20/09/2025: Excellent place to get a good gelato. A wide variety of flavors at a very fair price. Plenty of space to sit, either to wait your turn or to enjoy it at your leisure. Plenty of parking. Don't be alarmed by the line; they've found a great way to keep it moving so you don't have to wait long.

02/01/2026: The only redeeming feature is the atmosphere and the music. I've been here several times, but unfortunately this time, not a single thing was right. The music was great and the entertainment was adequate, but never again was the food. Let's start with a welcome drink, usually with prosecco, but nothing arrived at the table, just a mortadella and pistachio pastry, which in my opinion should have been left out because it was shameful just to look at. As for the first course, one was not good: the beetroot risotto was bad. The main part is the rice, and that was precisely what tasted bad, with the lard on top, which we left alone. I was really hoping for the second course because I still wanted to be positive, and being a restaurateur myself, I was really disappointed. When the second course arrived, the potatoes were bland. I asked the waiters several times for salt and forks, which never arrived. The meat was very chewy, and unfortunately we left that too. The dessert was finally very good. Let's leave aside the very strong flavor of the cotechino and lentils. They must have been made that morning, left out, and they took on this flavor, otherwise I can't explain it. I'm sorry, but unfortunately, €70 wasted to finish the meal was a pre-bill. I, mainly because I paid in cash, received this pre-bill, which didn't suit me, so I went back to ask for the receipt, and in fact, it was clear it was only the sixth one, and we left at 2 a.m., so there should have been a lot more. A lot of people were leaving dishes from both my table and those at the tables next to me.

23/08/2025: Good service and food. ‼️Please be aware that the meat price mentioned is gramms. For example you might see 8€ for meat/100g. So you might have a suprise when recieving the check, if your meat was big. We paid 24€ for 300g meat. It was tasty, still confusing, because there is no english menu version. (L’etto=100g)

14/08/2025: Fefe' café in Anzio (RM) What can I say...☺️ First of all, my compliments to the owner, FEDERICA. She's a wonderful, very kind person, very knowledgeable about her work. Together with her parents and her staff, they create aperitifs with 1m x 50cm platters, which I find beautiful and delicious. Most of them are traditional meat platters, but today, August 14, 2025, the platter is fish. The platters are accompanied, if desired, with spritzes created by them (since they don't use commercial products), but they use GAMONDI 1890 SPRITZ products, which are also delicious. I had one with pear fruit and one with anise, delicious. The location is just a few steps from the center of Anzio, clean and pleasant to be in. 🥰 So, if you'd like to come to Anzio to enjoy these platters, my advice is... come here to Fefe' café. 05/01/2026: Excellent pizza to try, licking your lips even for those who don't have the "Wallet" for it. This was a while ago, now after having ordered it a good hour in advance (at 8pm for collection at 9pm) with the obligation to come and collect it (they have home delivery until 11pm) you can taste it burnt, rubbery and definitely salty because it was made in a hurry, there at the moment I arrived to collect it. Not recommended!!!

19/12/2025: We only had a fried appetizer and pizza, so I can't comment on the rest. The pizza was good, and the suppli was truly a surprise—very soft, flavorful, and unique. The potato croquettes were also good, a little on the small side, but that's for me, since I'm not a big fan. All of this was accompanied by fries, which made the appetizer a nice start without clogging your stomach. The pizza, I must say, was simple, light, and, unusually, easy to digest. What I would call incredible was the service! The pizzeria was packed, and it is large; the three of us at a table of more than 30 people, ZERO WAIT! I truly applaud this. Highly recommended for large dinners.

16/12/2025: A solid choice, as always. Excellent seafood. Unique dishes and excellent service. Prices are in line with the best restaurants; not cheap, but you pay for quality. I wouldn't go to any other restaurant if I were to visit Anzio.

09/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An excellent experience at Il Grecale Restaurant in Anzio Last night I dined at Il Grecale Restaurant in Anzio with a friend, and I can say it was a truly extraordinary experience in every way. We started with an impeccable cooked and raw seafood appetizer, meticulously prepared and rich in authentic flavors. The oysters, incredibly fresh and of superb quality, were a true delight. It was all accompanied by a light, fragrant local white wine that perfectly complemented the dishes. For our first course, we chose gnocchi with gorgonzola, creamy, balanced, and truly irresistible—a seemingly simple dish, but executed with great mastery. For our second course, an exceptional salt-baked sea bass: perfectly cooked, precisely cut, and tender, flavorful meat. A dish that captures all the freshness of the sea and the chef's expertise. Heartfelt applause goes to the chef, who showcases each ingredient with balance and sensitivity, and to the owners, who kindly granted us a welcome discount. The value for money is truly exceptional: top-quality dishes at more than fair prices. The service was impeccable. We were looked after by Severina and Loredana, the latter possessing rare professionalism and sophistication: attentive, smiling, helpful, and endowed with a natural elegance that enhances the entire experience. In my opinion, Loredana deserves to work in Michelin-starred establishments. The family-run business is clearly evident, with a warm, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere that makes guests feel at home, despite the high-end setting. In short, Il Grecale is a true gem in Anzio: excellent cuisine, impeccable service, a family atmosphere, and a value for money that's hard to beat. Every bite is a journey where the taste catapults you to the places where the raw ingredients lived. The homemade bread, the combinations and cooking methods that bring out the best in every dish. A unique restaurant in the area and beyond, the price is fair for the quality it offers. The best for meat.

03/01/2026: The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and incredibly professional. Let's not even talk about the pizza and bread, because they're top-notch. The best bakery within a 20km radius. Go, you won't regret it. Even if there's a line at certain times, don't worry; where there's a line, there's quality.
