23/08/2025: Good service and food. ‼️Please be aware that the meat price mentioned is gramms. For example you might see 8€ for meat/100g. So you might have a suprise when recieving the check, if your meat was big. We paid 24€ for 300g meat. It was tasty, still confusing, because there is no english menu version. (L’etto=100g)

05/09/2025: Pollo d wrote a review 2 contributions Yesterday YES and NO Nice place with a small amphitheater overlooking the sea where bands can perform. I went for dinner with friends. The evening featured a performance by a very good band. The dinner was a fixed price of €50. The menu included fish and vegetarian options. I'm vegetarian, so I chose the latter. The appetizer consisting of five small bites was good, slightly different from the fish menu. For starters, they offered gnocchi alla sorrentina, but instead they served me pasta, the same type as the fish menu, with tomato sauce and a few (just a few) pieces of mozzarella on top. For the main course, it was basically a vegetarian burger with a side salad, no other options, maybe baked potatoes or something else. Basically, a main course I can make at home for a much lower price, certainly not appropriate for a place of this kind and class. After leaving the last two pieces of this burger, which by now had a cold taste of sawdust, we moved on to the ice cream. The orange flavor was good. The artists on stage were very good, and the seaside atmosphere helped enhance their performance. My friends, on the other hand, appreciated the fish menu. In conclusion, I can recommend the place to anyone who isn't vegetarian; otherwise, it's better to go elsewhere. In my case, the quality/price ratio wasn't at all good.

31/08/2025: My experience was average, with no positive or negative highlights. We ate several pizzas at a large table. The quality of the ingredients was decent, but I personally don't appreciate the fact that everything is so chopped up. For example, I prefer a whole slice of ham to many small pieces, or I don't appreciate an egg that's completely crumbled. The place is simple, mostly a veranda, and the service is average. I found the prices above the Anzio average for similar places.

30/08/2025: The pizzas were truly worth it, even though we ordered takeout (they notoriously leak on the way). Fried food (especially the supplì) wasn't among the best I've ever eaten, but it was still passable.

10/10/2025: A phenomenal experience, exquisite from start to finish at a very reasonable price. Truly wonderful, highly recommended. All the seafood dishes were so good, the pasta with burata and pistachios was phenomenal and the desserts were insanely good to close the meal!

26/09/2025: Emiliano is now a friend, and his cooking has never let us down... the staff is efficient and friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, and we always try their new dishes!! The fish-stuffed mushroom... magnificent!!!

03/09/2025: A terrible experience in every way. I was served by a woman named Sara who was incredibly rude and impolite, to the point of completely ruining my visit. The gelato was nothing special: average quality, nothing special compared to other gelato shops. I've never felt treated so badly in a gelato shop: first and last time I'll set foot there. Definitely avoid this place!

14/08/2025: Fefe' café in Anzio (RM) What can I say...☺️ First of all, my compliments to the owner, FEDERICA. She's a wonderful, very kind person, very knowledgeable about her work. Together with her parents and her staff, they create aperitifs with 1m x 50cm platters, which I find beautiful and delicious. Most of them are traditional meat platters, but today, August 14, 2025, the platter is fish. The platters are accompanied, if desired, with spritzes created by them (since they don't use commercial products), but they use GAMONDI 1890 SPRITZ products, which are also delicious. I had one with pear fruit and one with anise, delicious. The location is just a few steps from the center of Anzio, clean and pleasant to be in. 🥰 So, if you'd like to come to Anzio to enjoy these platters, my advice is... come here to Fefe' café. You'll see that I'm right. 💪🏻🥰 Congratulations again, Tania and Fabrizio, Telecom 🫂🥰

08/09/2025: Our visit to Pizzeria El Sangria was unfortunately very chaotic. The place was overcrowded, and the service proved inadequate to handle the number of customers. ​We were at two separate tables, for a total of 14 people. After being seated, we waited over 25 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The situation worsened significantly when we had to wait an hour and 35 minutes for our pizzas and a few other orders. ​Although the pizza wasn't bad (perhaps also due to the long wait, which increased our appetites), the overall experience was profoundly negative. They should stop trying to serve more people than they can actually handle. The maximum number of seats is determined by the capacity of the kitchen/oven, not the size of the room. While the food quality wasn't terrible, the service and wait times make this place unsuitable.

07/10/2025: I went with friends and we had both meat and pizza. The sliced ​​steak was truly excellent, the pizza was Roman-style, but you can also make it Neapolitan-style. The appetizers were delicious, especially the amatriciana supplì. Fast and efficient service. The staff were friendly and attentive to the customer's needs! Definitely worth returning.

The eight-piece appetizer was delicious, as was the prawns with cherry tomatoes and almonds for the main course. The Sicilian cannoli were excellent. The house wine was good. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended. Returned after a few months, and had very good pizza, Neapolitan montanare, and pappardelle with wild boar. Everything was excellent. In addition to the Sicilian cannoli, I recommend the babà and profiteroles. The sour cherry liqueur was spectacular.

Luciano is an experienced restaurateur and the only one I know who selects the finest meat from small breeders, purchasing the entire animal and personally processing and cutting the animal. Since he doesn't buy from large retailers, his product is unique and impossible to find elsewhere, even at a substantial price. Furthermore, the asking price is negligible compared to the absolute quality combined with the selection of prized breeds such as Galician ox, old cow, Simmenthal, etc., all selected from small breeders. For true carnivores, you'll find a hot prosciutto appetizer with a huge aging refrigerator from which to choose only the best. Luciano, an absolute benchmark.
