07/11/2025: I took a second-level course at Cuba Caffè, specifically with Agnello. He's a brilliant guy, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and friendly. All the right qualities for teaching others what you know with love and calm. He's incredibly sweet and, above all, knowledgeable. The guys at Cuba Caffè are all like that, by the way. Well done, keep it up.

22/11/2025: Welcoming and beautifully decorated, Bottega Capolei was a pleasant discovery in the center of Anzio. Excellent, professional service and delicious food. We had a cooked appetizer consisting of three seafood courses, each one better than the last. A first course of homemade pasta with artichokes and shrimp, and an amazing zabaglione dessert. The jenu varies depending on the catch, always fresh and local. Highly recommended.

01/01/2026: We went there last night on New Year's Eve, initially with low expectations for the usual failed New Year's Eve parties, but we were disappointed. The evening was enjoyable in every way. The service was friendly and fast, the food was good, and the entertainment was excellent and engaging. It's truly an excellent restaurant.

25/12/2025: We celebrated a special family birthday "surprise" on December 24th and relied completely on the professionalism, helpfulness, and undisputed experience of Mrs. Angela, who was able to advise us and organize every detail, from the aperitif and appetizer to the dessert! The food and fish were excellent, and everything was prepared, cooked, and served to perfection, with the help of the very polite and courteous waiters, attentive to every request and service. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the tables were carefully set and arranged to our taste. Finally, last but not least: "excellent value for money"! A highly recommended place, and we will definitely return!

25/07/2025: I've been in a lot of burger joints in the States. In comparison, Teste Matte is right at the top. I would probably rate them an 8/10. Definitely high quality ingredients and everything is fresh. And of course a vast selection of different types of sandwiches. The french fries (patate fritte) were definitely on point. Hot and crispy. Here they treat the fries as a starter, which was fine for us. But if you are used to eating your fries with your burger, make sure you tell the wait staff to bring them both out at the same time. Not sure what the hours are, as they are not published (and I didn't notice a sign), but we showed up at around 19:30 (7:30 PM) on a Wednesday and they were just opening up. It appears they are closed on Tuesdays.

24/10/2025: Awesome octopus sandwich. Friends shared another sandwich. Both very tasty. E2.25 for a large bottle of water. But what got me was the E1.50 cover for each of us. For what? No bread, no crackers... nothing...

13/12/2025: I went to the murder mystery dinner, and sadly, I have to say I won't be back! 25 euros included an appetizer, pizza, and drinks (other than pizza, you could only order a first course, with options including fettuccine alla boscaiola or risotto alla pescatora). So, anyone who had trouble eating pizza and first courses couldn't eat anything else! I work in the same job as the older waiter, and if I were to behave like that with customers, I'd be fired right away. He was quite rude; we wanted to ask about beers, and he responded in an angry tone, "Yes, but you have to tell me you're eating." Furthermore, the pizza was burnt and dry, the appetizer had been made who knows how many hours earlier because the bruschetta was cold and dried out... and the thing that disappointed me most was that we couldn't order anything else! On a positive note, the other waiters were all kind and polite!

22/12/2025: Even during the Christmas season, La Divina Commedia confirmed the quality of its service and food. The carbonara is exceptional, among my favorites, the Nino e Chef pizza, and the excellent Napoli. Last but not least, the tiramisu is absolutely worth trying.

03/12/2025: Excellent experience: the best, lightest, and most flavorful pizza ever. It's clear that this is a place where passion, commitment, and dedication are the foundation of their work. The waitress was kind and honest, ready to provide any kind of explanation about their products. It wasn't just a simple dinner, but a true tasting experience thanks to the excellent quality I found!

02/02/2026: Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, excellent dishes made with fresh ingredients. I found a lot of creativity, especially in the fish appetizers. The desserts were also very good and refined. We were very satisfied. The sea view was wonderful.

11/01/2026: Today I went to this restaurant with my family for the umpteenth time. We obviously ate very well, and as usual, we received an excellent and friendly welcome from the staff. P.S.: While browsing the reviews, I found a truly horrendous one about the owner, which I find truly exaggerated. I believe everyone should be able to write what they think and feel, keeping in mind, however, that such a negative review weighs heavily on the reviewed business, both now and in the future. I apologize for this comment, but being 70 years old and having traveled extensively, I wanted to offer some insight into the use of such means.
