11/12/2024: The cuisine is excellent, not very elaborate, but essential and genuine. The service is good and there is no lack of kindness and attention towards the customer. Unfortunately the place is not the best. The spaces should be redistributed. Anyway, when you go to eat, some pay more attention to the plates than to the walls. I belong to the first category. I've said mine... for the rest, "do your best".

10/03/2025: Place located not far from the Fonte Bonifacio VIII where you can eat pizza by the shovel and also various fried foods. You can take away or eat on site as there are seats both inside and outside. I tasted a cacio e pepe supplì, a N'duja supplì and a classic one and they were all 3 good, the pizza however was average, I liked the supplì much more. The service was done correctly, they are very kind. Fair prices. Final rating 7/10

10/02/2025: Solo in un breve periodo che coincide con le festività del santo patrono di Fiuggi si può gustare la famosa pizza di San Biagio, combinazione di ingredienti tra dolcezza e sapidità, croccantezza e morbidezza. Consiglio la loro pizza ben cresciuta e quindi molto digeribile.

22/02/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante durante una delle mie visite a Fiuggi, e posso dire senza esitazioni che è stato SBALORDITIVO. Ogni piatto era preparato con ingredienti freschissimi e dal sapore autentico. La cucina è davvero eccellente, con una proposta gastronomica che unisce tradizione e innovazione in modo perfetto. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, grazie alla professionalità e gentilezza del cameriere che ci ha accolto. Sempre disponibile, sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ho visitato Fiuggi diverse volte, ma questo ristorante è di gran lunga il migliore in cui abbia mangiato. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque si trovi in zona.

04/02/2025: Siamo andati a pranzo in questo ristorante e devo dire che ci ha sorpresi veramente tanto, siamo stati molto bene e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Abbiamo preso due antipasti di cui un millefoglie col tartufo e dei crostoni con la burrata e le acciughe. A seguire la pasta tipica di Fiuggi con il tartufo e un’altra con il ragù bianco e un calice di vino, in tutto abbiamo speso 74 €. Il personale è stato veramente gentile il posto era bellissimo e il cibo è veramente spettacolare. Complimenti.
