Despite the heat, the outside garden was an oasis of freshness.

I've returned to Ristorante al Vigneto several times, and each visit has been a confirmation. It's one of those places that, once discovered, becomes a must-see. Among the dishes I've tried and recommend without hesitation are the tender and flavorful shin of pork; the fragrant and well-seasoned pinza; the flavorful fettuccine with porcini mushrooms; and a truly excellent cacio e pepe. A special mention, however, goes to the tripe: simply sublime, prepared according to tradition and among the best I've ever eaten. In addition to the excellent cuisine, the welcoming and family atmosphere is appreciated, perfect for a pleasant evening in good company. The staff is always kind, helpful, and attentive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Roman cuisine, generous portions, and traditional dishes prepared with passion, Il Vigneto is definitely worth a visit. Kudos to the entire staff; I'll definitely be back again.

An enchanting place, with well-executed cuisine that pays attention to the finest ingredients, with peaks of excellence. A terrace under the pergola makes for unforgettable summer lunches and evenings, and a fireplace in the spacious dining room adds a magical touch in winter. The large outdoor lawn for children to play on is also a popular spot. A gem on the Via dei Laghi, one of the best discoveries of 2026.

A welcoming place, ideal for relaxing. A place to spend time with friends. Authentic flavors, excellent food. The staff was attentive and courteous. We felt pampered the entire time.
