10/01/2026: Good food, but unfortunately a negative review, due to a total lack of empathy and professionalism on the part of the owner. I've been in the industry for many years, and I'm the first to believe that the customer is NOT always right. The customer, when paying, is right when they're polite and respectful. Which, as a customer, I always do, perhaps to an exaggerated extent. Those who know me know this. Extremely sketchy service, if not completely lost. Undrinkable wine on tap (probably due to system problems). Once the problem was pointed out, we were treated like the last of the last. The wine, left in the carafe, was still charged for with an overbearing and arrogant attitude. We won't be returning. Advice: in a situation like this, in addition to not charging for the defective product, I would offer a coffee, to maintain a healthy and positive relationship with my customers. Probably the €5-6 paid for the wine was more important than the continuous flow and the passport that a satisfied customer provides. Better the chicken today or the egg tomorrow? It's a shame because the place is nice, but the staff's attitude ruins it. The price is exorbitant.

11/08/2025: A very basic trattoria with a large outdoor area. Good food, friendly and down-to-earth staff. Tasty menu. The tagliata, their specialty, is different from the usual fare you'll find elsewhere, and it's very, very good. The price was very fair. The evening breeze was fantastic. The only shame was that it was a bit noisy due to a birthday party, but that's not the restaurant's fault, of course. See you next time!

05/09/2025: We may have been there on the worst day, but unfortunately the staff was inattentive, and we had to wait a long time both to order and to eat. The food wasn't bad, but paying €20 for a grilled dish and waiting almost an hour for it to arrive lukewarm and miserable compared to what we saw at other tables was a bit disappointing. We mentioned this to the owner, and he gave us a small discount on the price of the dish. The starters and desserts were good. The setting has a breathtaking view.

30/08/2025: Restaurant in a great location with plenty of outdoor seating. Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious dishes, excellent cuisine. Reasonably priced. I recommend it.

21/09/2025: When a restaurant doesn't accept pets, that's a huge minus for me. The atmosphere is old-fashioned, and the pizza is good but unfortunately hard to digest.

19/02/2026: Pizzeria Aurora is one of those discoveries that reminds you that quality transcends any aesthetic detail. The pizza is simply excellent: balanced, light dough, carefully selected ingredients that are evident at first bite. It is, without hesitation, one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. The ambiance harks back to the '70s and '80s, a slightly dated atmosphere that perhaps isn't immediately appealing. But once you sit down and taste it, you realize that the food is the star of the show. And when the quality is this high, everything else takes a back seat. For those seeking a truly perfect pizza, Aurora is a top choice.

14/12/2025: Excellent pizza, an "old-fashioned" place but very well maintained and clean. Kudos to the staff; even though every seat was taken, they never lost their smile. I'll be back.

27/07/2025: I wanted to like this place because it was recommended to me, but maybe the chef wasn't there and the restaurant was understaffed. A third of the steaks were torn, and many others didn't want to open. We also ordered a steak, which was overcooked, burned, and tasteless. I don't like writing negative reviews, but it was a really bad experience, and I felt the need to write an honest and updated review. Like I said, maybe the chef wasn't there and someone was trying to keep it open, but that was my opinion when I was there in December. I'll try again when you reopen, since you took the time to respond, and I promise to update the review if it improves. I don't want to discredit this place because of a bad experience, but that was my opinion last time. (Also, I'm changing the review from 1 to 2 stars because you took the time to read my review and contact me. It shows you care and are always striving to improve.)

20/01/2026: At Caneveta, you always enjoy a great location whether you're cycling or walking. It's a shame they're poorly organized when it comes to cooking. If you want to cook with dishes and not just the usual bar fare, you have to know how to do it and be able to do it within certain timeframes. There were 8 of us on bikes, and for 4 bruschettas, 2 toasted sandwiches, and 2 pastas, we waited over an hour (I remember 1 hour and 15 minutes), and neither of the two toasted sandwiches I ordered ever arrived. My pasta (arrabbiata) had about a half-inch of oil on the plate. The pasta cost €10. One bruschetta was literally burnt. The waitress didn't remember to bring the drinks, and she made no apologies and no discount. It's not mean, but given the times we're living in and the prices you charge, next time I have to choose, I won't choose this place, which I've always liked, but I'll give the same money to someone who knows how to work better, even if it's a shame.

20/01/2026: A cutting-edge catering company, they prepare approximately 8,000 transported meals per day. They also have a well-stocked self-service restaurant where you can choose between a fixed price or à la carte lunch. With good-quality dishes at affordable prices, they have also won contracts for several school cafeterias and hospital catering. Service by friendly, well-trained, and professional staff.

04/01/2026: I ate for a month in the hospital with the Serenissima canteen. Poor quality, cold food stored in plastic trays. I don't think I need to add anything else except... I feel sorry for those who are being treated because food is life.
