I was dining alone, and the waitress flatly told me I could only sit outside, even though several indoor tables remained empty throughout my entire visit and had no “reserved” signs. She deliberately ignored me, forcing me to get up and go inside both to order and to pay. I’ve never felt so unwelcome or dismissed at a restaurant. Truly disgraceful service. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. It is humiliating to be treated as less worthy just because I came alone. They should speak to the waitress on duty in the evening of Oct 17. My reply to the owner What you wrote is not true — and you know it. I was explicitly told there was no space inside, even though I could see empty tables the entire evening. I was not offered to wait for a table either. In addition, the waitress ignored me.

22/10/2025: Wonderful restaurant. Wonderful service. I tried the dorado fish, which was very, very wonderful.Unfortunately I didn't try the pizza, but I saw it and it shouldn't be excellent.

18/10/2025: For anyone reading this and passing through during lunch and dinner hours, I highly recommend a gastronomic stop. A brief mention... October 25, 2025, we set out from the modern Apennines. My wife and I stopped at the Trattoria Antica Belvedere. We were warmly welcomed by a young woman whose name I even asked for so I could include it in the review, but I forgot it. I also forgot the name of the young man who accompanied us to the table; if they read, they'll understand. In any case, they were very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. We ordered Bigoli Cacio e Pepe with Truffles, creamed cod with fried polenta, and sliced ​​beef; everything was delicious, both in terms of the serving and the plating. To drink, a Valpolicella Ripasso, a good choice. If we were to return, another stop would be a must.

I had barely ordered the pizza when, to my surprise, it was served. Shortly afterward, the spicy dish for my wife arrived. Even the boss was there and chatted with us in German. To finish off, a double portion of delicious dessert... We are so happy we received this tip at our accommodation. 04/10/2025: Very nice B&B, with clean and spacious rooms. Quiet location, convenient for walking to the center.

02/05/2025: Very close to the lake and you can quickly walk to the center or the train station. The people are very friendly and put a lot of effort into breakfast. The homemade apple strudel is a delight😋

14/10/2025: Everything was random, the menu was limited, and all the dishes I was interested in were unavailable. Service was slow and awkward. Prices were too high for the type of restaurant, and they even got my bill wrong. I wouldn't go back.

07/10/2025: The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, and the meat is truly delicious. I'm sorry that the Florentine steak I ordered was a little overcooked, even though I had requested it rare, which unfortunately compromised the flavor of the meat. (The one in the photo was perfectly cooked.)

10/11/2025: The owner gave a warm and friendly welcome. Very good, typical local food. Service was attentive and fast (lunch on Mondays). Recommended for a day spent hiking or sightseeing in the surrounding area.

13/10/2025: Located near the town of Battipaglia, this café offers some of the best coffee in the area, both in terms of flavor and body. I recently stopped in for breakfast. The cappuccino was also very pleasant, while the brioche was soft, tasty, and generously filled. I can't say the variety of pastries is vast, but everything I've tried so far has been completely satisfying. Excellent service, a fairly spacious, modern, and welcoming space. I recommend it 😋👏
