26/07/2025: For those who eat and appreciate meat, it's the most important reference point I've ever found. Luciano is an experienced restaurateur and the only one I know who selects the finest meat from small breeders, purchasing the entire animal and personally processing and cutting the animal. Since he doesn't buy from large retailers, his product is unique and impossible to find elsewhere, even at a substantial price. Furthermore, the asking price is negligible compared to the absolute quality combined with the selection of prized breeds such as Galician ox, old cow, Simmenthal, etc., all selected from small breeders. For true carnivores, you'll find a hot prosciutto appetizer with a huge aging refrigerator from which to choose only the best. Luciano, an absolute benchmark.

23/11/2025: This historic pastry shop always manages to improve and surprise. It goes without saying that the quality of their desserts is undisputed for their lightness, taste, and raw ingredients (I challenge you to find a cake that makes everyone ask for seconds), but what struck me about our last experience was the availability and kindness in accommodating a request in record time. Many thanks to Tiziano and his staff; these days, finding someone who welcomes you with a smile and who doesn't sacrifice quality for quantity is truly rare!

26/10/2025: We'd never tried this bakery before...we were amazed by our little Giulia's Christening cake. It was simply perfect, as requested, and tasted impeccable. Highly recommended, and see you at the next event!

02/09/2025: A green oasis where care and attention to detail are evident in every corner. A beach vacation doesn't always mean staying just steps from the beach. I stayed for two days and was amazed by what the property offers: parking, a pool, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean rooms, a restaurant that meets the needs of its guests with top-quality, expertly prepared products, and a friendly and discreet staff. An excellent location for birthday parties or banquets for any occasion. The outdoor area is immaculately maintained. It's a shame my stay was short, but I'll gladly return as soon as I can. Highly recommended.

25/07/2025: I've been in a lot of burger joints in the States. In comparison, Teste Matte is right at the top. I would probably rate them an 8/10. Definitely high quality ingredients and everything is fresh. And of course a vast selection of different types of sandwiches. The french fries (patate fritte) were definitely on point. Hot and crispy. Here they treat the fries as a starter, which was fine for us. But if you are used to eating your fries with your burger, make sure you tell the wait staff to bring them both out at the same time. Not sure what the hours are, as they are not published (and I didn't notice a sign), but we showed up at around 19:30 (7:30 PM) on a Wednesday and they were just opening up. It appears they are closed on Tuesdays.

05/11/2025: I attended a beautiful concert by a Baglioni tribute band (Giulio Spinucci), with attentive service and delicious, well-presented food, with a good quality/price ratio.

03/09/2025: When we want to eat fish, there's only one place we think of now: "Bottega Capolei." I never ate raw fish before, and I still don't, but when I go to this restaurant, the raw fish is my favorite! Everything is truly excellent, with carefully crafted, delicate flavors. From appetizer to dessert, a true delight and a unique sensory experience. My compliments! And thank you!!

27/08/2025: Everything was wonderful, but the bill was a bit steep... it's also true that if you go to this place you know you have to invest some money, especially because the fish is very fresh and they don't open unless there's fresh fish... I'd go back!
