04/06/2024: Un’esperienza culinaria che rasenta la perfezione. Sotto ogni punto di vista. Servizio preciso, ordinato. Ogni piatto spiegato con pazienza e attenzione, con cenni di storia e origine dei prodotti. Una ricerca quasi maniacale dell’ingrediente genuino, non processato, non industriale. Il gusto dei piatti principali (antipasto, secondo) meraviglioso, in particolare una porchetta cotta a bassa temperatura delicatissima e soprattutto il baccalà alla vicentina cotto in bassa temperatura con la polenta di Marano un qualcosa di eccezionale. Carta dei vini interessantissima. Unico (piccolo) neo che ho trovato un dessert lievemente troppo dolce, un tortino di mandorle con caramello e zabaione a cui è stata aggiunta una marmellata di susine che poteva forse essere evitata. Ma veramente un’esperienza magnifica. Il costo pienamente in linea con la qualità. Ci rivedremo sicuramente con piacere

24/04/2024: It may have been my bad day, but I didn't find much courtesy. The menu is written on a blackboard 📋 outside, and don't ask for a paper one 😒⚡️. To eat there are a few first courses and a few second courses. No sweets. At a small internal counter you can choose the classic "frozen" fried appetizers. Inside there are about 8 seats, outside about 12.

13/04/2024: Frequentiamo l’osteria da più di 40 anni, ci siamo sempre trovati benino, buona la frittura quando è appena uscita dalla cucina, vini discreti, spunciotti piacevoli, ma cortesia ed educazione zero, sembra che gli dai fastidio. Di fronte ad un loro errore nemmeno una scusa, anzi pare sia colpa tua. Conto esorbitante, vista l’attesa dovuta ad un loro errore, il cameriere aveva promesso il caffè in omaggio, ma al momento di pagare, muso lungo e rifiuto di ammettere che avevamo aspettato quasi un’ora. A proposito che il cliente ha sempre ragione! Mi sarebbero bastati un sorriso e delle scuse ripetute, ma evidentemente manca l’abc della ristorazione!

25/07/2024: I stopped for a coffee. Well-kept place. The coffee was good. In the future I will come there for lunch because I saw the menu and it looked inviting.

17/07/2024: We wanted to go here to support the concept of the chef - to pay homage to hyperlocal ingredients with innovative dishes. We were disappointed that the truffle tagliolini was not available that day but such is the nature of truffles. Given one of the reasons for our drive was out-of-scope, we opted for the tasting menu. It is extremely generous in terms of number of dishes so if you don't have a big appetite it will be hard to make it to the finish line. I was glad we selected it because what I would have selected from the ala carte menu was actually my least favorite dish on the tasting menu. Standouts for our party were the mousse/pate inside a delightful crust, the vitello tonnato, spaghetti with dandelion pesto, and the tiramisu interpretation. It is a bit out of the way but for wine lovers I would say it's worth reading the wine list as you are deciding among restaurants as there are some really difficult-to-find aged bottles on the menu. The server was friendly and attentive. The chef came out a few times to check in. The atmosphere was empty because of the paucity of other diners, which made us sad because this restaurant is clearly a passion project worthy of support!

03/08/2024: A typical mountain hut with a large dining room and gigantic windows overlooking the valley. The wooden cart in the center of the room is beautiful. Location 5 minutes from Asiago center, there is also a working chairlift that takes you down. Various paths start from here and you are immediately surrounded by the bells of grazing cows. Outside there is a practical and comfortable solarium area with deckchairs. Visited in August, I would call it an overall great experience. I would also say a few words about the Asiago Plateau. Unlike Trentino which has been transformed into a region for tourists where mountain activity is practically dead, here in Asiago we are still surrounded by agricultural and livestock activities, in short, an area that is still alive and productive, where tourism seems to have to adapt to the area and not the other way around. In short, an area that is still real and not an open-air museum.

13/08/2024: Good Trattoria Pizzeria I didn't try the pizza but as a trattoria everything was good maybe a little slow in taking the reservation in the place there weren't many people overall all positive.

04/08/2024: We were in this pizzeria on 02/08/24 and we were disappointed especially by the food, the badly cooked pizzas and the ingredients were honestly not good, my daughter took a Milanese cutlet with potatoes, the meat was hard and moist and the breading was detached from the meat, I hope it was a bad evening as other customers complained and sent the pizza back, it is not the first time we go to this place and previously we had a good time, I repeat I hope it was a difficult evening and that they can get back to their best

24/08/2024: This hotel appears to be a shadow of what it may have once been. Despite its favorable location, the stay was marked by numerous negative aspects. Against: - Smelly air: The ventilation system gave off an unpleasant odor, which made the environment unpleasant. - Unspeakable breakfast: The quality of the breakfast was decidedly poor, with almost stale bread and insects flying over the dishes. This made eating in the morning an unappealing experience. - Little supervision in the pool: The lack of supervision in the pool area created a feeling of disorganization and neglect. Pros: - Location:The hotel is located in an advantageous location, which could be a good starting point for exploring the area. Overall, while the hotel boasts a convenient location, it is evident that there are many areas that need significant improvement to provide a satisfactory stay.

18/08/2024: Wonderful two-night stay, all services are adequate for the costs, wonderful staff, compliments to Mr. Luigi and Emanuele who are always very helpful and polite.

14/06/2024: I've tried almost everything, from pastries to brioches to biscuits, and I can say that this pastry shop never disappoints! The quality of the products is excellent and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything here is truly perfect!!!

27/05/2024: Excellent dry pastries: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and lots of butter just how I like it! Next time I'll try the brioches...
