11/06/2026: We stopped in Cascia for the sanctuary of Santa Rita and then stopped at this trattoria. It was a perfect choice; the owner, Walter, welcomed us very warmly without having to reserve a table for four. We ordered four tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, expertly prepared and seasoned in the kitchen by his wife. The aroma and the hunger meant we didn't have time to take any photos. ☺️ "We recommend." For the main course, pork chop and various side dishes. Finally, he delighted us with the house dessert. We personally complimented him and now we want to share this experience with other travelers. Thank you again for your kindness and availability. 💯💯

12/06/2026: We stayed two nights at the hotel, and while the location is fantastic and the room was very nice, we believe the air conditioning should be individually controlled. The shower is very narrow and fixed, making it quite inconvenient when you only want to wash your body without washing your hair. Furthermore, the breakfast is rather meager, consisting only of juice, coffee with milk, and a small assortment of cakes and pastries. In short, the luxurious room doesn't match the quality of the other amenities.

31/05/2026: The family takes care of us. They are extremely kind! The service is excellent and the cuisine is amazing. Our experience was truly wonderful. And the location is great! In 7 minutes walking you can reach the Basilica of Santa Maria del Angile, which is one of the must-see spots in Assisi. And next to the basilica is the bus stop, which takes you to the upper city, with the other main points of interest in Assisi.

15/07/2026: They shine in every way! We were welcomed by the owner... a very kind and friendly person! On a trip to see the Salerno team start their summer retreat... as soon as he heard this... he immediately welcomed us with a smile and warmth... unique! The assistant Marzia, very kind and so patient, attended to our daughter's requests. The food... oh my! Delicious dishes, starting with the Lasagna alla boscaiolo, the Gricia, the sausages... truly hats off! Deserves 10 stars, not just 5! Highly recommended!

13/07/2026: We were at this family-run restaurant today. We had a divine meal, both the owner and the waitress were incredibly kind. The gricia was spectacular with homemade pasta, the lamb and pork sausages were amazing, the bruschetta with tomato, truffle, ham, melted cheese, and excellent mushrooms were excellent. My wife had a truly excellent truffle egg. The quality/price ratio is simply outstanding, and we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Santa Rita! Highly recommended, a truly wonderful culinary experience!

13/07/2026: Home-style cooking with a few flaws. We chose this place for a couples' dinner on Saturday evening, attracted by the typical Umbrian cuisine. I must say that our expectations were only partially met, with some ups and downs worth mentioning. The strong points: The tagliolini with wild boar white sauce were tasty, with a flavorful sauce and a generous portion (perfect for those who are hungry). The girls at the (outside) tables were kind and professional. The sore points: Unfortunately, the grilled sausages weren't convincing; although good quality, they were decidedly dry and gave the impression of having been reheated, thus losing the tenderness of freshly cooked meat. But the real problem was the baked potatoes: some (and very dark ones) were so dry and tough that they were impossible to pierce with a fork, a defect that should have been reported to the kitchen. Unfortunately, when we pointed this out at the end, the owner reacted rather rudely, dismissing the issue without even checking the dish. In a restaurant that focuses on tradition, one would expect greater attention to quality control and a little more humility in handling customer feedback. Average prices. Tip: If you're passing through Cascia, this place is perhaps worth a visit for its first courses and the friendly waiters, but I personally think there are other places in the area where the care for the ingredients and the customer relationship are more focused. Unfortunately, it won't be a regular stop for us.

12/07/2026: Average quality food... a touristy place where quantity is prioritized over quality... helpful, attentive, and fast staff. Eating with countless flies was a disaster (in 2026, an easily solvable problem!)

03/05/2026: I left Brindisi to come here on May 1st and stayed until today, Sunday, May 3rd. Impeccable service, a perfect room with all the comforts. I would definitely return in the future.

02/05/2026: I've been going there for years now, and I have to say it maintains a good level of cleanliness and organization. So I continue to recommend it. The restaurant staff are the strong point; I personally always eat at Il Roseto, and I can only praise them for their friendliness and professionalism. Congratulations.
