono veloci, buona la selezione delle birre e, soprattutto i prezzi onesti…alla prossima!

08/03/2025: Da fuori sembra un bar, dentro è una continua scoperta. Una vera stanza delle meraviglie. Cibo eccellente. Dagli antipasti ai dolci. Sono tornato anche a colazione.

03/02/2025: Very nice experience. Good food, tables overlooking the lake, warmed sandwiches that make the bread crunchy and the porchetta excite you in all its flavour. Today I paired it with dried tomatoes, which enhanced the flavor of the sandwich. Whoever was with me also had cheeses, olives, artichokes, as well as sandwiches. Hi tasted it and it was all good. The local red wine from Genazzano is also good, in the half-litre bottle, with only 11 and a half degrees, chilled, which pairs excellently with the porchetta sandwich. Advised.

21/11/2024: Paninaro always at the top. A fixed stop for anyone who finds themselves passing through this road. Excellent sandwiches, and fair price.
