We went here for dinner after seeing the excellent reviews, and I can confirm they're absolutely true. The location is beautiful, with a heated veranda garden and an outdoor space. The menu is a mix of Roman and Neapolitan dishes, and everything is delicious, even the desserts, which are homemade by the owner.

During the pilgrimage of our parish community of SS Martino and Lucia of Apricena (FG) to Montagna Spaccata, before reaching the Abbey of Montecassino, we stopped at Marì in Formia: a haven of authentic hospitality. We went to this restaurant for a family lunch and had a wonderful meal. Excellent fresh seafood dishes, the flavorful calamarata, and the delicious homemade tiramisu. Generous portions. 31/03/2026: A traditional trattoria in the countryside near Fondi. Excellent first courses, including wild asparagus given the season; chicory and cannellini bean soup—highly recommended; and wild boar cacciatore-style for the main course, along with artichokes and authentic, non-frozen French fries. The restaurant is well-maintained but very large and a bit sparse, perhaps designed more for events. Excellent value for money.

16/03/2026: I didn't eat badly, but I think that for half a portion of mussel sauté, 350g of swordfish (written on the bill), half a portion of side dish (an artichoke), a crème caramel and a bottle of water... I write half a portion, because their quantities are half of normal portions, €50,000 seems too much to me.
