25/07/2025: Nightmare dinner..... I ordered 1 course because the confusion reigned supreme. Only 1 person for the dining room, the bar, and the hotel guests... Horrible, burnt pizza.... I don't think I'll go back, it's not because of the price but because of the overall effect.

Signora Sandra in the kitchen makes you feel right at home with her delicious dishes. Thank you for a wonderful dinner: the cod Vicentina-style is a delicacy.

18/10/2025: Beautiful, welcoming place, a 10-minute walk from the Cittadella walls on the Porta Padova side. Friendly and helpful staff, a vast menu, from pizzas to Italian and Indian dishes. They pay special attention to gluten-free and lactose-free options! The place is beautifully decorated and has a warm atmosphere, making it feel like home! The bar area at the entrance is also lovely, where you can enjoy a nice Spritz while waiting for a table. We booked a table 20 minutes before arriving and they seated us half an hour early! ❤️ Great prices! Reservations recommended. What can I say, if I could give it 6 stars, I would have! Go there, you won't regret it!

09/11/2025: ⭐☆☆☆☆ We visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow: about 45 minutes between arrival and the first course. The lasagna had no béchamel sauce, the pasta was undercooked, and the white meat ragù tasted like it was made with leftovers. I had to ask for bread and ask for the second course. The cod was small, bland, and served on a small plate with a slice of flavorless polenta. The zuppa inglese, served in a glass, was just pudding with too much rum that covered every flavor.

05/10/2025: We stopped for a quick lunch....there was no menu of dishes and prices applied (as required by law)....as soon as we arrived at the table we found a bowl with a sauce on each plate, a terrine of fresh vegetables (sliced ​​carrots, peppers....) to eat like a dip and the waiter, as a welcome, also brought us two mini crostini....of course we nibbled a bit of everything while waiting for our order....after a while, "the boss" arrived and "proposed a menu" that we weren't interested in...we decided on an appetizer to share and two spaghetti with clams.......when it came to the bill, in addition to some slightly high prices (1 espresso 3 euros), we also found ourselves billed for the unrequested dip at the modest sum of 5 euros each. I advise the owner to review these aspects. They should display their prices and be more transparent about their service. This would certainly be a winning strategy, as I certainly won't be returning for these reasons.

11/10/2025: A visit to Ciccillo's is always a guarantee! Excellent appetizers, especially the chicken salad and Russian salad, and good pizzas. Excellent value. The atmosphere could use a bit of a makeover, but maybe that's its specialty!
