07/08/2024: The place is pleasant, but in my personal taste the second course menu is excessively oriented towards fried dishes, almost all of them to be precise. The service is good, even if the explanations on the preparation of the dishes were not very precise. Overall, it's a good place, but the prices are high, especially for lunch.
Negative note for the water: the cost is definitely excessive, especially considering that it is presented with a personalized restaurant label and an elaborate description which, when carefully analyzed, reveals that it is only tap water. It is served very cold, probably to mask a not entirely pleasant taste.

17/08/2024: Incredibly good pizza, with quality ingredients and absolutely Neapolitan style. The one with broccoli, sausage (cut into slices like in Naples) and provola is amazing, as is the simple margherita.
A slightly anonymous location for a Neapolitan pizzeria, but honestly it doesn't matter!

22/08/2024: Vado in questo locale saltuariamente, da molti anni per la gentilezza e la premura del personale, professionale e veloce, e per la qualità dell'offerta gastronomica, che (ovviamente sapendo filtrare) potrebbe dare dei punti a ristoranti più quotati.
Perfetto l'antipasto di mare con la tartare, buono il fritto di pesce purtroppo non scolato a dovere e perciò troppo unto.
Buoni i paccheri.
Buona la piovra, un po' tanto grigliata, è da dire.
In altre occasioni si è rivelata buona anche la pizza alle verdure condita generosamente, e quelle al funghi od affettati.
Cosa penalizza terribilmente questo posto?
La confusione della sala e certa utenza di sera.
Ora, capisco che a mezzogiorno c'è il menù fisso per operai, ma se tornano di sera in un locale così (ahimè) rumoroso non è che ci possano pernottare.
Non è un club per lavoratori che tirano tardi urlandosi da una parte all' altra della tavolata fino all' ora di buttarsi a letto.
L'ultima volta a cena una decina di operai di fuori Veneto avevano già finito di cenare quando io sono entrato e se ne sono andati dopo 2 ore buone, chiaramente, starnazzando per tutto il tempo dal momento che non stavano più mangiando.
Giusta anche l'osservazione di un' altra cliente: perché aperitivi e cene nello stessa sala, con conoscenti che si urlano da una parte all' altra della stanza e qualcuno bestemmia pure?
Insomma un peccato.
Non si dice di buttare fuori la gente, che fra l' altro ti mangia in convenzione per una pipa di tabacco, ma magari un: "Vi serve altro?" ; " A posto?" ; " Avete finito?" aiuterebbe queste persone a capire che stanno bivaccando e caciarando da 3 ore.
Peccato perché si potrebbe coltivare anche l'altra clientela che ci pensa a venire, se c'è troppa cagnara.

28/07/2024: It's a good restaurant where one can have fantastic experiences eating special food which, is the aftermath of innovative ideas. It lies in the historical center of Treviso, apart from the traffic noise, which of course doesn't therefore disturb the customers inside the restaurant.
The atmosphere inside is more than pleasant. It's a large premises with almost plain walls but some nice mirrors and long cable lamps hanging from the ceiling. There are also other decorative elements such as beautiful plants and china objects on wooden stands. The place is well lit up both by daylight and by the mentioned lamps. The music isn't very loud, so it isn't disturbing.
The personnel is kind, and their readiness to listen to the customers as to their particular desiderata ought to be outlined.
In that restaurant the food is great. I ordered a “tagl mare”. It is a dish containing three different types of fish and other ingredients, all of them of highest quality. I really enjoyed it. It was delicious, and the experience I had was fabulous.
The Gustolia Nova Hostaria is definitely one of the best restaurants in Treviso. Of course I recommend to go there for a meal when being in the said city or nearby.

The food is really good and the staff are very kind! Amazing tiramisu!!!

23/06/2024: I'm sorry but the attention (real, not "pro forma"!) for the customer is not there (waiter came by 3 times always leaving the glasses and cutting board empty to take away). I ordered the vegetable salad and on the menu it says "purple cabbage" and ... in the salad it arrived "in vinegar" without telling me! And the slices of bread never arrived. I'm sorry but we won't be going back again!! The question "is everything okay?" asked by the cashier is only pro forma!!!!
22/06/2024: It has little or nothing in common with the BEFeD of Aviano although they are the same. Poor choice on the menu, although I assume it is a deliberate choice... the courtesy of the staff is a positive note.
