02/06/2025: For an evening with friends, even in a group, this place is highly recommended! Excellent appetizers and first courses (fish troccoli). Appropriate wines for the chosen meals, recommended the still or sparkling white with fish dishes. Outstanding tiramisu sorbet. Round of bitters/liqueurs offered by the house.

10/06/2025: Truly impeccable experience at Il Castello restaurant! The staff is courteous, professional and always attentive to detail. The dishes are prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, with a careful presentation and flavors that conquer at first taste. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and special events. 02/07/2025: Ended up here by chance during our bike ride on the way to Venice. Had a great lunch, surprisingly good. Incredibly tasty super fresh shrimps and octopus. There is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Slightly dated interior, but that certainly has its charm

28/05/2025: I happened upon it by chance on a Sunday when the highway entrance was closed... it was a pleasant surprise! A place with refined furnishings and details and relaxing background music. The managers are truly helpful, welcoming and polite people. The menu is varied and studied in every detail and the presentation of the dishes is jaw-dropping! The book with the description of the personality based on the day of birth that is found at the counter at the entrance is beautiful. We are from Bergamo and, now that we have discovered this enchantment, we will definitely return. 🔝🔝

25/06/2025: We went there for dinner today and it was very disappointing! We paid over €100 for four salads. The Caesar salad had barely any sauce and no meat. The service was also very unfriendly, and we were often ignored! Never again and do not recommend it!

14/06/2025: The service was friendly. The pizza was delicious. The tiramisu was super tasty. In short: highly recommended. Reservations are recommended starting at 7:00 PM.

02/07/2025: We were greeted warmly by the waiter, but unfortunately the "boss" didn't have a smile. The food was very tasty, deserving of a star because both dishes weren't really hot. Otherwise, there was an aperitif before the meal and a limoncello afterward. We would definitely go back. What's absolutely unacceptable, however, is that the prices on the board at the street differ from the prices on the menu; both dishes were €2 more expensive than what was listed on the street. That's unacceptable. 4 stars despite everything.

30/06/2025: A great restaurant with good food and very friendly staff. The landlady chats with all the guests and has cute extras for the little ones. We felt so comfortable that we went to Casanova for dinner every day during our stay. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant. I would go back anytime.

22/06/2025: The place is very nice but the wait is definitely too long....we waited 1 hour for the appetizer and the same for the first course...the service times need to be improved otherwise it becomes agony...

13/06/2025: I reached it from Valli by taking the 16 km water route😁 it was worth the effort, a wonderful place to return to by car, this time obviously I'll return on foot for another 10 km💪

30/06/2025: This afternoon I went to get two aperitifs at the place in s.g. lupatoto. There were some customers, I placed my order to the only waitress in the room. After a while I asked for my order but the waitress replied "I'm working". She probably thinks that customers who have nothing to do should wait for her, with her visible inadequacy and slowness, to bring drinks. I had asked for appetizers but they never arrived so I got up, paid and left. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions.

12/07/2025: We drove almost 4 km for this restaurant. We love it here. Appetizer, dessert, liqueurs at the end included. I love it here but it's usually full.

22/04/2025: I was there with friends for lunch on Easter Monday. Meanwhile, a pleasant surprise was that they let our dog come with us. The dishes are truly excellent with a choice of meat or vegan/vegetarian menu. The desserts are also excellent, tiramisu and tart. Personally I had an appetizer with their cured meats and a trio of first courses. The only flaw is there's a bit of a wait, but it was full of people so it's okay. We will definitely be back.

24/02/2025: We tasted the farm's own cured meats and local cheeses, accompanied by compote, sweet and sour cucumbers and julienned courgettes and onions. What can I say, everything was very good, a modern and welcoming environment with an open kitchen. We will be back to try other dishes, recommended!
