15/06/2026: Property located in the historic center of Spello. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit cramped but clean and comfortable. There's no elevator, and the stairs are very heavy, especially with luggage. There's no parking, which is very inconvenient. Prices are a bit high.

14/06/2026: A small hotel in the historic center of Spello, on one of the main streets. You can drive up to the hotel and unload your luggage, but you'll have to park about 300 meters away because parking in the center is for residents only. The hotel is small but very well-maintained, with the classic atmosphere of a Hollywood movie set in Italy. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have spectacular views of the hills, a true added bonus, which can also be enjoyed from the breakfast room. In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a view. Highly recommended, especially for the price, which is decidedly low for this type of hotel. The staff is extremely kind, competent, and friendly. I highly recommend it.

I don't want to dwell so much on the wonderful, strategic, and relaxing location—the photos speak for themselves—but on the owners, two extraordinary and hospitable people in a world where everything moves quickly and sincere human relationships become a pipe dream. An immediate connection and friendliness from the moment we booked, a welcome like nothing I'd ever experienced before... The cleanliness of the apartment The love, passion, and dedication to their guests of Alberto and Stefania, who created this magical place in the lush countryside, is disarming. Alberto, sitting with us at the table after breakfast, Every morning he recommended a different itinerary, illustrating them with maps he patiently drew, providing valuable information on the places, history, and customs of this wonderful region. Always ready to satisfy every little need, always with a smile, always with a joke. He accompanied us to discover new places, giving us wonderful moments. He organized a couples' dinner by the pool in a dreamlike atmosphere with his sweet and refined wife Stefania, always interested in our well-being, always ready to offer a hug or a tasting suggestion from her wonderful cuisine. Her "is everything okay?" will remain indelible in our memories and hearts. The delicious and rich breakfasts, the exquisite dinners, full of colorful and tasty dishes, expertly describe the flavors and aromas of Umbrian cuisine, also provided by Luigia, along with the sweet attentions of Ouissale during dinner. This vacation gave us two sincere and loving FRIENDS who were very difficult to leave when we returned home. 21/06/2026: The terrace has a spectacular view, good food, and the staff are all helpful and cheerful, but the girl at the front desk is simply DELICIOUS. We didn't stay there overnight, but we had dinner there, and everything was perfect. Worth it.

03/05/2026: This restaurant in the heart of Spello is a great place to dine. We immediately noticed the welcoming atmosphere and the very friendly staff, but the food was the biggest letdown. We ordered three first courses, including a carbonara and a ravioli with cream of peas. We didn't finish any of the first courses, they were all completely lacking in flavor. It's a shame, because the location is truly worth it, but the value for money (for three first courses, drinks, and liqueurs, €73) suffers significantly if the cuisine doesn't match the attention to detail shown in the hospitality.

12/04/2026: The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path. The food and portions are average, and the prices are probably also worth paying for. The outside view is breathtaking and relaxing. The service is a bit distracted, room for improvement. The interior is also beautiful and historic.
