The meatballs and roulades were full of flavor. The hospitality and courtesy, along with a smile, completed the picture.

I'm returning to this restaurant after a two-year absence because I live out of town, and I've finally rediscovered the pleasure of a superb culinary experience. The atmosphere is quiet, clean, and welcoming. On summer evenings, you can eat outside, and the service is attentive and discreet. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, including meat and fish dishes, as well as more neutral options to satisfy vegetarians, and a well-stocked wine list. Each dish is truly beautiful, and upon tasting, it's an explosion of flavor! At Oliva e l'ingegneria, seasonality and local produce are respected, and the level of quality, flavor, and originality make this a truly unique experience! I recommend trying this restaurant because it's truly a discovery of new flavors and combinations not found elsewhere in the area. 15/08/2025: Great experience! Even though the place is both a pizzeria and a restaurant, I only tried the pizzas, and I have to say they were truly excellent. Light, well-leavened dough, with fresh, plentiful ingredients. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was welcoming and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the food, but the pizza is definitely worth a visit! It'll be my regular stop every time I pass through Formia. Plus, the prices are low, honest, and fair. The place isn't big, so I recommend making a reservation.

24/08/2025: I kindly ask you to reevaluate the work performance of the woman who worked at the McDonald's drive-thru last night around 3:00 AM. Simply because my friend (a foreigner) was ordering in English, the woman got upset and didn't let us proceed with the order (we wanted to order other items, but she decided the order should be stopped because she felt we were making fun of her). I will send a letter to McDonald's Italy, as this episode of racism towards non-Italian speakers was disgusting.

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊

31/03/2025: Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.

26/05/2025: Super cute place, with a really super location! Really good aperitifs and sophisticated cocktails. If you take a walk on the seafront, I highly recommend stopping by!
