The service is a sore point. You can't offer a €20 off-menu appetizer where four people can eat perfectly without describing the dish you're serving to the customer. I posted a photo specifically to show what I'm talking about. Maybe it's a tourist trap? I have a doubt... Let's get to the bill: €55 for two, without dessert or coffee. That would be fair, but that appetizer made it too expensive.

10/12/2025: I met with the owners of the trattoria for a few minutes, outside of business hours, to arrange lunch the next day. They were a truly lovely family. I returned the following day with a group of 15, and they treated us wonderfully. A family atmosphere, quiet and good food. There aren't many places, but we had a wonderful time. They left a little bag of sweets on the table as a welcome gift. And they offered us a tart feast. Thank you so much, you're truly kind. I was looking for a place to have lunch as if I were at home with friends, and I found it.

29/08/2025: I had the ill-advised idea of ​​following the advice of someone I met in Fiuggi who raved about the deliciousness of this trattoria. "It's so cheap, they make huge portions, the fettuccine with wild boar is delicious, it's all family-run." The only truth is that the place was family-run. And you could tell by the state of disrepair on the outside, with peeling walls, horrible neon lights, and an atmosphere of abandonment that didn't convey a pleasant feeling. I didn't have the pleasure of looking inside until after the bill, but it seemed a little more upscale. The service was average. The real problem with this place was what I ate and drank. Given that the place wasn't cheap for the quality of the food and drinks offered, I ordered: supplì, a portion of fries, and then the famous fettuccine with wild boar that I'd heard was wonderful. I washed it down with house white wine and water. Luckily, I'd decided to wait until after the main course, based on how hungry I was. Unfortunately, the wine was completely oxidized: it tasted terrible, as if it had been opened and left like that for weeks. Almost everything I ate was tasteless and completely lacking in salt. The supplì were made with a sauce that was very acidic from the tomato, but completely lacked salt. The same could be said for the chips, which were completely unsalted but tasted good. These chips were the only good thing I ate. The famous fettuccine with wild boar were completely bland, and these, too, were completely lacking in saltiness. I know the taste of a good wild boar ragù well, and this was absolutely not good: you couldn't taste the meat. Quite annoyed by what I'd eaten, I decided to stop dinner there, even though I'd started with the idea of ​​ordering a main course and a side dish. However, I had no desire to continue with this mess. When I went to pay, I explained everything I'd read in the review and was told that they're used to "light" food and that the wine had just been opened that day. I pointed out that there's a big difference between light and bland, just as they'd opened the wine that day, but it had definitely been sitting there for a while and, given the summer heat, it had gone bad. To top it all off, the famously gigantic portions were absolutely normal... nothing out of the ordinary. For all this, I spent a whopping 19 euros. It might not seem like much, but considering the quality and quantity offered, it's truly a rip-off. At the end of the evening, I was wondering, "How do people eat, to say this place is good?" And to think that the person who recommended this place to me had been eating there for both lunch and dinner for days... I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE ONLY FOR THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND NOTHING ABOUT CUISINE

A spacious dining room, delicious pizzas, a varied selection of local and international specialties, and plenty of vegetables. Generous portions. At lunchtime. In the evening: all-you-can-eat pizza!
