06/12/2025: A top-notch dinner! We were truly impressed by this restaurant! The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, and the owners are super kind and helpful. The dishes are a true masterpiece: fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and impeccable presentation. The wine list is excellent, and the value is excellent. We'll definitely be back, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end culinary experience! Thank you so much ❤️, we felt right at home. P.S. 30/11/2025: So...let's get started. Quality: to date, it's the BEST I've found considering the quality/price ratio. The atmosphere is super welcoming, with attention to detail and clean. Then, regarding the service, it's rare to find such kindness, competence, humanity, and even a good dose of humor (which never hurts). The quality of the ingredients: fabulous. The dishes were truly "paintings" (see photo). I felt right at home. I've written countless reviews, but rarely have I been so happy to share how delicious my wife and I found lunch today. Last but not least, the family harmony that is evident, which adds that magical touch that makes everyone feel at ease. I'll do my best to return.

13/12/2025: Dinner with two friends after visiting Cascia/Roccaporena. It was my second time there. It's a small, family-run trattoria, serving traditional local dishes, including homemade pasta and meat selected and butchered by the owner, who is also an expert hunter. Keep up the good work until next time!
11/10/2025: Everything was excellent and zero km, only local products, abundant and cooked divinely by the lady, at the end they offered desserts to everyone

05/11/2025: The staff's courtesy made the wait for a table pleasant, and the kitchen then took care of the rest. High-quality ingredients were used in the appetizers and excellent first courses. The Gricia and house gnocchi were superb.
04/11/2025: Opening hours until 10:00 PM, supposedly closes at 9:00 PM even though half the tables are still occupied.

It offers traditional dishes and a wide selection.
07/12/2025: The waitress, Sara, was superb, five-star, knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. This little place has a friendly, family atmosphere. The menu is traditional, very varied, and very inclusive of gluten-free options. Located right under the steps leading to Santa Rita. The food was truly stellar, from appetizer to dessert. We had the house platter, wine, a truffle pasta dish, sausages, and beans. Everything was delicious! An absolute must-do if you come to Umbria. :)

They have a variety of pizzas pasta and local desserts
We ordered the proscuitta and another one with trufffles and we had a small simple salad
It is veryyy very delicious and the pizza dough is very unique
Very fair price . Recommended when in Cascia
And they have a nice outdoor seating on the street

The food and service are fantastic; everything is just right here. This hotel has been a favorite with me since I was a child, and now, as parents, we feel the same enthusiasm in our children: They want to return immediately!
You can tell you're welcome here, even as a child. The location is top-notch and a great starting point for many things to do in the region or in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
The staff is extremely well-trained and a motivated part of this successful concept.
A place that creates memories and connects generations. 💫

02/11/2025: I don't recommend it. There are no drinks on the menu, and then you realize a regular bottle of water costs 4 euros and a glass of wine 8 euros. The prices are outrageous. They only care about money. The service is poor, the only thing is the pasta, which is okay, but still quite expensive. There are better places nearby.
05/08/2025: We stopped for lunch and ordered some starters and grilled meat.
The starters were good, but not very hot. The meat was excellent.

22/06/2025: Posto incantevole, con vista mozzafiato sulla campagna! Si mangia davvero benissimo, prodotti di qualità di produzione locale. Si gode di un ambiente semplice, genuino, conviviale. Si può visitare la bellissima galleria d'arte dell'artista di casa, davvero una sorpresa! Abbiamo comprato il farro e altri prodotti della casa acquistabili nel piccolo shop.
L'amore e la cura che questa famiglia offre ai propri ospiti è davvero qualcosa che ci farà ritornare sicuramente! Lo stra consiglio!
20/06/2025: Ogni volta che passiamo da Santa Rita, immancabile una visita con cena dai nostri oramai amici Fiorella, Roberto e Diego. Il posto è incantevole e i piatti sono semplici e gustosi solo come mani esperte sanno preparare, secondo ricette antiche e con ingredienti top, a km zero. È' proprio un piacere gastronomico come pure una esperienza estetica piacevole e rasserenante. TOP!!
