03/01/2025: Cercavamo un posto per pranzare a Spello, abbiamo trovato questo locale con i tavolini esterni, ma dotato di cuscini e coperte.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato il piatto del giorno i maltagliati e i cappellacci ,tutto buonissimo!

28/10/2024: atmosfera suggestiva. location caratteristica. camere un po' piccole ma funzionali. organizzazione e gestione di tipo agriturismo non vi aspettate un trattamento da 5 stelle. cena molto buona ad un prezzo onestissimo (vino della casa offerto) colazione genuina senza buffet ma a richiesta vi sono affettati e formaggi, uova. piscina molto bella. il tutto immerso in un oliveto fantastico con vista sulla vallata. Ospitalità genuina ma professionale.

20/01/2025: Terrible experience,
we had never been to this place "but I had heard good things about it", we booked for 12 seats for 8pm, in about 15 minutes they took our orders, some of us ordered sushi, which arrived in biblical times , the first order was processed in about 35 minutes, I ate after 1 hour and 10 minutes from the order and other diners, precisely after 2 hours from the order... times inadmissible. We basically went to dinner together, but we each ate on our own... so much so that two of the people at the table decided to change their order, taking a cut instead of sushi... to shorten the time. I'm sorry but that's how it went... I'll go back to understand if it was a coincidence or it's normal... in any case I recommend reviewing the menu... too wide a choice for a cuisine that can't keep up... considering that the venue will have had a maximum of 50/60 seats...

21/10/2024: Hoy asistimos a un almuerzo y cata de vinos en este hermoso lugar. Incluyó comida realmente encantadora y un discurso muy informativo y experto sobre las características y el maridaje de los diversos vinos que disfrutamos. El entusiasmo con el que se dio la información sin duda se sumó al disfrute.
Además de las diversas variedades de vino, nos educaron sobre el aceite de oliva local y el delicioso balsámico de más de 20 años.
Yo era el único vegetariano del grupo, pero mi berenjena era igual de deliciosa que los platos de carne parecían ser para los otros miembros del grupo.
Spello es una hermosa ciudad pequeña. El restaurante está a parte de la colina, un paseo fácil, rodeado de edificios antiguos.
Todo muy recomendable!
21/10/2024: Una visita a este restaurante fue parte de nuestro Tour Intrépido organizado. Incluía cata de vinos y muestras de comida local. Soy un no bebedor por lo que apreciamos los fabulosos sabores del aceite de oliva, el vinagre balsámico y los alimentos servidos. El propietario también amablemente me proporcionó un capuchino gratis - muy generoso. El personal era muy amable y atento. Un entorno tranquilo y sombreado - muy recomendable!

08/01/2025: Excellent hotel in the historic center of Spello with a beautiful view of the Umbrian hills!
The hotel can be reached by car, it has a small garage (suitable only for small cars), alternatively it is possible to park in the small square in front even if there are few spaces.
08/12/2024: 30 years of frequencies are enough to define the location as wonderful

27/01/2025: Provato a pranzo per un mordi e fuggi quindi abbiamo provato il tagliere con affettato di prosciutto crudo, bruschette al pomodoro, una caprese, una insalatone al tonno, patate al tartufo e normali e di tutto quanto preso posso dire essere tutto buono specie il prosciutto. Porzioni di ogni piatto più che abbondanti e prezzi nella norma. Servizio pratico e veloce ma anche attento alle richieste. Lo consiglio.
11/01/2025: Family dinner, we took a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses to share, excellent quality of the products and also the right quantity. The first courses are also very good: strangozzi with truffle, strangozzi with cheese and pepper and gnocchi with Sagrantino. The pizza is also good.

17/12/2023: Appena fuori una delle porte cittadine, pensavamo ad una osteria dove ti aspetti di trovare cortesia. Invece la giovane cameriera musona non conosce la parola prego a fronte dei nostri ripetuti grazie e si vede che le pesa servire al tavolo.Cibo sotto le aspettative...2 primi, uno con sugo aspro e pezzi vari di carne e l'altro con piselli prosciutto e funghi che sapeva tutto tranne che di fresco. Al momento del conto aumentato di pochi euro rispetto al menù ...ma sicuramente si è trattato di un errore, . abbiamo pensato che i nostri soldi non erano stati ben spesi. Non consigliato.

07/09/2024: Entered by chance, as simple tourists and left as happy tourists BUT. I immediately understood that it was a "different" shop, first for the kindness of the girl and then for everything else. We purchased Spello perfumes and oil, one with amazing packaging. Just by talking we learned that the owner, an architect, signed her "wrapping". Truly wonderful Monia!!!

I hope to be able to collaborate with her and be able to sell her oil in my business, with its undisputed quality and unique, spectacular packaging.

26/08/2024: Small shop on the central street which also offers bar service. Particular and well-kept furnishings. You can sit on a single large wooden table to taste original cocktails/drinks with preparations made by them. The lady (I assume she was the owner) was very helpful in explaining and the service she offered was efficient. Prices are a little higher than other places in the area, but still not excessive (considering that it offers particular, more refined products). I appreciated that the lady also brought some homemade croutons to accompany the cocktails. Recommended for those who want something different, more sophisticated.

Però… camera troppo calda con impianto vecchio che non si può regolare
Sacchi con biancheria sporca davanti alle porte delle camere
Colazione completa ma nn di grandissima qualità
Non abbiamo provato la Spa perché senza ascensore in inverno costringe a far la doccia giu e non in camera altrimenti si prende freddo, in pratica si perde la comodità della spa in struttura,raggiungibile in accappatoio ( non presente in camera cosi come l’acqua nel frigo)
Un buon tre stelle, non di più

No tan bueno:
- Innecesariamente tocando música en el patio a las 7 am un domingo - podía escucharlo en la habitación en voz alta y nos despertó.
-La habitación estaba un poco cansada (habitación de valor estándar). El baño era pequeño y necesitaba algunas reparaciones.
Conclusión:
Dormí bien, así que no hay quejas, pero el hotel se sentía un poco anticuado. Tocar música afuera en la mañana a las 7 am era completamente innecesario, no había nadie allí.

16/01/2025: The village is beautiful, renovated starting from structures from around the 1500s, enchanting. With some adjustments it can improve a lot. The absence of a bidet in almost all apartments is a glaring lack. Good and rich breakfast, discreet cleanliness in the rooms.
Avoid events (such as New Year's Eve), where the dinner was completely improvised, served haphazardly, with poor quality food (the children's menu was the worst), made even worse by a couple of scoundrels playing music (dated but not very ugly, but in an almost grotesque way). You have an excellent base in your hands, it can be improved with a little good will.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Good dishes and, for 12/31, paid the right price.

25/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati per pranzare attirati dal giardino ombreggiato, ma pultroppo come tanti siamo stati fregati, il cibo era pessimo e pagato tanto ( un tagliere di formaggi 10 euro che sembrava fatto di plastica, senza il pane che poi ho chiesto e hanno aggiunto un ulteriore euro per 4 pezzi di pane duro, torta al testo con prosciutto e formaggio del discount, caffè pagati 2 Euro l uno ) insomma veramente sgradevole tutto ! È un peccato xche la location è veramente carina....ma solo e unicamente questo! Sconsigliato fortemente!
15/08/2024: Merita solo il posto, giardino con vista pieno di alberi. Servizio quasi nella norma. Presi 1 caffè, 1 caffè freddo ed una cedrata € 9.00 tot. Portato caffè senza acqua( chissà perché per avere un bicchiere d'acqua bisogna sempre chiederlo), chiesto un bicchiere d'acqua.....mai arrivato, forse perché non era a pagamento.
