13/04/2026: Been there 2 times like there food. Freindly.tried to take my daughter there today, not many people there when we went 15 minutes of waiting we left. Didn't know we had to wait a long time for seruce no hi nothing. Had to go somewhere to get served. I just don't like waiting long time to be waited on or even hi would have been nice but nope.next time we go try a different bar.

02/04/2026: I highly recommend this bar and grill. The food and service are great! We went 3 times in a week! My husband loved the nachos and I was impressed by their chili and also the fish and chips. My daughter loves the burgers. My husband played a couple pick up games on the pool tables too.

09/11/2025: First time at this restaurant, what can I say! Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert, a wonderful zuppa inglese.... Thank you, Mr. Hermann, for your courtesy and speed of service. We'll definitely be back.

18/04/2026: I'll be honest, I can't judge the food because we didn't have a chance to eat... but the terrible attitude of the staff in charge was enough. Let me start by saying that I work in the public sector and have also worked in the restaurant industry... We went to Luciano Terrazza; recommended by friends... We arrived without a reservation with our little girl. We asked the staff if there was room for two people and a high chair. They said yes and let us in. At the same time, the waiter asked the manager where to seat us, "two people with high chairs?" And there, the manager, thinking we couldn't see, made a not-so-friendly gesture with his hands, as if we were bothering him, exclaiming something I didn't want to say, at which point he looked up and realized we'd noticed. At that point, he shoved us into a corner, saying, "It's the only place, the rest is booked." P.S. The place was half-empty. I would have accepted that place because I didn't have reservations or special needs anyway. But it's clear that having a child not even a year old with us would have pissed off the manager. So as soon as we came in, we left... That's why I can't rate the quality of the food. P.S. The restaurant had free seats even later...

02/02/2026: Chronologically, starting with the food. It must be said quite clearly that the most capable man in this establishment is the chef. The service would love to recapture the glory of bygone years. Unfortunately, it's just as outdated as the wine glasses. Wine service isn't a priority here. Guests are expected to help themselves if they wish to enjoy their wine. The ambiance is a complete panorama of 1980s elegance – certainly Grand Novel Cuisine back then. Today it looks much the same, a bit dated, but nonetheless possessing an elegant charm. All in all, worth a visit.

08/10/2025: A must-see every time we're in Passignano! The place is relaxing, the view is stunning, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent! Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: The property is located in a beautiful medieval village overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The rooms could be aesthetically improved, but they still offer all the comforts. Kudos to the breakfast... amazing!

12/12/2025: The village where it's located is beautiful; especially during the Christmas season, it's intimate and beautifully decorated, with various events for adults and children. The only drawback is the rooms: cold, poorly maintained, and perpetually damp due to insufficient and poorly managed heating (a split unit that helps during the day is turned off from 9 pm to 10 am 😒).

30/07/2026: Best spot in town to eat and drink!

06/06/2026: Coffee for €1.70, a bathroom forgotten by the gods as well as the owners, and service that feels like you're not paying for.
