08/09/2025: If we had to sum it up in one word, we'd use "atmospheric"; spacious, clean, and quiet room, friendly and impeccable service, helpful and discreet, quality breakfast and restaurant with unique offerings... During our four-day stay, they made us feel at home and it was an excellent base camp (with parking) for visiting the beautiful Umbrian villages in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.
01/09/2025: After visiting the Stati d'Arte exhibition at Villa Fidelia in Spello, where I'm exhibiting one of my works, we decided to have dinner and went to the "Locanda Giustini" in Santa Maria degli Angeli. The location is beautiful; in the summer you can eat outside, and the food is truly excellent, of excellent quality, cooked to perfection by Giampiero, the chef. Alessandro, on the other hand, is kind and helpful, and captivated us with the presentation of the various courses, rendered like works of art. I'd say it was a truly exquisite evening of tastings. Thanks to both Alessandro and Giampiero, and compliments also to the staff.
The original eggplant parmigiana wrapped in crispy filo pastry was excellent. Compliments again to the chef and all the staff.

22/08/2025: A corner of paradise. We ate pappardelle and tagliata with truffles. Everything was truly delicious. Plus, everything is homemade.
I highly recommend it because it makes you feel right at home.
20/08/2025: A chalkboard with the daily menu...what was missing among the dishes was the kindness that accompanied us throughout the meal! Exceptional dishes, from appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect. Top-notch ingredients...highly recommended!!!

03/09/2025: We went on Sunday for lunch, the service was terrible, but it was not due to the waiters but to those who manage them, they brought the dishes one by one without us finishing the previous dish, lasagna soft and tasteless (the hospital food was better), the meat overcooked, and the ice cream crystallized, a sign that it had been defrosted and refrozen several times ... I do not recommend it.
01/09/2025: An incredible experience. From the reception and check-in, to the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms, to breakfast and dinner. All the staff and waiters were extremely polite, and a special thanks to Mohammed and Daniele.
Great location, on the street behind the Sanctuary of Saint Rita of Cassia. Guest parking is included in the stay.
I highly recommend it!

12/08/2025: We stayed just one night. The staff was helpful. They let us park our motorcycle under the window of the room. We had dinner at their restaurant, which I can't say enough: spectacular gnocchi and excellent grilled meat. Breakfast was super generous. I highly recommend it.
09/07/2025: We had a great time. Very close to the sanctuary of Santa Rita. Quiet location. You can also have dinner. Recommended.

27/07/2025: An absolutely top-class hotel. We stayed there for a week and felt completely at home. From the room to the service, the food, and the entire outdoor facilities, everything was top-notch. Perfect value for money. We'll be back, thank you so much for everything!
17/07/2025: The first cocktail ever ordered at the hotel bar was a Lucky Luke! It's a real treat! Hopefully, there will be many more to come!

17/08/2025: We only used the restaurant service because it's very close to the Sanctuary of Santa Rita. The food quality is terrible: reheated ready-made pasta, very hard sausage, watered-down limoncello, terrible fruit salad. It's an 80s-style place, everything stuck in time. The prices are medium/high. Money wasted. Not recommended.

30/07/2025: Almost an hour for a mixed grill and a Norcia sausage. The waitress, after we'd ordered, warned us about the wait for the grilled meat, offering us an appetizer. We didn't want one, so we declined. While we waited, grilled meat and sausages were brought to other tables that had already consumed a first course or appetizer. I'm sorry, but that's not how we work. There aren't first-class tables (those who order multiple courses) and second-class tables (those who order a single course). I decided to write this review primarily because the table next to us, who ordered a few minutes before us, consumed two first courses and the same grilled meat, before ours arrived. I pointed out this inaccuracy to the staff, and a few minutes later our meat arrived, unfortunately a bit overcooked. It's a shame, because the place is very nice.

04/09/2025: I was very satisfied with the Da Oriano pizzeria in Cascia. The food is excellent, freshly prepared, with a homemade taste that can be felt in every dish. The portions are generous and you can perceive the authenticity of the ingredients.
I ate very well and spent quite little: a quality-price ratio that is truly rare to find. I loved it and will definitely go back next time! Highly recommended!
29/08/2025: I tried the pizza and recommend the one with Cascia sausage and mushrooms. Delicious. The pizza is reminiscent of thin-crust homemade pizza, and the dough is very good. The traditional homemade biscuits are delicious and light. Welcoming and simple, it's nice to go somewhere where you feel like a local rather than a tourist!

18/08/2025: I'd like to say that the place deserves a clean hotel, good rooms, a well-maintained pool, and above all, a wonderful view. But unfortunately, the part I have to criticize are some flaws that shouldn't happen in a respectable hotel.
First of all, the empty minibar. Then, on the website, it says aperitifs at the pool bar, but it was as if the bar didn't exist.
I noticed that a girl was the bartender upstairs, the bartender downstairs, and she was also at the reception.
I don't know, maybe in the middle of August, they should have a little more staff.
Anyway, you can't praise service and then not do it.
At least the restaurant works well. We ate well, and we were looked after even better.
20/04/2025: Without a doubt, terrible place for the service. I will no longer come to Cascia. I will only come in passing because I am a devotee of Saint Rita but I will no longer stay in Cascia.

The starters were good, but not very hot. The meat was excellent.

01/08/2025: I went to eat here yesterday with my family.
Politeness and kindness, they just don't know what it means.
I wanted to order a type of pasta listed on the menu, but it wasn't there, and the same for dessert. Then I ordered panna cotta with berries, and it arrived with a black cherry topping and two strawberries on top, without being told that the berries weren't there, and they did their thing.
I asked for the bathroom, politely of course, and the answer was: (If they haven't moved it, it's still there) and finally, the POS didn't work, which was the icing on the cake.
The only good thing was the water.
The goal of a business is to attract and entice customers, and instead, it was the opposite.
NEVER AGAIN, FOR GOODNESS.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY TOOK US A LONG TIME TO DO IT.
And let's not even get into the jokes they made about what we'd ordered.
We're still in a country where everyone is free to choose what they want, and then everyone should be treated equally.
And if you have stomach problems, it's not your problem.
IF YOU CLOSE, IT'S BETTER!

22/06/2025: Posto incantevole, con vista mozzafiato sulla campagna! Si mangia davvero benissimo, prodotti di qualità di produzione locale. Si gode di un ambiente semplice, genuino, conviviale. Si può visitare la bellissima galleria d'arte dell'artista di casa, davvero una sorpresa! Abbiamo comprato il farro e altri prodotti della casa acquistabili nel piccolo shop.
L'amore e la cura che questa famiglia offre ai propri ospiti è davvero qualcosa che ci farà ritornare sicuramente! Lo stra consiglio!
20/06/2025: Ogni volta che passiamo da Santa Rita, immancabile una visita con cena dai nostri oramai amici Fiorella, Roberto e Diego. Il posto è incantevole e i piatti sono semplici e gustosi solo come mani esperte sanno preparare, secondo ricette antiche e con ingredienti top, a km zero. È' proprio un piacere gastronomico come pure una esperienza estetica piacevole e rasserenante. TOP!!
