A charming restaurant above the sea, a stilt house surrounded by nature, and it's already off to a good start as a location.... Fast and impeccable service, I must say that the waitresses are really good, well-prepared and friendly with customers. Fresh fish, excellent, inviting and tasty dishes. I'm satisfied and I recommend this restaurant. It's a shame it's far from Modena, but I'll pop in every now and then. 😃

After a long time I managed to go and eat at Canarin, the restaurant is located on the water of the Po Delta, beautiful location, very kind staff welcomes you and you immediately understand that you are in a maritime environment, very fresh fish and cooked excellently, what can I say, I will definitely return.

After 3 years of trying, I finally managed to book, and it was a great day. It took me an hour and a half to get there, but it was worth it. It's a unique place, with such character and such a peaceful setting. The restaurant is nestled in the waters of the Po River mouth. And the food? It's hard to find something this good and so carefully prepared. The wait for the dishes, even if it may seem long, is justified by the fact that they are carefully prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Kudos to all the staff.

I have no doubts, I will return to Canarin every time I visit the Delta. The restaurant is very welcoming, the staff is kind and helpful, and the menu is excellent. I've never had such delicious scallops and prawns! The beauty of the place, the quality and freshness of the locally sourced dishes are unparalleled. Gino and his son are two special people, and it was a pleasure to chat with them after dinner. Recommended!

Lunch on the seasonal reopening day at this lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the Po Delta. Super-fresh oysters to start. Other delicious dishes (the fries were amazing). A good, light white wine for lunch. Friendly, attentive service. Reasonable bill. A great start to our weekend in this beautiful area.
