Ronci Bakery is now an institution in Anzio. Romeo and Silvia (along with a wonderful all-female team) run it with dedication, warmth, and professionalism! The offerings are constantly evolving and improving, both sweet and savory, with the classics (ciambelline, biscottini, morselletti, strudel, and roulade.....pizza bianca....) always top-notch! Highly recommended! I'll add the new creations: Excellent panettone at Christmas, and now at Carnival, frappe and castagnole, perfect in shape, texture, and lightly fried!
