02/06/2025: The service was terrible and slow, we waited 2 hours for one dish. Mediocre food quality. Poor value for money. A cozy bar to avoid for catering.

27/05/2025: I almost never leave negative reviews because there is a staff of people who work, but if it helps to improve, every now and then an exception is made. We went to dinner and we took the Verso Giusto cutting board, absolutely mediocre more than anything else in terms of quality and variety. Made up mostly of fried foods whose breading came off by itself while the raw food was good. We also ordered a plate of mixed bruschetta, of which 3 were prepared using the end part of the loaf and in fact they were 3 very small pieces. We pointed this out and they kindly brought us the entire plate, but unfortunately there was not even a shadow of the requested bruschetta as we were served normal slices of bread not bruschetta summarily seasoned with food different from what was requested. Obviously we didn't eat anything but they were still counted in the total. When a customer has a dish taken back twice, this shouldn't be counted. I don't think we'll be back.

17/06/2025: Today we talk a lot about gourmet cuisine, identifying, with this term, a type of flavor generally characterized by scrupulous research of ingredients that are often unobtainable and bizarre, by unlikely combinations of foods whose main purpose is to amaze, by scientific analyses on the best mineral waters to accompany that or other dishes. And I believed it. But today I have completely revised my position on the subject. The simplicity of the dishes prepared in this place is disarming. The efforts are directed exclusively to the quality of the raw materials, favoring the cleanliness of the dishes confirmed by a perfect preparation, without smudges, where the condiments seem almost absent.. and instead no!! Essential but very tasty sauces, fried foods that you can't explain how they managed to jump from the pan to the plate without retaining a drop of oil, and yet delicious. It cannot be described in words, a meal at Percuoco is an emotion. But if you are still convinced that a cuisine is not gourmet if it is not presented in an eccentric and original way, avoid this place, here you eat seriously. And the service? A courtesy from another time, true, accompanied by smiles that soften every course, every request. So what? I liked it, is it still not clear?

13/06/2025: Trattoria a few steps from the Castle. Found on the web, and chosen for the positive reviews. It deserves 5 stars ... and even more ... thanks to Sara, the waitress, for her kindness and availability .. discreet presence, but attentive!!! Compliments to Francesco (chef of the place) for the dishes with real flavors and for the choice of raw materials .... quality !!! And thanks also to the sous chef. Very clean place. I highly recommend it !!!

14/07/2025: Here, you truly feel at home. Simple, authentic dishes, typical of the Fondi tradition, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You can taste that everything is made with care, just like in the olden days. The lunch buffet is a guarantee: something different every day, but always delicious. A welcoming atmosphere, excellent wine, and Emanuele's special touch, always ready to offer passionate advice. A place that makes you feel good, and makes you want to return. And in fact, I will be back! P.S. The chicory and beans are incredibly good!!! Well done 👍🏼

01/06/2025: Coming back from the Champions League final, as Inter fans, we wanted to recover with a pizza. But it went worse than the game. Terrible service, endless waiting. So endless that we gave up, paying the bill for drinks, supplì and SERVICE (2 euros each). The worst thing is that the owner didn't care at all, or ask, what wasn't working. But the supplì were good. Obviously we will never return.

25/05/2025: Really slow service, we waited an hour and a half to receive the pizzas, which I honestly expected to be a little more up to the fame they claim so much.. in particular the pizza with courgette flowers and ricotta was not the best, unfortunately the ricotta covered the flavour of the other ingredients, taking away value from a pizza that in terms of composition appeared excellent!!

30/06/2025: Pino was exceptional! He really did a great job! It was the first time I ordered a buffet for a party on my own and Pino was able to advise me not only on the food to order based on the guests (a children's party but also adults) but above all the right quantities. I took home just half a pan of pizza, the rest between pizza, croissants, savory sandwiches, hot dogs, croquettes, stuffed bombettes, focaccia and mortadella, all gone! He was impeccable, precise and the food was exceptional. A guarantee for my event and also for the next ones.

15/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale casualmente. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo piatti di fritti misti cucinati molto bene e senza troppo olio. Abbiamo preso tre pizze con mozzarella di bufala e una Margherita e l'altro mio figlio ha preso una scaloppina morbidissima con patate al forno con rosmarino. L'unica pecca è che hanno poca scelta di carne, ma il forno della pizza è a legna,il locale è molto pulito, ci sono dei tavoli fuori, aria condizionata dentro ed il personale è gentile quindi avanti così!

18/05/2025: Pizza CRUDA, bruciata sotto e impasto completamente crudo. Sono stata malissimo... Altra cosa, purtroppo è diventata sempre più cara. Due pizze, una coca cola, una acqua e una birra 40 euro. Aldilà del prezzo, veramente dovrebbero controllare la temperatura del forno... Da non ripetere.

20/04/2025: Siamo andati a cena in tre adulti e sei bambini, abbiamo chiesto al cameriere se potevamo ordinare all you can eat per 3 adulti e 6 bambini e ci è stato risposto che i bambini erano sotto i 20 anni. A fine cena siamo andati a pagare e abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa perchè la cassiera ci ha fatto pagare tutti come adulti dicendoci che consideravano bambini le persone alte al massimo 1,20. Peccato che sono stati contradditori fra di loro e soprattutto questa fantomatica regola non è scritta da nessuna parte. Basterebbe rendere chiara la regola fin da subito per non creare malintesi.

15/02/2025: The kitchen closes too early, no exceptions are made, the chefs can't wait to leave, due to the slowness of the service we didn't have time to order the other things. Not recommended, I only recommend for those who live nearby

04/05/2025: I've only been going to Sushi Lin for years now. It is the best sushi in the province of Latina. I have loved Japanese and Chinese cuisine since I was little and I can assure you that it is the best. Beyond 5 stars.

28/05/2025: I have been a customer of this pastry shop from time to time. Today, while eating some sweets, I smelled smoke (electronic cigarette) and it was not the first time, at which point I turned towards the laboratory and saw the owner smoking, so, instinctively I approached the height of the bathroom and told her that she should not smoke in a commercial activity, the "lady" instead of apologizing replied that I am nobody to tell her what she can or cannot do on her property. The disarming arrogance that she showed, even after these sentences, is unacceptable so I will never set foot in this pastry shop again.
