25/03/2026: I just had what I can only classify as “the best carpaccio I ever tasted”. The meat, tomato’s and pecorino are rich. Can’t wait for the next course.

25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

We've been coming here for years.
The food is excellent, and the price is more than fair.
Everything is truly delicious, and the desserts are amazing.
We truly recommend it to everyone.
